I had never been to a hostel like this before my trip.

This hostel has an excellent range of cuisine. French? Delicious. Chilean? Yes please. Italian? I'm too full for now, let me build my appetite up first on a wine tour.

Wonderful property. Good location, quiet area, lots of restaurants, supermarkets nearby and just a short walk to the tram and bus stops.

It was lovely staying at the apartment. Clean, quite and very close to all the major atrractions, I suggest it to anyone!

Good price with breakfast included, lovely and nice design hotel, the room is much bigger than I thought with amazing view of Tuscany mountains and private balcony.

Very nice hostel, the rooms are basic but clean and spatious (we had a triple room), very good sleep, the AC works, the breakfast was the best for every tastes, the personnel was very nice and

I stayed at Ostello Bello Firenze for 5 nights, and it was even better than I expected. I stayed in a 4-female dormitory which was very convenient as it had two en-suite bathrooms.

We arrived after some issues in an other hostel.
We've been welcomed like queens, meaning with big smiles, respect, a lot of benefits explained & genuine exchanges.

The check-in process was seamless. The room I stayed in was spacious, lofty, and had an unparalleled view of Cappelle Medicee and the street below.

Excellent stay and great value. It’s 10min walk (max) from the train station, found easily after the row of leather stalls.

From the outside it is hard to realize how big this place is. There were already big groups of students were staying here.

Nice and reasonable stay. The staff is quite strict though. Services could have been better. In our 2 Nights stay, we did not get fresh towels, neither enough quantity of soap.

All staff were pretty welcoming. The place has a nice modern ambient. The room was clean with all what I needed. I worked out on the treadmill and worked perfectly.

Amazing place very well located close to the rail station and to the city center but in a quiet area.

I have stayed here before and it is a nice hostel. Staff are nice in person but getting replies to emails pre arrival was a bit of an effort.

Strange Uncle is really something! Its location is perfection.
It's not for everyone. There's multiple steps up and down to the space.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, amazing terrace with view over Florence and okay breakfast. Good location, both close to the train station and to Duomo.

This is an absolutely perfect hotel! We came to celebrate my daughter‘s graduation and book 2 separate rooms.

Great value for the money, and great location. A very interesting building, which has been turned into a hostel with a nice garden to spend any time of the day or night that you want at there.

I honestly don’t get the negative reviews—this place is awesome. Super clean, and the host Elma was incredibly kind and helpful. The girl working at night was also really friendly.

There were no cheap hostel available in centre Florence at that night and so we walked-in this hostel.

Pretty good place, great location and outdoor seating area was good for meeting other travelers. Rooms were spacious and a good temperature even in stupid hot days.

Stayed here from Friday to Monday. Great location. It's a bit outside from the city but not that far for a walk. There are plenty of restaurants outside and lovely park nearby. Great staff.

Beautiful place in charming area — it used to be elementary school. The reception with bar was just wow impression. The guy who checked us in was really nice.

This is the cozy and warm place to stay. Hosts are incredibly friendly and always offer tips about where to go, visit and eat. And in need they are helpful with everything for staying.
