Florence Hotels

We stayed for 3 nights at this pleasant and well located hotel only minutes from the station. Situated at the quieter end of a busy street that leads to the centre.

The hotel was overall very nice and we had a pleasant stay.

Wonderful help from Alex at the check in location, which is just across the street from the Florence main train station (Firenza Santa Maria Novella).

Such a perfect little room at walking distance from everything! The staff is so welcoming and nice! They can keep your luggage until check-in time and they communicate very thoroughly with you.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights, at the end of September. We loved it! The rooms are all very idiosyncratic and charming, the breakfasts are absolutely superb.

We just had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo dal Borgo (Dec. 2024).

Hotel Boccaccio is an excellent choice for travelers, a 5 min walk from the train station, with nearby convenient store.
We stayed for 4 nights and had comfortable rest after each day tour.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago with a Study Abroad tour group. Service was fantastic—major shoutout to employee Albie for excellent restaurant recommendations and hospitality!

Grand Hotel Baglioni is a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. It is just a short walk from the train station and the popular attractions.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Francesca is absolutely wonderful and will make sure you have everything you need. It is less than a mile from the Duomo (easy walk) and close to plenty of restaurants.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring.

We reserved 2 Deluxe rooms at the Hotel Number Nine. The rooms were clean & spacious, the lobby area well designed. The staff was helpful and courteous.

Great room in convenient location! I was pleasantly surprised by the large room with lounging chairs. Also the bathroom had enough room for 2 and a US sized shower!

We spent three nights at Palazzo Lorenzo in Florence. The hotel consists of two buildings: the stylish main building and the “Dependance, ” the Seventy House.

Beautiful boutique hotel approx 15-20 mins walk into centre of Florence in a peaceful area outside of the busy centre. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were friendly and always helpful.

Recently stayed for two nights as a family of 4.
Communication upon arrival was great, we needed a baby cot and this was in the room when we arrived (at a charge of €15 euro’s)

Fantastic hotel right in the center of Florence! The interior is modern and stylish, everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location is great, about 9 minutes walk from the Central station with a large luggage.

Loved having it as home away from home…Gaetano is ultra kind and helpful. Really appreciated the calmness in all things. Very safe…Quick 10-15 minute walk to train station…and heart of Old City.

You want a great place to stay in Florence? This is it! Easy to get to, by tram, from the airport, easy walking distance to central Florence, great value restaurants in the area.

Friendly staff in a good location only a few minutes from the train and 10-15 from most historic sites.
But, there are 2 things to be aware of if you book.

Albert is extremely helpful in helping us check in and get to know florence. The room is regularly cleaned, big space, and has complete amenities.

Hotel Angélica is a wonderfully authentic Italian hotel — old, small, and full of charm in all the best ways.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days on a friend’s recommendation, so I already knew I would be in a nice place — but even then, I was pleasantly surprised.

Absolutely wonderful La Gemma Hotel. The atmosphere so warm and personal, yet beautifully luxurious at the same time. The suite is simply wow — stylish, elegant, and thoughtfully designed.

We had the most wonderful time staying at Hotel La Gamma in Florence. The staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived till the last moment we were there.

Pretty good for the price, right in the old town.
Only downsides:
— had trouble sleeping one night because the streets outside are just so lively far past midnight.

Our stay here was very nice, the hotel staff are friendly the hotel is clean and beds are comfortable, and the location is fantastic to all the main sites in Florence.
It is good value for your money.

Located on the first floor of a typical Florentine residential building this place spoke of elegance from the moment I entered.

The hotel is located in an apartment block and you need to press a buzzer by the large metal door to get in. The rooms are lovely and a small, sweet breakfast is included.

A nice b&b really comfortable, the owner always available at any time.
