Florence Hotels

Great location within walking distance of most attractions. The staff were friendly, and we especially appreciated Rachel at breakfast, who was very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay! We booked a suite for four people and it was more spacious than I expected!

Our stay was excellent. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were all very friendly and attentive.

The location is great. The rooms are very spacious and able to accommodate family of 4. The value was great. The atmosphere of the hotel was good.

Small spa but very cozy and well organized with Covid rules! Very nice garden! The rooms were very clean and comfortable ✔️.
Very courteous and helpful staff!

Beautiful design hotel. Very attentive to the customer.

Visited as single female and very happy, comfortable, relaxed and safe. Beautifully simple, clean, friendly hotel.

Clean modern hotel. Pool on the roof with a bar. Nice place for an afternoon nap and beer when it gets to hot on the street.

I stayed at Soggiorno Fortezza Fiorentina for one night with my boyfriend and had a really great experience.

Very well located hotel, especially if you have a train to catch but also just to discover the city. The room is simple but clean and spacious, and the team is very welcoming and helpful.

I recommend this hotel. It’s near the train station and convenient to check in, and also close (walking distance) to all the attractions in Florence…
It’s a boutique place with accommodating owners.

Location, cleanliness and the service of the staff was excellent.

We loved our stay here. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The shared kitchen had a water dispenser and coffee machine which was a bonus.

Couldn’t recommend this stay enough. The location was perfect and service was stellar, we loved Abbey! She made us feel extremely welcomed, no better spot to stay in Florence.

The location is a 5 minute walk to the train station and a train takes about 7 minutes to get to the heart of Florence. The value for money was great.

Moderate rooms, but clean, with the basic equipment! Moderate location. Not too close to center, but you can still walk to there! Easy usage of transportation!

Roberto was a wonderful host: he helped us with our luggage, gave us a map and recommendations, and was very friendly.

Absolutely loved the location, it was a prime spot for us to visit the Medici chapels and the san lorenzo cathedral. Everything we had planned was within walking distance.

Hotel Palazzo Benci is the perfect hotel for location and comfort. Rooms are fresh, clean and European breakfast is wonderful! Breakfast is important to us to start our day.

Great experience.
Perfect hotel for 1) those traveling by train 2) for those who want to walk around the city.
Very kind staff, super clean and equipped room.

Staff prepared and very helpful and welcoming.
The room very comfortable and stylish.
Top structure! 😊

From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed. The receptionist gave me a city map and pointed out some great local restaurants. The room was simple but very clean and I slept really well.

I stayed here with my sister for three nights and we both felt right at home. The staff were incredibly kind and even helped us book museum tickets.

I had a delightful experience in this hotel. It is both modern and traditional, with a fine continental breakfast in the morning, and a place to eat on the communal patio.

Great hotel, just checked out today. Breakfast is good, rooms clean and spacious. Location is excellent and is next to a fabulous restaurant.

The check-in process was seamless. The room I stayed in was spacious, lofty, and had an unparalleled view of Cappelle Medicee and the street below.

Excellent stay and great value. It’s 10min walk (max) from the train station, found easily after the row of leather stalls.

They welcome you with big smile, they good bye you with big smile.
Just stayed there for a night with my mom.

We had a wonderful stay in Florence. Viola was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

Wonderful stay. The location is super convenient near the train station and all the main attractions of downtown Florence. The hosts are accommodating and wonderful. The rooms are excellent.

A fantastic experience for visitors to Florence. My wife and I spent 3 nights here and loved it. Good space, very clean, good AC, and literally across the street from the transit station.

My experience was incredibly satisfying. First, the communication with the owner before we arrived was clear, helpful, and warm.
Once we arrived, it was perfect—and I'm not exaggerating.

Stefano the owner is fantastic. He gave us an insiders guide of what to see and eat.

Stayed here recently for 8 nights and absolutely loved it. Clean and modern, with a price to rival most hotels in the area.

Great place! Very clean, modern and unbeatable location. Close to all attractions. Angela, the host/manager, it’s increíble she will make sure you have a great stay.

Beautiful hotel with an excellent location in Florence. Room size was a bit small, but it was very well-appointed, with elegant decor.

