We had a wonderful stay! It was just over the river which was nice to be outside of the city. Close to the gardens and the bridges. Giulia’s place is very comfortable.

You can’t find better place to stay in Florence! Stuff welcoming services, room with stunning view (New York), recycling elements in the room make my stay in this city unforgettable.

We loved our accommodations at Villa Tortorelli. Information for check in was detailed and complete but still a bit tricky.

The villa is situated in the heart of the historical centre of Florence, but there is no noise coming from the street and the area is very peaceful.

The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you could want in a hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Incanto. The property is completely new, with elegant rooms and a beautiful bathroom — the bathtub was a real highlight.

Hotel is very very old in quality, room is clean but have super thin walls. You hear everything. Impossible to sleep with open windows, no mosiquito blinds or similar. The room is extrem small.

The hotel is updated, very clean and nicely appointed. The staff is really great — friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast is good and plentiful.

The hotel is in a fairly central location from which you can walk to the most important monuments of Florence. The street in which it is located is quiet and peaceful.
