Fantastic stay at the Borgo Ponte! It was close to the Florence city center, just a short a 10 minute bus ride. We really liked that it was away from the loud city. It was quiet and peaceful.

Stay in September 2023, magnificent place, calm and full of charm. Access to Florence is very easy. The owners are attentive and very available. A very quiet place to visit the very touristy Florence.

We loved our apt room. It was very spacious & had the number of beds requested. It also had 2 bathrooms which was great for our teens! The apt was very clean & bathrooms were modern.

Great hotel at the center of Firenze, close to everything!

We stayed in Florence for 2 days before heading to Rome. The room was very clean, modern and the shower was fantastic.

Hotel is very very old in quality, room is clean but have super thin walls. You hear everything. Impossible to sleep with open windows, no mosiquito blinds or similar. The room is extrem small.

The hotel is updated, very clean and nicely appointed. The staff is really great — friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast is good and plentiful.

One of the most spectacular places in Florence. Beautiful rooftop terrace, and AMAZING breakfast. It has all sorts of fresh sweets too and even as a vegetarian you can find great options.

Yes this is a budget hotel, but it is very clean, friendly and has lots of great facilities. We will be staying again.

We rented the entire property (4 ensuite rooms) plus common areas such as the large entrance hall, kitchen, sitting room and enclosed breakfast patio for 4 nights to use as a base to explore Florence

Everything was great: Location, spacious room, cleaning place and easy check in. They also have a place to store the luggage before the check in. We would definetely recommend.

It is a lovely and cozy place. You feel extremely welcome by the staff. They gave great recommendations for our visit time in florece. Walkable distance to tram and train station.

Host at the B&B was very helpful and attentive. From the moment we got there she made us feel at home. The room fit 3 of us comfortably (me, wife, 4 yr old).

This hotel was recommended by Rick Steves in one of his travel books. We booked a room for three people, but it could have accommodated four. There was a couch, a queen size bed, and a twin bed.

The location is absolutely perfect. You can walk everywhere. We only used a cab to arrive and to leave because everything is close and walkable.

Lovely building, small cozy hotel with near options to eat. Good calm breakfast and great staff! A little far from center but with a 5 min walk, you get to the bus stop.

We have a lovely air conditioned room, probably best location if your happy to drive a car I Italy. We are getting taxis mainly to central Florence. Breakfast delicious lots of options.
