Florence Hotels

The hotel was newly renovated so everything was squeaky clean. The room we booked was spacious, and came with a large balcony with a great view of the city, especially during sunrise.

When we arrived in Florence from Milan, we booked and Uber and our driver told us that he loved the place as he was a part time driver for their service.

Positive: Overall feel of the property is wonderful with a upscale feel while not being pretentious. Rooms are spacious, location next to Santa Croce and walking distance to everything.

Slightly more expensive and farther away from all the actions of Florence, but on the other hand we got to enjoy the amazing amenities and service.

The absolute best place to stay!
The Staff:
The hotel starts out being phenomenal by the amazing staff here. Everyone is so welcoming, accommodating, and just so friendly.

One of the most friendly hotels I've stayed in.
Great location.
Stunning view of the city.
Free minibar and happy hours.
Really great.

What can I say this place was amazing. After a rough bout of horrible beds in Airbnbs or masseria we booked this one. With little hope we were amazingly and pleasantly surprised.

A true hidden gem in Florence.

Perfect stay for a group of four! We booked two rooms at this hotel on Via de' Calzaiuoli and couldn't have made a better choice.
Location: Literally between the Duomo and Piazza della Signoria.

Fantastic hotel right in the city center, literally steps away from the Duomo. The strategic location allows you to explore all of Florence on foot.

Hotel Club is an oasis in the midst of bustling, tourist-packed Florence. My husband and I stayed there from April 19 to April 23, 2026.

Amazing hotel perfect location near the train station absolutely beautiful inside lovely room. The staff are amazing they couldn’t do enough for us and our baby.

We stayed one night with 2 little girls. Hotel near Santa Maria Novella and convenient to the historic center. Spacious and cozy rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Advised!

About to check out of our hotel in Florence. The staff was friendly, helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable beds were amazing and towels prefect.

5 minute walk to Train Station Firenze Santa Maria Novella, 10 minutes walk to Accademia Galleria (David tribune), 10 minutes to Duoma.

Rooms are not big but spacious enough to fit a few large suitcases, furniture and washrooms felt modern and artsy.
— 10/10 hospitality, the staff were super friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay at Croce di Malta. Everyone there was kind and helpful. The room was perfect and had a small balcony with a nice view of the neighborhood.

We had a great stay in your hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Every day good cleaning, enough towels. Every morning a great breakfast. Different variety of coffees.

Very nice hotel. Great deal.
Perfect location and close by, a good parking. Great service and very helpful, and a nice breakfast. For sure I will be back.

Charming, delightful, historic small hotel in heart of Florence. Wonderful service! Mikayla (sorry, spelling) the gentleman at front desk was so very helpful and kind.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Hotel Settefiori! We booked 4 rooms for our group of 12, and every room was ready for us well before check-in, which was incredibly appreciated after traveling.

A newly renovated and opened Hotel (Dec 2025) that is definitely a worthwhile stay. Helpful and kind reception, easy to contact. Location is superb.

Great location! Lots of great restaurants, cafes and tourist attractions walkable. Fantastic hosts. Good safety with leaving the key at the desk and Always having security.

I absolutely loved my stay in Lorena hotel, even it was only one night. The location is fantastic, just 6-7 min. From the train station and same to Il Duomo.

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Hotel Paris. It is so beautiful, a palazzo, it made me feel like a Medici in Florence. The service is wonderful, special thanks to Vittorio en Etri.

As a family of four, we found the Hotel Paris to be perfect for our needs.

A lovely and tranquil hotel a pleasant walk away from the heart of the city.
I booked a room with a balcony. Our room was spacious, comfortable and impeccably clean.

Really nice hotel in a good and quiet location. It is not super near the main tourist attractions, but it was worth the walk to have silence at night.

Absolutely wonderful hotel and stay!

The service here was excellent during my stay. The rooms were very nice and the location is convenient and many restaurants and stores within short walking distances.

We had a great stay at La Dimora degli Angeli. Very clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast buffet, and helpful staff.

Right in the centre of the city and you can hardly hear any noise from outside, even at peek times. We were lucky enough to have a room with a view of the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore!

I am writing the review here because accidentally submitted it on Booking before I had finished writing. Our stay was wonderful!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Hotel Zanobi 45! From the moment we arrived, the customer service and hospitality were exactly what we were hoping for in a boutique hotel.

From the moment we made our reservation we were excited, and upon arrival all our expectations were exceeded.

Very lovely staff (and dog called Roy). Room was in great condition. Included in the room is a kettle, a hob, kitchen sink and a fridge.

We stayed here for 3 nights — our final stop on our Italian adventure. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, and the bed was so comfortable.

We had an amazing experience at Corte Calzaiuoli. The service and attention were very personal, professional and friendly. The rooms were beautiful.

A lovely treasure in a great location. Comfortable clean room, tasty breakfast and helpful professional staff.

Stayed here early October 2025 five nights. We had a superior room with balcony, very happy with the stay.

This place was wonderful to stay for almost a week. Let me say that the first room they led us to was all the way up to the top floor and the windows didn't open and it was so hot in the first room.

The hotel is in a fantastic location and serves a delicious full breakfast every day.

Firstly turn left coming out of the airport and there is a tram stop. 30 minutes later you are outside Hotel Giglio. A very easy and efficient airport to hotel transfer.

Hotel Giglio is a charming, family-owned hotel with a genuine Italian atmosphere. My room was, clean, equipped with comfortable bed, quiet AC and fast Wi-Fi.

We absolutely loved our stay at Maison Ginori Guelfa. Pierpaolo was excellent with his communication and the room was exactly as advertised.

We stayed at Pierpaolo’s beautiful property for a couple of nights in April. Firstly he was an excellent host — great communications, a warm welcome and some excellent restaurant recommendations.

Great stay, we enjoyed it loads!

Hidden gem. Odd decor-room opened to the outside for fresh air but odd "courtyard". Fabulous and guest-focused staff. Great dinner recommendations.
