Nice rooms, very very close to city centre and really value for money considering the options in the area. Tram station is right below and city centre is just 10 min walk (900m) or 1 station away.

Fabrizio gave me a very nice room. The room was very clean and the shower was very nice. The location was excellent. I have nothing bad to say about la Cittadella! I would stay there again.

This hotel is super conveniently located! You can walk to and from most parts of Florence without issue, including the train station which came in so handy.

Numa Vita was perfect. Location was quite central, the apartment design was great, very spacious for 3 guests. Would stay here again!

The extra bed (sofa) was extremely uncomfortable, which made me leave the apartment after just a day and a half. I tried to get a partial refund, but they refused.

Easily the coolest hotel i’ve ever stayed in. I Couldn’t believe that the hand painted art above the bed wasn’t kept in a museum.

I met Angela as my host and she’s just the best! Great service mind, super polite, and very warm. Not only the hotel decor feels like a vintage homey getaway, she fills the role of a welcoming host!

We enjoyed a private cooking class with Sylvia. It was amazing, we prepared a 3 course meal, enjoyed a local bottle of wine and she gave us the recipes so we can make them when we get home.

We stayed here for three nights. The hotel was very easy to find and the tram was very close by. Walking into the centre of Florence was so easy also. 10 minutes max. The hotel was lovely.

I was in Florence solo travelling as a woman many months ago in November. Terra Artis was the most fantastic location I stayed at. It was exceptionally clean and beautiful.

This was our favorite hotel during our vacation in Italy. The staff were incredible! We felt like being home away from home.

We stayed here for two nights and it was a great location right off the Piazza and walking distance to all the main attractions. It’s a lot of steps up to the rooms, but they do have a small elevator.

Alessandro, the front desk agent was pleasurable and welcoming. He was the standout thing about this hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo's B&B. Matteo's assistant David gave us a summary how to get around in the area, the restaurants, the nearby market, and how to get to all the attractions.
