Super friendly staff, good breakfast, highly convenient location (also right next to a bus stop). The penthouse room is especially pretty!

Very good place… Nice room. Clean and tidy. Rich Breakfast. The attention of Lucia extraordinary. I would return to B&B Mia Palace.

Unpresentable. As Soon as you arrive you will notice that there are 2 flights of old-fashioned staircases and with children and pushchairs absolutely inaccessible. We killed 8 mosquitoes in the room, big game after the fatigue of the trip. Smelly Bathroom and washbasin with rotten wood. Air conditioning Drain in the bathtub so we spent the night with the noise of the drop. At breakfast foreign maid who complained that she was alone and earned little. They can close me too!

Great BB for your money. The staff were very friendly and Uyutnenko, the breakfast buffet was very good. In our absence the room was cleaned, the bed was fixed. And most importantly under the windows can leave the car absolutely free. Only the 26th of every month from 00 to 06 Street Cleaning, we need to clean the car. There was an extra heater, very helpful.

Rooms are neat and clean, great for a weekend in the beautiful Florence. Some of the rooms have a wonderful view directly on the river.

Okay! Excellent in all senses.

The experience is rather negative. Breakfast buffet in the standard, to the bottom. The brioche if that is not good. Awkward to get always closed you have to call n. A hotel franchisee for you to open to who is there (owner or cleaner) flight of stairs is long and narrow. You can leave your luggage in storage. It is quite far from the centre and there is only one bus line that ends at the evening service at 20! POSITIVE NOTE : The lady in charge of breakfast and cleaning of the payments is really smart. Very friendly and the rooms are spotless and ordinatissime every day, as well as the bathrooms. To her I would give it a nice 10 and praise.

Very very good B&B! The person who you host Lucia is really a small care she know all the good places to go as tourist to local. The spacious rooms are air-conditioned and the breakfast excellent. Report quality excellent price!

Very cute, clean and well-maintained despite the absence of a real reception we are raccapezza easily, the excellent service Lucy, very friendly and nice.

Clean, air-condition available and nice staff. Parking is available next in the the street where hotel is located (outside ZTL zone). The B&B is located 10-20 minutes walking from the most important attractions.

A very nice little place to stay, the room was clean and inviting and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was also a nice way to start the day, very much liked our stay here!

Spent 2 nights in the penthouse room, in Mia palace. It was fantastic! Clean and well organized. The room was very cozy, with great balcony to the river. Great location, just few minutes walk from the center, very close to excellent bars & pizzas. There is available free parking spots around the hotel, though the street gets a little busy at times. Breakfast is simple but satisfying. Coffee is great, which makes all the difference. The lovely Lucia takes care of the place wonderfully, and the atmosphere is super friendly. Great value. Highly recommended.

And that's great! I have never seen a BB taken care of as well, in detail, the welcome very hospitable and nothing is left to chance, I recommend it.

Very good location! the room has everything and more. With parking and transport everything is OK. Friendly hostess will tell and help you!
