Mercure Solo

I loved the welcome drink session which totally a new experience compared to other hotels I've had been.
And the room is great. Layout is cute as my kids said. ☺️
Overall we didn't expect such a great experience from this stay.
Oh and one more. The halal policy is awesome.

Came here for a short stay with my partner, we booked deluxe room and surprisingly we got free upgrade to grand deluxe room upon our arrival! The room is huge and very clean, amenities are complete, indoor parking area is large, and location is nice, easy access to everywhere. Very recommended hotel to stay when in Solo.

Parking is not free, even for the customer. Having lunch at the restaurant, nice view, there is swimming pool and playground for kids as well. There is smoking area around the restaurant which is nice. Prayer room quite good. For the food, tasty but it should be better. Waiters are reliable but for food there is delay for refilling, so we need to wait a while.

I had a great stay at this hotel! For a 3-star place, it definitely exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights was the view—if you like trains, you’ll love it here. Watching them pass by was surprisingly relaxing and added a unique touch to the stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. I also appreciated how spacious the parking area was—plenty of room and easy to access, which is super convenient if you’re driving.
Breakfast was another pleasant surprise. There were quite a few options, everything tasted fresh, and it was better than most 3-star hotels I’ve stayed at. Definitely a great way to start the day.
The only downside is that the rooms aren’t very soundproof. I could hear some noise from the neighboring room, which might be a bit annoying if you’re a light sleeper. It wasn’t a huge issue for me, but something to keep in mind.
Overall, I’d recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and affordable place to stay with good amenities and a nice view. I’d definitely consider coming back!

Nice location. Fast check in and out. Clean room with minimalis amenities. Nice pool. Fancy restaurant with city view. Huge parking lot in basement. Good breakfast quality. Just a walk away from Kampung Batik Laweyan. 20 minutes drive from airport.

Stayed for one night for my business trip. The room is great. It got decent sunlight and is clean. Wi-fi is great, which I'm thankful for bc my work requires internet. Everything in room works properly. The staffs are nice too (Thank you Ms. Kinan! ). Would definetely stay here again some other time.

Affordable, clean and well maintained. Happy to stay here for 1 night and the receptionists are super helpful and the best thing about this place is the view to see solo / surakarta iconic Purwosari train station.

Our stay at Swiss-Belinn was truly comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient when I requested a mukena, it was delivered to my room right away.
The breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of choices. My children had a fantastic time, especially with the kids' activity of making pizza, which made their stay even more enjoyable. The swimming pool was also very clean, adding to our overall satisfaction.
It was my son birthday, and we requested a complimentary birthday cake slice. Not only was it provided, but it was also beautifully presented.

Safety, cozy, nice view, after all is a good hotel so far I ever felt. Shoul I say it will be more good if have an event that happen in special day and more place for fitness/Gym. Maybe that's all from me what I feel in this place around all is good, thx.

The location was excellent, the place was comfortable, and the service was great. I stayed with my family and booked three superior rooms. The receptionist upgraded two of my rooms to a higher class, allowing my family and me to have adjacent rooms on the same floor.

Spent one day here. Its in the center of the city, good view. The room was nice, it was so clean dan neat. Nice service, good ambience. Very Recommended. Surely gonna spend here next time visiting solo maybe with my family. Thankyou. Keep on the good job.

This is my fav hotel in Solo. I came to this hotel in the last 4 years. All the staff were very nice, and all the service was good, but not for the service this year.
I started with a request for a smoking room, but on the first day, I got a non-smoking room. The next day, they changed the room to a smoking room, yaaa cz I had to complaint first. I also had some problems with the AC, it wasn't working. I had to call the technician to fix it, and this happened for the next 3 days in a row. It was so annoying. Imagine I traveled with a baby and a toddler and had this problem every day. Luckily, the staff were very nice makes me better. 
And the last thing, I sent an email about these issues, but there was no response at all from management.

Wonderful, spacious room, modern interior, everything clean. All staff friendly, welcoming and professional. Conveniently located close to the train station. Pool, Gym and Spa for leisure time and a restaurant with a wide range of dishes.

My family and I stay for 2 nights. The room is very clean, the foods are appetizer, main course, even dessert really good taste (suitable for all ages), the crews are nice and helpfull. Tha parking is huge. Thanks for free upgrade room on our second night.

The room is so comfy and spacious. I have arrived at night and still got a friendly treatment from the front office staff. The location is also good, near from everywhere. They have swimming pool and gym facility, as a guest we can use it for free.
