We had a wonderful stay at Incanto. The property is completely new, with elegant rooms and a beautiful bathroom — the bathtub was a real highlight.

Having a 10 month old baby, this place was good for us. We stayed in the superior room. The only thing missing is a high chair but I think it's not usually provided.

Everything was nice and neat once I arrived. The only thing about it was one towel had a dark, black spot (which means they didn’t clean well).

Very clean and practical designed. Even though it claims that there is a kitchenette, there is no cooker.
The breakfast — included in price — is a joke.

We stayed for two nights during our recent trip to Florence. The room was quite spacious and comfortable. It even had a coffee machine.

We stayed here 2 nights with our 7.5mo infant and loved how central the location is! The apartment was spacious enough for us and had tall ceilings, and they provided a crib for our son.

We had a wonderful stay at Numa. The location is absolutely perfect and the interior design is impressive, a beautiful balance of historical character and modern comfort.

Excellent location, right by the Piazza Della Signoria, you can pretty much see all the sights within 15-20min walk.

This is a very classy hotel. Our room was beautiful, modern and clean. The location is amazing. Minutes from major attractions like the Uffizi museum, Pointe Vecchio, and the Duomo.

Stayed for two nights at the hotel. We had checked in late in the evening, and the receptionist was really helpful and quick.

Joseph and staff were very accommodating. The hotel was located outside of all the business and only a 10 minute walk to the basilica. Very clean, large hotel rooms and beautiful ceilings.

It does not feels like a hotel when you arrive. Not a good first impression as you have to grab an old and tiny elevator. The room was great!

We loved our stay here. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The shared kitchen had a water dispenser and coffee machine which was a bonus.

Couldn’t recommend this stay enough. The location was perfect and service was stellar, we loved Abbey! She made us feel extremely welcomed, no better spot to stay in Florence.

We stayed at the Artists Palace in Florence partly because of the location… which turned out to be absolutely superb for us! Close to the Duomo, the Museo del Duomo and not far from the Uffizi

We had a great time staying at this hotel. It is right in the heart for Florence and walking distance to all of the main attractions. Our room was nicely sized, but the bathroom was a bit tight.

Room was excellent; sparkle clean, nice amenities, and was cleaned next morning when we went to city tour.
Sergio is an amazing host, very rarely do we get such host.

Sergio and his wife were excellent hosts. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bathroom was spacious and modern.

Located right beside the Duomo di Firenze — Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Flower. Laura was very friendly and helpful. Internal view room is nice and quiet, with good a/c.

We had a room with a view of the duomo — great location but very quiet too. The room was clean and the shower great. There are steps to get to the room and no lifts so woth.

I might be over-rating the place but hear me out. I read the reviews before coming, was skeptical.

We stayed one night with 2 little girls. Hotel near Santa Maria Novella and convenient to the historic center. Spacious and cozy rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Advised!

About to check out of our hotel in Florence. The staff was friendly, helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The room was comfortable beds were amazing and towels prefect.

The hotel is located in an apartment block and you need to press a buzzer by the large metal door to get in. The rooms are lovely and a small, sweet breakfast is included.

This boutique hotel is amazing, as service quality, location (just near the station and farmacia Santa María Novela).

A proper gem. Fantastic location just round the corner from the Train Station. Bus stop outside the door and tram stop just nearby so transport linka could not be better.

Easy to get to the tram to take into the city. Room with the bathroom is nice and clean. Gino was the best with helping us out with anything we needed.

The location is located in a very interesting site because just a few minutes away on foot it is possible to reach the center of Florence, very close to the Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi gallery.

It is a too small place, it is difficult to get up with suitcases, but it has a great location, 5 minutes walk from the train station, 10 minutes walk from the Vecchio bridge and the Santa Maria

We stayed for two nights here on our tour of Italy and it was lovely. There is a small elevator, but a lot of stairs, so be prepared if you are planning to stay here.

The house was very clean and in a great location, close to everything. The staff was really helpful and always ready to assist. I would definitely stay here again!

Well-kept structure, simple but very comfortable rooms and above all very clean. Also recommended for the location, as it is very close to the center and can be reached on foot.

Nice place. Clean and comfortable rooms, with air-conditioning. Nice garden for quiet relaxation and picnic meals. Also has a chapel. Free, simple breakfast included. Sister is super friendly.
