Having a 10 month old baby, this place was good for us. We stayed in the superior room. The only thing missing is a high chair but I think it's not usually provided.
The location is perfect and very central. The facilities in the kitchen were adequate. The kettle needs maintenance. There is a balcony and high ceilings.
Zero privacy because the bathrooms are outside the room, the food we left in the refrigerator disappeared and the Wi-Fi is extremely slow.

Super nice place to enjoy beautiful Florence. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, plus they offer breakfast like pastries and cereal. The location is the best part—super close to the train station, and there are lots of places to eat in the area without spending much money. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay at this great place again.
