A nice welcome I feel great.

The location is very good, close to the center and the train station but, we did not have Wi-Fi. On the other hand, we had a train leaving at 11.00 a. M. And they assured us to get us a cab, and at 10.15 a. M. We were told sorry, no taxi. We had to walk with lots of suitcases. But afterwards, old but clean building and friendly staff.

Beautiful room, old building. It has heating and AA, it is well located.

Large but little clean rooms and in the bathroom the soap was only available for a shower. We held four days but we never rested because at night it was impossible to sleep due to the traffic and the loud that heard up in the morning also due to the Windows not soundproof. The location of the B&B is convenient for all the monuments, good breakfast but there is not enough place so you do in the room.

To recommend. Pleasant stay in the centre of Florence.

Nice atmosphere, clean and cozy; Great location in the centre of Florence. Garage there near in convention. Great professionalism and friendliness. We will definitely return.

The woman we interacted with during our visit was incredibly friendly and, despite her being under the weather, offered to meet any request. We stayed on the third floor suite, which was plenty of space for the three of us that stayed there. It was slightly antiquated, but seemed to be consistent with most accommodations in the area.

Location, service, cleanliness and… Kindness.

Good bed and breakfast, room was very nice but situated next to breakfast on L2 so very loud from 7am. Breakfast consisted of coffee and pastries.

The room was very nice and clean. In the evening, despite being located in the center, practically a cross of the Piazza del Duomo, is quite quiet and you can sleep well. Staff very friendly and friendly, we had some delays and since the reception closed at 8pm, I was sent everything you needed by email. Once we got there, I also found instructions for room and whatnot. The only drawback, the breakfast that seemed pretty bare. Bread, biscuits, some Nutella jam, butter and philadelpia. Two pies and drink the usual. Tea, milk, juice (not juice) etc. All in all we had a great stay, and honestly the history of breakfast is more of a whim than a real flaw.

On night 2 of 4 right now with no complaints. The bed isn't as soft as I prefer, but that's really personal preference. No fridge to keep the water cold, again personal preference. Good sized room with nice bathroom and a block from the Duomo, hard to complain! :-)

Close to Duomo and then within reach of all the city's main attractions. Room comfortable and clean. At first glance you may consider a bit rustic but then it means that it is absolutely in line with the historical style of the buildings in the historical center of Florence. Kind hospitality and familiar atmosphere. Breakfast.

Excellent room, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was simple, but this is what u expect in a European country, so please don't expect a full fry up like you would expect in English B&Bs. If you manage to get room 22, there are 2 urns on the fire place, I have left a piece of paper with the Wifi password underneath the left urn. Hope its still there!
