I spend three beautiful days at the beginning of July with my partner and I really loved the place. Clean, quite and tidy. Above all though the personell was excellent and very helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was genuinely an excellent stay.

Very central location and close to the train station.
The beautiful room, very cozy and clean, the mattress high, comfortable and comfortable for a good rest after a day of long walk.

We were guests of this hotel on the last weekend of November, as per title as soon as we entered we were greeted by the staff (Daniele and Cristian) in a very professional way.

I stayed here at the beginning of March. Everyone were absolutely gracious and nice. Breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Excellent stay in a perfect location!
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The room is spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean.

We booked this hotel after reading the reviews and we weren’t disappointed. Everything from start to finish has been amazing.

Wonderful place. Hard to imagine a better view. Breakfast was amazing also.

We stayed 4 night and enjoyed our stay. The design of rooms, interiors, courtyard and restaurant all reflect Dante’s divine comedy, details are thoughtful.

I wanted something a little different to the standard hotel and this certainly delivered. I stayed in one of the “He’ll” rooms which was fun. Great block out curtains.

Great location, the room is clean and spacious. The recepcionist was very friendly and kind.

Fantastic location close to Pitti palace, Ufitzi & Duomo. Loads of bars & restaurants within walking distance.

I had never been to a hostel like this before my trip.

This hostel has an excellent range of cuisine. French? Delicious. Chilean? Yes please. Italian? I'm too full for now, let me build my appetite up first on a wine tour.

This is a very nice hotel as far as the rooms go — clean spacious and good location. It is however also air b n b apts so strange entrance etc. No true front desk and no night desk coverage.

Perfect location next to Ponte Vecchio and many other points of interest. Clean room, kind personnel, tasty breakfast.

Fantastic!
Extremely clean and well kept. The bed is so comfortable and the entire staff is amazing, they go above and beyond for their customers and really make you feel at home.

Stayed here in August 2024, and what an amazing hotel. We had a room in one of the lodges in the grounds and it was huge with high ceilings and amazing bathroom.

Please do yourself a favour and disregard the fancy pants new build hotels if you want to really experience what staying in Florence is all about.

My husband and I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The owners are so welcoming and kind. You can tell they really love what they do. We appreciated that it felt like we were staying with family.

The property was in a great location. Breakfast was excellent. A great selection to choose from and beautifully presented. Our host was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Olga is the perfect host. She is super organised and so friendly.

We've just had a lovely stay here. Marco and Cristina are perfect hosts. We had the large character room at the front and the walls and ceiling paintings were lovely.

I loved staying here. Marco is an incredible host.

We had a wonderful stay! It was just over the river which was nice to be outside of the city. Close to the gardens and the bridges. Giulia’s place is very comfortable.

You can’t find better place to stay in Florence! Stuff welcoming services, room with stunning view (New York), recycling elements in the room make my stay in this city unforgettable.

We had a really peaceful and blissful time at Mosi! The hostesses were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, also Simona has great taste for decoration!

Strategic structure just minutes from everything.
Well arranged period building. "Royal" room with en suite bathroom which deserves an overhaul.

Such a special find outside of the city center out in nature. The room was very spacious, clean and very comfortable.

We spent a wonderful weekend in Casa Rosa this October! The place is very modern and the rooms are extremely clean and spacious.

We stayed here for 5 nights. What a fantastic place. Location was amazing, about 7-8 min walk from the train station. Rooms were very clean, spacious and great shower pressure.

A great location not far from the main square. A fair trek from the main train station especially when pulling suitcases through the cobbled streets.

Canto Degli Scali — WOW! Beautiful and convenient! The Apartments were very nice, well decorated and attentive to details. The location was SOOO convenient to everything.

Excellent appartments in city centre, parked in a quite lane. Old heritage building with morden facility. Great host.

Came from the US for our honeymoon in early March and rented from them. I don’t have a single regret! The hosts were very easy to work with.

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the via delle oche suite. Here are a few pros/cons to consider.

This is a small quiet hotel right in the centre of Florence. We had a large comfortable room over looking the main street.

Location is great, rooms are great, functional AC, great water pressure on showers, hotel is a FANTASTIC option if you are looking for a place to stay in the heart of Florence.
