Florence Hotels

The hotel is a good location right in front of the Piazza di Santa Maria. All the staff are exceptional and will attend to you. The breakfast included was nice especially the croissants.

A Wonderful Location in a beautiful hotel!

Fantastic. Great location. The owner is very kind and helpful. The breakfasts they provide are excellent. Safe. Comfortable. My wife and I will stay here again next time we visit Florence. Loved it!

I stayed here at the beginning of March. Everyone were absolutely gracious and nice. Breakfast in the morning was delicious.

We loved our stay at Croce di Malta. Everyone there was kind and helpful. The room was perfect and had a small balcony with a nice view of the neighborhood.

We had a great stay in your hotel. Very clean and comfortable room. Every day good cleaning, enough towels. Every morning a great breakfast. Different variety of coffees.

Casa Howard was an absolute gem and one of my favorite stays in Italy.

This hotel has certainly put the boutique into boutique hotels!
Great little hotel of 12 rooms only all very well appointed and individually decorated and styled.

Fantastic hotel right in the center of Florence! The interior is modern and stylish, everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The location is great, about 9 minutes walk from the Central station with a large luggage.

I spent 6 nights with my mom here. Receptionists were very very friendly, a small hotel that has a double lock mechanism on the main door so the security is guaranteed.

Clean, close to the train station, walking distance to essentially all attractions in town. Breakfast offered in a fairly small space, single long table. Espresso and egg options to order included.

You can not ask for a better location, just a few steps from everything. Customer service is unmatched. Helped us with our bags, made sure we had everything we needed.

The location is perfect for a city break in Florence. The breakfast is served in the medieval square and there is no better view. The staff go above and beyond to help you.

Whilst the hotel itself is a little noisy, it's an excellent location for the main train station and only a short 10 minutes or so into Central Florence 👍

Close to the train station so very convenient for lugging luggage around. Tiny tiny elevator. Only 1 person at a time with luggage.

We can’t say enough about our stay at the NH Collection Firenze Porta Rossa. The staff was outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay here absolutely perfect.

We stayed at this truly exceptional hotel from January 2 to January 5, 2026, and are delighted to share our impressions of NH Collection Firenze Porta Rossa, a five-star hotel that can rightfully be

We stayed Florence Comfort B&B for 6 days in our 10 days Italian trip in earlier November. It was a great experience of our trip.

Great value! Room was nice and clean with a spacious balcony and the location was perfect — near the city and right next to public transport links.

Very nice guesthouse which is a 20 minute walk to the center of town. Room was adequate — I had a single room which didnt have tons of space but to be expected but the price reflected that.

This budget Accomodation close to Piazza Santo Spirito is ideally situated for exploring Florence. The hosts are extremely friendly & helpful.

Wonderful central location near many shops and restaurants, and great service. We appreciated that they could also store our luggage for us so we could explore more of the area after check out.

A most pleasant and conveniently positioned hotel for all the main attractions. A good reliable taxi service to the airport. Very pleasant people. Clean and quiet rooms.

Very nice place, with plenty of parking space, awesome swimming pool and a really excellent stay.

Nice and quite location, surrounded by olive trees.
Close to few points of interest!
Just few issues with Wi-Fi.

Not far from train station. They have luggage storage room. Stuff is very nice, they give map with recommendations.

Very well run and highly popular hostel type place to stay, very close to the large indoor market and less than five minutes walk away from the central train and bus stations.

A fine b & b. The owner, Marco was very genial & helpful, & great with emails.
Breakfast is across the street in a patisserie. Coffee & 2 croissants.

The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s not very spacious, but it has enough room for two people.

Honestly could not fault the hotel!
The rooms have been recently renovated so everything is new and clean… perfect location too, walking distance to absolutely everything.

This is the best hotel in all italy, great accommodations, ultra clean room, beautiful hotel, perfect location and views the best and friendliest staff!

The location is walkable distance to everything! The rooms are really nice and the person at check was super friendly and informative :) Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Incanto. The property is completely new, with elegant rooms and a beautiful bathroom — the bathtub was a real highlight.

Wonderful. I stayed here a year ago. Everyone was welcoming. The owner and hospitality was amazing. Nice breakfast and cappuccino.
The bathroom was very clean. Just a bus ride from the Duomo.

Great place to stay, it's not in the historical city but the bus station is just in front of the hotel gate, busses are little bit unreliable during night but we managed our way home every night, and

The Residence Michelangiolo villa is beautiful! Our rooms were spacious and well appointed. We were comfortable the entire time. Angelina and Cherubino have maintained the property so beautifully!

Very friendly and welcoming host, the rooms are great, well equipped and super clean! Very close to the center as well as piazzale Michelangelo, which is a must-see at sunset. Totally recommended!

While the hotel is 3 star, the service and friendliness is more like 5 star. GREAT location, Spacious rooms, and a cool vibe from it being a former monestary.

This is a wonderful, small boutique hotel, and a wonderful city. This was my second time staying, and I cannot wait to book again.
