You can expect everything as it is in the pictures, even better! Beautiful, clean and very stylish hotel.

Total dissatisfaction and incompetent staff. Despite booking the hotel a month in advance, the property's staff did not take note of the booking and moved us away from the property and stayed in an apartment at twice the cost. The whole thing made us miss a whole morning, precious time, that we should have dedicated to the visit of the city. A negative rating is not enough to reward the inconvenience caused to us by the hotel.

The room was ok. It came with a fridge, a TV and a bathroom. The B&B was 15 to 20 minutes from the city centre by tram. The service was nice.

Convenient, 10 minutes from the center, cosy rooms and hearty breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The perfect support to visit the city!

I stayed with my girlfriend in this bb one night only and despite this, I remain impressed with the wonderful welcome received from the staff; the location is strategic and allows to reach the center in few minutes (on foot or with the tramway). Highly recommend!

I was in this lovely B&B a year ago with my family, what to say? kindness, cleanliness, spacious room, courtesy toilet in the bathroom, comfort, silence, excellent breakfast… near the center within walking distance… what else?

I've always had the idea that a hotel was better than a B&B but I had to change my mind. Warm and professional. Very cute, neat and clean. The room was of a color that is very relaxing with a lot of Sky television, Wifi, kettle, mini bar, courtesy kit. Shampoo. Bath foam, every thing! I felt like at home, I was really pleased with this stay, even if short. Breakfast (for me I drink a glass of water, and brioche, great for those looking for more maybe a little full but I found everything is also gluten Free. A bottle of Chianti in the room and I couldn't ask for more! A little way out from the centre but easily reached with two stops on the bus. Thank You Thank You!

Clean and nice rooms a bit small but cozy.

We stayed at this B&B for a few days. The room itself was very nice and clean, of a nice old rose. Some NEO concerns the services: the equipment of towels and accessories for the bathroom was a little poor and inadequate compared to the price asked.
For the rest, average breakfast; The B&B is located in a somewhat defiled area, but it is well connected and however the centre is within walking distance, in about 20 minutes.

Good Reception. The room was spacious and clean. Good Breakfast.
When I return to Florence I will definitely stay in this beautiful Mansion.

Very nice place to rest after a day, not for kids. Can feel like quite a walk to get to from the centre of Florence.

B very clean, cosy, spacious rooms with bathroom all cared for, and with Sky TV and Wi-Fi in the room. International breakfast with croissants of pastries. Very kind and friendly… quiet place a few km from the centre that we have reached quietly on foot… parking is a problem but there is an agreement with the B in addition to restaurants… a few meters C is a delicious pizzeria.

First night the room was double booked so we stayed at a sister b&b. Rooms are quirky but clean, receptionist very polite. Didn't have breakfast. Location is okay if you like a walk, nearby train station doesn't have trains travelling to the centre which is misleading.

Not bad but not good. Breakfast was so so… and The room was not bad. But there were a lot of charge. I had to pay for late checkin, city tax, and air conditioner fee. I understand city tax. Late chekin fee? Ok I can understand. But air conditioner?! I cannot understand.

Right price. Cozy room.

Acceptable, breakfast is very good, but towels too small and extra beds in the room that limit space.

Great little bed and breakfast in Florence. As we had family in the hospital nearby the B&B was a perfect choice.

We came over to the Stibbert to spend a long weekend in Flornce. We wanted to find accommodation that was near enough to the centre of town to reach by foot, but far enough out to enjoy Florence in a different way. We were greeted by our hosts warmly and were treated to great breakfasts and useful information that allowed us to enjoy our short break in Florence.
