Definitely an interesting, cozy place. Not all rooms are large but still contain the necessary. Well restored, they have fully maintained the flavour of the period residence even in the décor, the staff is very helpful and the breakfast plentiful. The view from the terrace, which stretches over the main monuments of the center, is very suggestive. The location with respect to the center of Florence is optimal you're not right in the center, but in a quieter location and 10 minutes walk from the most interesting works, and 15/20 minutes from the train station. Only drawback is the check-in only after the 15 that forces you to visit the city with your suitcase (if you arrive in the morning).

Fabulous views of the city from the top. Clean room and the Palazzo is nice and well decorated. Breakfast was good.

Like being in 1250 ad. Meaning the A/C is worthless, Wi-Fi sucks and the hair dryer works for 30 seconds then stops. But the view of the Doumo is lovely. You have to park a couple of blocks away and there are a LOT of stairs even after the left takes you to the 3dd floor. Room is small and clean.

Quaint little hotel. The views from the balcony and the rooftop were breathtaking. The room and bathroom were larger than others in Italy. Our a/c didn't work well, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. The lobby works until 8pm, and they charge an extra € 30 if you check in after that. We arrived at 8:08 pm and were charged the fee. Not too welcoming. The staff was helpful.

The view from the patio… Just that alone would have been enough to come back here! The breakfast was plentiful, the rooms were clean, and the elevator was very helpful.

Great location, and fantastic view from the terrace on the roof. The atmosphere of the seventeenth century that it matches well to that of the city. Centrally located, with a maximum of 5 minutes walk from the Duomo.

I rented a triple room for one night in this structure, given that I had to attend a performance given at the Teatro della Pergola, on the same day, and I was pleasantly surprised of the quality of the service offered. Not only with regards to the incredible proximity to the theatre in question (even for five minutes, walk), but also for the extreme kindness of the staff, friendly and very helpful staff, the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms, the breakfast worthy of the facilities much more expensive and the price is very good. The location is also very strategic for those who want to visit Florence, a few minutes walk from Piazza del Duomo and quite close to the train station of Santa Maria Novella. I highly recommend it for the beautiful view from the terrace and the cosy furnishings, which is a very different (and higher) standards. The absolute silence in the rooms, maybe a little cold at night but should not spoil the stay.
