Highly recommended for couples! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located near the train station and main sites.

We spent just one night in transition to Perugia for Eurochocolate.
Our Host Magdalena wasn't so gracious. Will recommend this cosy room any day.

Great location, literally turn right at the front door, take 10 steps, turn right, and there's the duomo in front of you. 10 minutes walk to all the landmarks.

Great location, easy walk to all the sites and the train station. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The shower was hot and breakfast was delicious.

Amazing experience for us, we were given a beautiful room we arrived just before sunset and it just looked amazing upon arrival.

One of the best locations you can have in Florence, right next to the famous Duomo. The Duomo from our room looked like a painting. It took my breath away every time I looked out.

Wonderful help from Alex at the check in location, which is just across the street from the Florence main train station (Firenza Santa Maria Novella).

Such a perfect little room at walking distance from everything! The staff is so welcoming and nice! They can keep your luggage until check-in time and they communicate very thoroughly with you.

We stayed in this hotel for four nights, at the end of September. We loved it! The rooms are all very idiosyncratic and charming, the breakfasts are absolutely superb.

We just had a wonderful stay at the Palazzo dal Borgo (Dec. 2024).

The hotel was very convenient to the city center — 10-15 minute walk. Great for a car as there is a parking lot on site. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional.

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Hotel Adriatico. We arrived early and was allowed to check into our room! Bonus. It was around a 12 minute easy walk from the train station which makes travel convenient.

We loved our stay at Croce di Malta. Everyone there was kind and helpful. The room was perfect and had a small balcony with a nice view of the neighborhood.

We had a great stay in your hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Every day good cleaning, enough towels. Every morning a great breakfast. Different variety of coffees.

Hotel is perfectly located minutes from the train station and steps from the river. Easy walk along the river to city center, Uffizi, and restaurants.

Room: good! clean and modern.
Service: great! except old man (he was afternoon shift, we say Hi but he didn’t see us and answer)

Grand Hotel Baglioni is a beautiful hotel in a very convenient location. It is just a short walk from the train station and the popular attractions.

Hotel Angélica is a wonderfully authentic Italian hotel — old, small, and full of charm in all the best ways.

I stayed at this hotel for a few days on a friend’s recommendation, so I already knew I would be in a nice place — but even then, I was pleasantly surprised.

Hotel Boccaccio is an excellent choice for travelers, a 5 min walk from the train station, with nearby convenient store.
We stayed for 4 nights and had comfortable rest after each day tour.

Stayed here a couple of weeks ago with a Study Abroad tour group. Service was fantastic—major shoutout to employee Albie for excellent restaurant recommendations and hospitality!

Located on the first floor of a typical Florentine residential building this place spoke of elegance from the moment I entered.

We stayed for 3 nights at this pleasant and well located hotel only minutes from the station. Situated at the quieter end of a busy street that leads to the centre.

The hotel was overall very nice and we had a pleasant stay.

Great place. Really clean, very comfortable and nice breakfast. The showers were really nice which was much appreciated after we ran the Florence 10km.

I stayed here for 4 nights. Francesca is absolutely wonderful and will make sure you have everything you need. It is less than a mile from the Duomo (easy walk) and close to plenty of restaurants.

What can I say that others haven’t already?
This is a beautiful little B&B made up of 4 rooms.

Pretty good for the price, right in the old town.
Only downsides:
— had trouble sleeping one night because the streets outside are just so lively far past midnight.

Our stay here was very nice, the hotel staff are friendly the hotel is clean and beds are comfortable, and the location is fantastic to all the main sites in Florence.
It is good value for your money.

The hotel is a good location right in front of the Piazza di Santa Maria. All the staff are exceptional and will attend to you. The breakfast included was nice especially the croissants.

The host, Nicollo, very friendly, and prepared cup of coffee in the morning. Talking friendly to introduce places to go. I highly recommend it.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. We felt so comfortable and welcomed here from the very beginning.
