We spent three nights at this hotel. Very impressed with the hotel, the rooms and the service. The buffet breakfast was incredible. Liesl, the host, remembered our names and couldn’t have been nicer.

Our stay at The St. Regis Florence was nothing short of exceptional — truly one of the finest hotel experiences we’ve ever had.

This is an excellent four-star hotel. I was initially a bit concerned after reading some comments about the bathroom, but those turned out to be untrue.

We were guests of this hotel on the last weekend of November, as per title as soon as we entered we were greeted by the staff (Daniele and Cristian) in a very professional way.

We stayed 4 night and enjoyed our stay. The design of rooms, interiors, courtyard and restaurant all reflect Dante’s divine comedy, details are thoughtful.

I wanted something a little different to the standard hotel and this certainly delivered. I stayed in one of the “He’ll” rooms which was fun. Great block out curtains.

I had never been to a hostel like this before my trip.

This hostel has an excellent range of cuisine. French? Delicious. Chilean? Yes please. Italian? I'm too full for now, let me build my appetite up first on a wine tour.

We stayed Florence Comfort B&B for 6 days in our 10 days Italian trip in earlier November. It was a great experience of our trip.

Great value! Room was nice and clean with a spacious balcony and the location was perfect — near the city and right next to public transport links.

This is a very nice hotel as far as the rooms go — clean spacious and good location. It is however also air b n b apts so strange entrance etc. No true front desk and no night desk coverage.

Perfect location next to Ponte Vecchio and many other points of interest. Clean room, kind personnel, tasty breakfast.

Well arranged period building. "Royal" room with en suite bathroom which deserves an overhaul.

Positive: The staff were polite and friendly. The location is unbeatable; close enough to Duomo and restaurants without being in it, so you can actually sleep at night.

Canto Degli Scali — WOW! Beautiful and convenient! The Apartments were very nice, well decorated and attentive to details. The location was SOOO convenient to everything.

Excellent appartments in city centre, parked in a quite lane. Old heritage building with morden facility. Great host.

Hotel royal is set in a quiet part of the city theres a handy supermarket in the same street as well as a classy smaller bakery that does fine coffee and pastries.

This hotel is very old but beautifully maintained. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel staff were very accommodating.

Easy to find, perfect location turn the corner from the entrance and the cathedral is in view.
Lots of great little bars and eateries nearby.
Checkin was easy, communications were good and timely.

B&B in Palazzo del 700. Nice and clean rooms.

We loved our accommodations at Villa Tortorelli. Information for check in was detailed and complete but still a bit tricky.

The villa is situated in the heart of the historical centre of Florence, but there is no noise coming from the street and the area is very peaceful.

Hidden gem. Odd decor-room opened to the outside for fresh air but odd "courtyard". Fabulous and guest-focused staff. Great dinner recommendations.

We had such a great stay at this hotel. The location couldn’t be better and the staff are so helpful. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous and the very generous check out time at noon is a bonus.

This hotel is right across the street from the Florence train station. Not too much to see in the immediate area but just a block away there are many restaurants and shops. The rooms were very nice.
