Modern and clean hotel, equally clean and carefully furnished rooms, there are all the amenities such as hair dryer, safe, TV, coat hanger, towels and soaps, air conditioning, TV, coffee machine and fridge. Nice and professional staff, great price. Highly recommended.

We arrived on Friday, the staff are very nice, the room spacious and quiet, a very varied buffet breakfast, a mini bar with very appreciable refreshments at the moment and at decent rates. The hostesses are very available and efficient (possibility of booking tours directly by the hotel), I highly recommend.

The breakfast very nice with a nice Little Italy atmosphere. The receptionists are very sweet and overall amazing customer service.

This hotel was vastly exceeded my expectations. The room were big (we received the apartman room), the cleaning was really great every day. The breakfast was tasty, with a lot of things to choose from. The staff was really friendly, and helpful. It is located about 2km from the Duomo, so expect a little big of walking if you planning on discovering Florence.

Nice hotel. The room was very large, and the breakfast was good. I bit of a hike to downtown Florence, but the bus system isn't bad.

Hotel is in a quiet location but not far from the center and convenient for public transportation. The rooms (not many) are spacious and spotlessly recently refurbished in a modern way. Breakfast OK is very helpful and kind staff. It is a two star but it is worth more. Prices in the standard. Recommended for both short and longer stays.

Far from the tourist area but it is a good hotel, full breakfast and super comfortable rooms. They have parking that is included in the price.

Beautiful room taken at great price. Modern and in addition to the large shower also the Jacuzzi for 2 (approx), safe, TV, tea, teas and coffee, minibar.
Not far from the center (very comfortable the mobike present also in Florence).
Fantastic breakfast, with juices, fruit juices, fruits, Macedonia, various brioches, white mill biscuits, cereals, seeds, yogurt, eggs, cold cuts, cheeses, sandwiches, really welcome (in my case included! ).

Good hotel If you go in family to know Florence. It is close by walking and is a cozy place to rest after long walks. Breakfast is varied and it is very fresh all over. Lovely receptionist. Excellent.

Wonderful Hotel that deserves more than the 2 stars assigned. Completely refurbished offers spacious and well-maniced rooms. The Intercontinental breakfast is not the most plentiful but overall satisfying. The suites are of a higher category.

Lovely hotel! It’s located in a quiet area, only 20 min walk to downtown. Breakfast is delicious and if we were late, they would wait for us to finish to close the buffet. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. They made us feel like at home :)

Fantastic features with a hot tub in room and a nice balcony, very modern fittings, spacious rooms, and lots of light. Not quite five stars with some oddities (bathroom sliding door doesn't have anything to latch it shut and kind of bounces open, no welcome folder explaining how things work, an average breakfast, and not the most comfortable beds etc), but very friendly staff and overall a good experience.

Very helpful and attentive! Unfortunately, the breakfast had low quality food (but with great variety). The heating is centralized (although there is the panel for adjustment) All in all however it was a pleasant stop and we will be back.

Wonderful friendly staff, room so clean, modern and well furnished. Our top floor two bedroom suite with outdoor hot tub was so beautiful we didn't want to leave. Travelled with three teenage children and we all fell in love with this Hotel. Breakfast outstanding, a good walk to all attractions. In a lovely quiet area. We can't wait to return.

Lovely Hotel 15 min walk to city centre, Breakfast Included, great Italian Restaurants around, highly recommended to families or couples who wants to experience the real Italian areas of Florence and enjoy fabulous not touristic food.

Really nice hotel in walking distance to historic florence. New and modern hotel. Nice interior, walk in showers, big flat tv, balcony, … Receptionist spoke German and was very nice. They also have a jacuzzi which is free to use. Breakfast is great — e. G. Fruit salad in a jar, hard boiled eggs, … You might hear the gust above or next to you in the evening/morning if you are sensible against noise — if you want a quiet room take one facing the rear, although a room facing the front is still fine at this is not a main road. They have parking (10 € a day, 5 half day) but don't count on it … outside parking is partly free (rare and not easy to get — white lines or 1.5 € per hour — blue lines during the day). Fairly priced, go for it.

We found this hotel on the net, and the reviews were well-motivated. We stayed there two nights late August 2009.49euros rate (breakfast included), room reserved on the site of the hotel Orcagna. Very welcoming. We had a large room that displayed inside the room was 149 euros! So, it's better to book through the internet! Bathroom very clean with many towels, air conditioned room, quiet street, close to City Center, friendly staff, free internet behind the home. Recommend. Very nice little restaurant "it e Vecchio it Mare" for dinner, in a courtyard a few meters from the hotel.
