Beautiful villa resort with views of Borobudur. Very attentive staff. Spa and massages were well received by all. Food was delicious without pretense. Chef was engaging with each table side visit.

There's a carnaval at there, sadly just 2 machine with good condition. 3 others at maintenance. And the staff said the management always forgot to repair the other machines.

This hotel has really good service all the staff members were super friendly and helpful. They were always available and responded very quickly. The scenery was amazing.

Considering the price, the value is indeed quite good. However, the cleanliness of the room, particularly in the bathroom, could benefit from some improvement.

Hotel is close to the beautiful downtown. 10 min walk from train station. Clean, quiet, comfortable. The staff are very polite abs helpful. Very good food served at Chinese restaurant next door.

The first thing I would say about the Grand Mercure hotel is that it is very quiet. I stayed here for four nights during which I slept well, in a very comfortable bed. The room is large and clean.

Our room was spacious with large glass windows. The furniture was very complete, plus there was a long sofa. The bathroom was fully equipped with a hairdryer. All the staff were friendly.
