Florence Hotels

We loved our accommodations at Villa Tortorelli. Information for check in was detailed and complete but still a bit tricky.

The villa is situated in the heart of the historical centre of Florence, but there is no noise coming from the street and the area is very peaceful.

Every time I go back to Florence there is only one hotel for me, the Victoria. Nice rooms and super welcoming staff. I always feel at home.

A charming place. Family run business that goes the extra mile. Free Lavazza coffee machine makes waking up a treat.

This great B&B, in a sweet neighborhood 15 minutes by bus or 25 minutes on foot from the Duomo and lets you feel like a real Italian. Host speaks excellent English and is most accommodating.

Beautiful rooms and a fantastic location. The atmosphere was inviting, and the staff made the stay even better for us and our children.

We had a fabulous stay and highly recommend. The apartments are in a beautiful historic building, in a lovely part of the city.

Best location — very safe and convenient place — clean and well maintained — you also get the duomo view — everything was walking distance.

We had our stay in May, the host Lorenzo was super attentive, kind and helpful he even gave us a map of the city highlighting the different train stations and answered every one of our stupid tourist

Best stay in Florence — hospitality, comfort, location. Could not have had a better experience than at Palazzo di Camugliano.

This hotel, and I hesitate to use that word, is… art, simply put. The most beautiful hotel room (and hotel) I have ever stayed at. Tucked away in a quiet (ish) alley, it is an absolute retreat.

Fantastic. Great location. The owner is very kind and helpful. The breakfasts they provide are excellent. Safe. Comfortable. My wife and I will stay here again next time we visit Florence. Loved it!

I stayed here at the beginning of March. Everyone were absolutely gracious and nice. Breakfast in the morning was delicious.

I spend three beautiful days at the beginning of July with my partner and I really loved the place. Clean, quite and tidy. Above all though the personell was excellent and very helpful.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was genuinely an excellent stay.

I spent 6 nights with my mom here. Receptionists were very very friendly, a small hotel that has a double lock mechanism on the main door so the security is guaranteed.

Clean, close to the train station, walking distance to essentially all attractions in town. Breakfast offered in a fairly small space, single long table. Espresso and egg options to order included.

Nice place to stay and quite good location, you have to walk good 20 minutes to the city center, while the accommodation did not give enough soap for the whole days we were staying at! So super

Good location — about 10 mins from the train station in the opposite direction to the town centre so a lot quieter than the touristy areas.

Obviously, the terrace at this hotel is absolutely gorgeous! But the actual rooms are also lovely, large, good air con. We had a view of the Pitti Palace from our room, which was wonderful!

Could not recommend this hotel more!

The room was just as described on Booking. Com — comfortable and the right size.

Though I never got a chance to meet the host, Lara was reachable and always responded on time. Check-in process, directions to walk from train station were all providrd in a detailed manner.

Lovely time and stay at Hotel Cosmos. The front desk staff was wonderful, the breakfast was fresh and the person tending to the guests at breakfast time was top notch.

The Hotel was very accommodating for my midnight arrival from the airport. It was incredibly easy to get here from the airport via the metro line.

We had a really peaceful and blissful time at Mosi! The hostesses were kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, also Simona has great taste for decoration!

Perfect hotel experience! Excellent location. People at the reception were very kind. There are ramps and an elevator. Rooms were great with a mini-fridge and supplies for tea/coffee.

We stayed here last minute due to a significant issue with the first hotel we booked and the staff at Borghese Palace Art Hotel was very accomodating and friendly.

Pros: Very modern and good location. Host was very helpful and kind. Washer and dryer for clothes was very useful.
Cons: A little noisy, since in the heart of Florence, which is expected.

My wife and I loved staying at this guesthouse. Our room was spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Daniele and Alessia were lovely hosts.

Fabulous location, beautiful room with access to the beautiful courtyard garden. Very comfortable bed, spacious bathroom, plenty of closet space. Great room cleaning every day and free bottled water.

Our biggest room by far of our 5 city trip! Very comfortable bed, huge accommodations (though the shower was definitely tight! ) and the location really can't be beat.

The check-in process was seamless. The room I stayed in was spacious, lofty, and had an unparalleled view of Cappelle Medicee and the street below.

Excellent stay and great value. It’s 10min walk (max) from the train station, found easily after the row of leather stalls.

Perfect for a short stay in Florence, and as a base to visit all of sites, which are within walking distance. The team were very helpful before and during our stay, with many recommendations and tips.

The staff was wonderful! The breakfast was amazing. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything you could want in a hotel.

Very friendly, helpful staff, especially on reception. They booked taxis, provided bus tickets and info on bus routes (No. 14 stops just round the corner, and takes you to the Duomo).
