Great guys, nice polite kind smiling helpful. Everyone from the reception to those who take care of the rooms and the cleanliness. And much more! the very nice structure, is located at a strategic point for those who have to go to Florence for any reason. Close to all services, university hospitals and center. Comfortable rooms parking nearby and above all accept animals. But the wonderful thing is that they LOVE them! My wife, me and my Marley will definitely be back! Thanks guys. Even from Marley! Highly recommended…

The structure deserves a few more stars
Together with my family we chose to stay at the Hotel Careggi.
The reason for the stay was for hospitalization, we were greeted with charisma and professionalism. Staff and management very queued. Covid security and extreme cleanliness throughout the property.
Room with all the comforts air conditioning mini bar and service on the floors at any time. Every request was accepted and satisfied.
Rich and genuine breakfast
I recommend Hotel Careggi to everyone.

Worst hospital ever From 10am till 9pm just for a check To do some x-ray you have to wait the whole day And most of the patients talk bafly about the doctors becaus They dont do theire work as it should be Talking betwen each other alot and make patients wait more and more Iv been at this hospital for 2 times but I really hate the long waiting As a place its clean but as healing they make u suffer alot …

A useless switchboard service to say the least. I tried to get in touch with the relevant office on the waiting list for an ecodoppler exam that I requested on 12/14/17 (today and 05/07/2018 and they did not let me know anything). After almost an hour of trying to call on the phone I am passed the wrong office and so I have to repeat it all over again. This line reappeared several times with different switchboard operators. What a shame that a company that should be an Italian excellence has such an untransparent and devious service! Unfortunately I have to say that this is not the first time this has happened. I will have to go in person for the umpteenth time to ask where I am or rather I will be forced to pay privately which is what the system obviously prefers. I'm outraged.

I'm alarmed we arrived at the emergency room at 10 o'clock, 30 with suspected fractured left ankle. It's 6:00, 10 of us are still here. I have a question… Mah?

I have been 8 days in this department in gynecology and I would like to thank all the staff of doctors and nurses for the great professionalism!

I was in this ward about a month ago for the hospitalization and then I give birth to my mother (obstetrics and gynecology of Pescara). My review is this: the rather mediocre gynecology department overall. We had the misfortune to meet a doctor whose name I don't remember… About 55 years old, fat and of an arrogance never seen before. I'm not even going to list how many he's passed us through, to us and to other hospitalized people. I say, but if you suck at this job, what the hell are you doing? We are human beings, not beasts we patients! Luckily the foreman (Alessandra) understood our situation perfectly. A eulogy must also be given to the guy who works on file (Salvatore), helpful and kind as well as cool😀! Nothing to say about the delivery room, the midwives really all good… the little but really unsyp cordial nest staff. If it wasn't for that doctor the review would definitely have been higher!

Hotel is very convenient for those who must stay on medical grounds, lying near the Careggi. Altogether a good compromise between quality/price: breakfast of excellent quality (really delicious croissants), free Wi-Fi, pay per view and parking (if necessary) very convenient given the difficulty in finding parking around human prices. Well connected by bus to the Center.
Rooms a little small but are very clean, a feature not often found in hotels in more stars, Ditto for the bathroom.
Staff very friendly, helpful and always on hand to anything.

I have been to this hotel several times and I found myself very well. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any need or information; the rooms are equipped with tv, minibar and air conditioning. The room sizes are decent and very good cleaning. The hotel is located in the immediate vicinity of the CTO Careggi, the University (medicine and surgery) and the school of mathematics, physics and natural sciences. In just a few minutes walk to Rifredi railway station and by bus in 5 minutes you are in the Centre of Florence.

Very clean, staff extremely courteous and helpful. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi in the room, good breakfast. Only down fall, TV in the room which is a piece of junk of the past century …

We are two couples of 25 to 27 current Neapolitan friends hosted by June. We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff; plentiful breakfast buffet, comfortable and well sound-proofed to be in a nearby Street at the careggi hospital. Nothing to reproach but more surely.

Decidedly superior class hotel excellent in good (hot), size, and especially in the breakfast … all the staff is very friendly … the relationship with the price is a winner … Antonio da SAN GIORGIO IONICO p. S. The only advice I would give is to Vern … change your car's old, buy a KIA with 7 year warranty.

Lower prices and service more than acceptable … to visit absolutely!
