We had a lovely stay at DEDO while spending Christmas in Florence. Spacious and clean rooms, within walking distance to Duomo and Uffizi and everything else in Florence. Delicious breakfast buffet. We will be back!

The front staff are more than friendly!

A beautiful guesthouse with ideal and central location. Too bad the noise coming from the customers who wake up instead and slam the doors of their rooms. Without doing it on purpose of course. Friendly and smiling staff.

We stayed in August. My wife and my twin 11yr old boys took a quad room. It comes with a king bed and two singles. Very spacious room with a large washroom. The hotel is on the 3rd fl with a tiny 2 person elevator to take you up and down. The hotel itself is on 2 floors. It is clean and the front desk is very polite and accommodating. Breakfast is also included in the lounge area. It is about 10min walk to all the major sites. It is also conveniently located about 500ft to a laundromat and corner shop for water and other essentials. This is useful if you have young children like us. The window in the room is massive and you have air conditioning in your unit to keep you cool on a hot August day. The room lacks character but is useful and comfortable. I would stay here again with no hesitation given price and quality was justified.

Very nice clean staff very helpful only problem I had was the shower was tiny I could barely fit into it. It's in a good location and not to far from all the sights only a few minutes to the historic part of the city.

I love this place so much! Of all the hotels and places we stayed at in Italy, The Dedo was the best. The way it’s designed, makes the hotel feel like an apartment. The workers are very attentive and will help you with anything you need, whether it’s more shampoo, or step by step directions to anywhere (which we asked for way too many times. ) All rooms have an amazing view, and the breakfast every morning really hit the spot. If I go back to Florence, I’m definitely staying at the Dedo!

Small hotel but very clean and nice! Staff were very friendly, always available and helpful in organising day trips. Breakfast was really good, loved their coffee!

The service is very poor. In the breakfast all the tables were full of leftovers and plates from previous guests. The staff was not competitive enough to clear up the tables quickly so we have to do it. Parking is not included and without notice they charge you 24 euros to leave the car in a public car park that you can leave by your own. Rooms were not isolated and we could heard the noise from the reception constantly during the night. 3rd floor with only one small lift. Location is good but more expensive than it should be for such conditions not shown on the website.

Nice accommodations. Clean and comfortable. Close to all venues in city.

Friendly staff. Clean room and bathroom. Valet parking worked well — driver was able to park cleanly even in the narrow parking space in front of the hotel. The location is very suitable to reach all interesting places in Florence on foot.

Excellent choice, cheap, well located and with personalized attention. The breakfast is very good, plentiful and well served. The rooms super spacious and comfortable. Cleaning and total care. The only detail is that the elevator is awkward, but understood in an ancient building. Don't miss it if they plan to stay in Firenze.

Not recommended, very clairvoyant, right on the street, the rooms near the reception are additionally exposed to the noise of other guests. The street noise, the constant opening & closing of the entrance door are absolutely unreasonable.
Unfortunately, no star is worth it.

Love this Hotel… such a warm welcome and so helpful. Beautiful and clean and fresh! Great position too. Not far to walk to main tourist attractions. Highly recommend it!

It is very close to the train station, about 10 minutes on foot, and in the centre of Florence (10/15 minutes). Friendly, helpful and courteous staff; they will give you a "tourist" map and most importantly, good advice for the period of your stay in Florence. The rooms are well furnished and clean. The breakfast is plentiful and very varied. I highly recommend it.

Dedo Botique hotel, is a different experience for hotels, its very cozy hotel with a very good rooms, I liked the cozy feeling from the first look you will enjoy your room with the king size bed and the Juliet balcony, also the breakfast was perfect and very delicious, the Cook was very friendly she made me a special cake because I told her I loved the cake she did on breakfast. Regarding Cleanness the hotel is very very clean and neat. The hotel location is perfect I enjoyed the walk to the hotel beside it there is a supermarket and vegetable and fruits store. Its only 5 to 10 mns walk from the train station. For me if I can compare money vs quality this hotel is perfect you will enjoy your stay moreover the helpful reception guys.

Excellent stay. Very well located, 8 minutes walking from the railway station. The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable with a nice view on Duomo cupola. Generous breakfast and very helpful staff. Congrats!

Dedo is a the third floor of an otherwise residential building in a fantastic part of Florence. You're walking distance to everything touristy and close to more local centric areas as well. The hotel is clean, service is great, and beds are comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to return on my next trip to Florence.

Comfortable but quite old.

I ended up in this "hotel" 2 years ago in August, here "downloaded" from another hotel downtown for lack of rooms (note, I had booked 4 months before, but from what I understand is normal). Just entered the Palace, believe me, I wanted to turn around and walk away but I decided to stay the same for the difficulty in finding for two beds. The Concierge or Manager was very friendly and personable, but good things are over there, got into the room I dropped my arms, the shutters were torn up and nearly fell down, the cupboard definitely witnessed the second world war as was the bathroom. Luckily at least the bed was comfortable but for the confusion in the street at night I couldn't sleep. Breakfast was another disappointment, served by a rancid signorotta and rude and very poor. Not recommended.
