Dimora72 Luxury Rooms

The apartment was perfectly suited to our needs and made our visit to Florence fabulous. Everything was clean and in good condition. The location in Santa Croce was wonderful. Francesca and Leonardo were very helpful and easy to contact throughout our stay. We would love to stay at Dimora 72 the next time we are in Florence!

Our stay was fantastic. The room was spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked well and the street was quiet at night. The location is perfect, right in Santa Croce close to the piazza and to plenty of great restaurants. What makes Dimora72 special is Leonardo and Francesca. They went above and beyond to help us plan the Florence trip of our dreams. They shared local tips and helped make reservations we wouldn’t have gotten otherwise. I hope we can return to stay one day!

Dimora72 was the perfect and very charming hotel/apartment I stayed in Florence when I was there at the beginning of June and I loved it. I was there 8 days and it was incredibly comfortable, was a very tasteful design, clean, modern and very quiet. It felt like home. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was very modern. It is located near Santa Croce and is within a 10 minute walk of most touristy and central locations. The area was like a slice of everyday Florence and it felt more like a discovery than a tourist trail. Leonardo and Francesca right from our first interaction were both incredibly warm and thoughtful hosts and helped me at every possible opportunity. They really looked after me and it made a huge impression.
I would highly recommend this Boutique Hotel to everyone and look forward to returning.

Francesca and Lorenzo were exceptional hosts. The rooms are beautiful and the entire place was spotless. Rooms are equipped with everything we wanted. Keyless entry worked very well. The great strength of the management is communication! We were advised of anything we needed to know and in clear detail. Francesca was the perfect balance between a helpful and friendly host but very appropriate in her manner. On our next trip to Florence, I doubt we would stay anywhere else.
PS our needs to maintain a gluten free diet were fulfilled by their helpful advice.

Fabulous apartment in the best area in the city, modern, spacious and with an amazing shower room/ bathroom, very central and easy access, hosts were very helpful with restaurant recommendations. Would stay here again!

Loved every minute of our time spent here. Everything was clean, spacious, and was as described. Location was centrally located as well, and within walking distance to just about everything. If/when we travel back to Florence, we will most definitely be staying here again.

Perfect location in the centre of beautiful Florence. Our host was amazing! She was very attentive, checked in with us and made sure we had plenty of fantastic recommendations. She was the best! The rooms were very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. We was staying for our honeymoon and we had a lovely little bottle of fizz and a note when we arrived — such a lovely touch! 5 stars would recommend!

Great service, good communication. Very clear accommodation which was very well connected to all the great parts of Florence. The hotel had all the essentials and made our stay effortless and safe. Fantastic, would highly recommend!

I was absolutely blown away! The location is perfect; the room was spacious and secure (as a solo traveler, this was very important to me) ; the design and amenities in the room have been upgraded, while keeping old-world charm. The property owners were incredibly friendly and when they learned it would be my birthday during my stay, they left a small bottle of bubbly in the room with a note so I could celebrate! I cannot recommend this place enough! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Central Florence — lovely self contained posh modern apartment — large king bed and fancy shower. Was very clean. Directions to get in a little complex due to 3 locks but had a key to make it easy.

Let me first start by saying if I could give more than 5 stars to this hotel I would. The location is perfect, our group walked to all the major sites and then some without any difficulty.
The rooms are incredibly large and spacious and the bathrooms are way bigger than we previously experienced in Europe.
The owners Francesca and Leonardo are wonderful.
They meet us at our cab and never stopped being of service and showing great hospitality to us. Francesca helped with our transportation, which is very important because you don’t just flag down a cab like in America.
Again, I highly recommend staying here, it was a great experience. Thank you Leonardo and Francesca for a great stay in beautiful Florence, Italy. Hope to see you again.

Leonardo and Francesca were excellent hosts and so accommodating. The rooms are new, clean and comfortable. The location is also excellent with most things being no more than 10 minutes by foot. We would definitely stay again.

Leonardo & Francesca were great hosts and helped us with any questions we had. The place was beautiful, close to the attractions and a little ways from the very touristy areas. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Florence. Bed was super comfortable and the shower was hot with good water pressure.
