My time at the Sina Villa Medici was magical. As soon as you walked in there is always someone to greet you no matter the time of day or night.

This was my first stay at this hotel in Florence, and it was truly exceptional.
What sets this hotel apart is its outstanding customer service.

Hotel royal is set in a quiet part of the city theres a handy supermarket in the same street as well as a classy smaller bakery that does fine coffee and pastries.

This hotel is very old but beautifully maintained. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff were very accommodating.

We stayed at the Villa Cora in a family room, the room was split level with separate rooms meaning we could all have a good nights sleep. Gifts were given to our boys which was a lovely touch.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the service could be spotty sometimes despite their best intent to help.

We loved our accommodations at Villa Tortorelli. Information for check in was detailed and complete but still a bit tricky.

The villa is situated in the heart of the historical centre of Florence, but there is no noise coming from the street and the area is very peaceful.

Villa Le Fontanelle is stunning. Truly, even more beautiful in person! The staff were amazing: kind, professional, and so easy to communicate with.

Villa Le Fontanelle is an absolutely stunning boutique hotel (or villa! ) that truly exceeds expectations. With only 7 luxurious suites, it offers an intimate and exclusive atmosphere.

It's a 5-star hotel for a reason. Attended an outdoor wedding, definitely a top 3 ever. Every detail was exquisite. Transition to indoors when rain hit during dessert was flawless.

Amazing experience here. Hosted a wedding and the collaboration we had here with the staff was just beyond our expectations.

This is the second time we have stayed here and it is a wonderful B&B in stunning surroundings.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Nardi in Florence. This beautiful neoclassical villa is full of character, elegance, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.

What a lovely experience! The grounds were beautiful. The area is quiet and upscale. The villa is close to a bus stop. The breakfasts were delicious. The employees were courteous.

Wonderful. I stayed here a year ago. Everyone was welcoming. The owner and hospitality was amazing. Nice breakfast and cappuccino.
The bathroom was very clean. Just a bus ride from the Duomo.

Great place to stay, it's not in the historical city but the bus station is just in front of the hotel gate, busses are little bit unreliable during night but we managed our way home every night, and

Pros: The property had a decent location out from the center of all the traffic and located near bus stops and some good restaurants and bakeries.

Clean and cosy room. The building is beautiful with quiet neighborhood. Easy check-in and out. The host is kind and responsive. Hot coffee, milk, juice, yogurt and bakery are provided in the morning.

A gorgeous villa with an unbelievable view! A relatively easy bus ride to downtown Florence. I loved the rooftop terrace for espresso and the outside areas for soaking in sun.

A great apartment not far from the tram, we're 15 minutes from the city center. Very nice place, smiling staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Irena advised us very well for the restaurant! ;-)

The apartment is modern, super clean, spacious (bedroom upstairs & kitchen, bathroom on the ground floor).

This great place had unbelievable views of Florence. Sunrise veiws in bed no problem. Balcony wine at sunset amazing.

The hotel is so cute and supper clean and has everything you might need for your stay. We loved it.

History paired with most amazing hospitality. The building itself it very cinematic, terrace is amazing and pool nicely located within olive trees. Will be back soon!

Beautiful B&B in the Tuscan countryside but within easy reach of the city.

Great B&B on the outskirts of Florence. You'll need a car or the bus yo get here (it is a 15 min walk from the bus stop).

We have stayed at Piazzole last week. This is a really beautiful/magic place. The rooms a large and de beds are nice. Lucia is a great host! She and here staff made our stay perfect!

A wonderful wine tasting and dinner experience!

Nice rooms, excellent service, and okay location. Not too far from the city center, easily walkable.
