Service and room was incredible for €. Claudiana was amazing helpful and checked us in early after a long train ride. Gave us excellent recommendations. Definitely will return because of the service.

Very great/helpful staff, outstanding location, and beautifully renovated rooms. Keep stairs in mind with bags (even though there is an elevator), but that's common in Europe.

Absolutely lovely accommodation in a conveniently located street near the train station. Walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and attractions.

The room was nice and tidy, everything was fine but it was quite noisy as it's in the middle of the city center.

The owner of this bnb are AMAZING. We needed to leave cinque terre a day early because of a train strike and Maria and Francesco moved things around so we could come into Florence a day early.

Our stay at Dimora Palanca over the Christmas period was exemplary and stands as a great example as thoughtful, guest-centred hospitality.

The stay at Dimora Palanca was great in all aspects. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Giacomo is super. He’s very attentive, joyful and helpful.

Room was nice and extremely clean. Pillows and bed could have been a bit softer. Towels were clean and super soft. Breakfast was nice and the croissants were excellent.

Extremely happy that we stayed here, we were on the 1st floor and the room was lovely, very large, very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was delicious fresh coffee, cakes and eggs.

This hotel had the most friendliest and professional hotel manager and staff making my 4 night stay so much more enjoyable and easy.

Positive: Within walking distance to the train but pulling luggage over cobblestone is not easy! Negative: Pictures are deceiving. Plus, it is just off the train tracks so it is noisy.

This is a truly exceptional place to stay! First, the location cannot be beaten, it is on a major plaza and steps to the duomo, ponte vecchio, and other Florence attractions.

Staff was super helpful and friendly at all times. We had an issue with the A/C and the late shift worked hard to make it happen.

First time in Florence I booked three nights in this Hotel, the outragious position a 10 minute walk and you are at the Duomo and city center.
The hotel offers and awesome breakfast.

Very good standard, we are traveling whole 5 persons (3 kinds) and one room enaught for us. Only minus is missing secure parking, even city guard what we meet on front of property suggest found

This hotel is truly wonderful. It feels small and cosy, but with the level of service of a grand hotel, it really has the best of both worlds.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Very central location within walking distance to all the main attractions, including Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Mercato Centrale, and even Academia/Uffizi Gallery.

This hotel is excellent for exploring Florence on foot—the location makes it incredibly easy to walk to all the main attractions and truly enjoy the city at your own pace.

After 7 nights, I highly recommend this hotel! The rooms are very quiet, even though the hotel is close to everything.

Beautiful room in an ideal location. We booked for our family of four and had a full sized loft with an additional bed. The decor was lovely and the room was very clean with good amenities.

Great location, nice room, nice bathroom. The person who checked us in carried our luggage up to our floor. Somehow several mosquitos got in the room even though we had the window closed tightly.