Hotel Il Tornabuoni was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The entire staff made this one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

We had an incredible stay at the Brunelleschi! We had the Duomo suite and our boys were upgraded to room 502 with a 360 degree view of Florence. Highly recommend that room. Just incredible ambiance.

Just had a fantastic three nights in this beautiful hotel. Right in the centre of Florence, really friendly staff and a lovely bar area to have a drink after a days sight seeing.

We loved this hotel and its location! Breakfast was very good and in a beautiful room. The staff were very helpful and polite.

Booked here because of a foot injury and wanted to be as close to the Uffizi as possible. What a fabulous hotel. Great accommodations, great staff, great location.

My time at the Sina Villa Medici was magical. As soon as you walked in there is always someone to greet you no matter the time of day or night.

This was my first stay at this hotel in Florence, and it was truly exceptional.
What sets this hotel apart is its outstanding customer service.

Nice hotel with great service. I cut my hand and they quickly bandaged it up and got me a taxi to the hospital. Very friendly workers.

Beautifully remodeled apartments that make you feel right at home. Absolutely loved the staff, very warm and helpful every day we were there.

Fantastic place to stay. The family was very impressed. The apartment was a great size, great specifications, everything was well considered — loved the hide-able kitchen.

This hotel was by far the most luxurious we stay in while traveling in Italy. And, it was a quick walk to the Ponte Vecchio. The hotel lobby and rooms are brand new and state of the art.

We stayed at the Villa Cora in a family room, the room was split level with separate rooms meaning we could all have a good nights sleep. Gifts were given to our boys which was a lovely touch.

The hotel itself is beautiful, but the service could be spotty sometimes despite their best intent to help.

We loved our accommodations at Villa Tortorelli. Information for check in was detailed and complete but still a bit tricky.

The villa is situated in the heart of the historical centre of Florence, but there is no noise coming from the street and the area is very peaceful.

We stayed as a family of 5 on our trip to Florence. Really friendly warm reception when we arrived rooms were clean and spacious with toiletries included.

This was a wonderful stay. It's right in the center of town, yet feels very calm inside. The staff was so helpful and sweet, the room was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable.

An amazing hotel with a truly special atmosphere. The location is excellent — close to the train station and within walking distance to the city center.

Great apartment, with clean bathroom, nice little balcony, very comfortable bed and amazing location close to both restaurants and sights.

If you’re in to staying at an authentic Old World Palace then this small hotel is the.

Truly unforgettable stay in every way. We split our stay in Florence.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent, with great quality and variety.

Nicola was an incredible host in this gorgeous little guest house. Our room was spotless, with a very comfy bedding and great air conditioning which kept it very cool even when it was 38°C outside.

A wonderful accommodation with very loving hosts, very clean and nice rooms, an extensive breakfast (bread, homemade jams, good sausages and cheeses, yogurt, cereals, biscuits, lots of fruit, cakes

Kindness, availability and courtesy make this beautiful structure unique and unforgettable.

From the outside it is hard to realize how big this place is. There were already big groups of students were staying here.

Nice and reasonable stay. The staff is quite strict though. Services could have been better. In our 2 Nights stay, we did not get fresh towels, neither enough quantity of soap.

I stayed at Ostello Bello Firenze for 5 nights, and it was even better than I expected. I stayed in a 4-female dormitory which was very convenient as it had two en-suite bathrooms.

Perfect for everything.
We arrived after some issues in an other hostel.
We've been welcomed like queens, meaning with big smiles, respect, a lot of benefits explained & genuine exchanges.

Good price with breakfast included, lovely and nice design hotel, the room is much bigger than I thought with amazing view of Tuscany mountains and private balcony.

Very nice hostel, the rooms are basic but clean and spatious (we had a triple room), very good sleep, the AC works, the breakfast was the best for every tastes, the personnel was very nice and

The building and shared areas are great, and the staff is very friendly and always happy to help. The location is also good.

Snug and quiet hostel in Florence. If you are looking for a social hostel, this is not the place for you. This is a calm hostel 5 minute walk from train station.

All staff were pretty welcoming. The place has a nice modern ambient. The room was clean with all what I needed. I worked out on the treadmill and worked perfectly.

Amazing place very well located close to the rail station and to the city center but in a quiet area.
