Hotels in Surakarta with Breakfast

The room was clean and cool (as Solo was quite hot in the summer). That’s was a big help.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic experience staying at Awiabell. The ambiance was incredibly peaceful, and the service provided by the staff was top-notch—they were very attentive and welcoming throughout my stay.

My second visit after more than 10 years. It still feels the same, offers the same ambience.

Loved my stay here. The hotel facilities are great but below is what most stood out.
The staff — absolutely amazing hospitality here.

Our group had a blast staying at FIM by Zigna during 2025 Christmas holiday. Value for money with great service. They even organized a Christmas eve dinner event, complimentary for all guests.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were really impressed by the unique atmosphere and family-oriented facilities.

This hotel deserve a high praise for being comfortable, high value and also has great view. Room was clean and cozy with free water refill and paid netflix subscription.

I spent 5 days and 4 nights at this hotel with my family. The location is very strategic, situated right in front of Kampung Batik Laweyan.

I had a wonderful one-night stay at The Royal Surakarta Heritage — Handwritten Collection while visiting Solo for the amazing Mangkunegaran Run event.

I had a wonderful romantic dinner at The Royal Surakarta Heritage Solo with a beautiful and intimate atmosphere, enhanced by elegant Javanese touches that made the evening feel truly special.

I were once stayed at Moxy Bandung.
I am sorry to tell you this but that was bad experience because tho the hotel ambiance was great the room was tiny and as a non smoking room it smell smoke.

We stayed for one night at Moxy Solo as a family during our vacation, and overall it was a very enjoyable experience.

This my very first time stay at solo for my business trip. And they gave me an awesome experience at all. Good location, good services, good meals anf good ambience.

Nice to stay. Room very big, nice shower. Service very good and they good on follow up. Swimming pool nice but not deep enough. There is a gym aswell. Nothing to complain.

Staying in family room, at the corner.
Spacious room, friendly and helpful staffs.
Can be improved :
Lightning in bathroom area too dim.
Towel in the room (black towel) are quite rough and scratchy.

Really enjoyed staying in this clean, modern and stylish hotel.

Our stay at Novotel Solo was a completely impromptu decision.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Novotel Solo continues to be one of the best places to stay in the city. The atmosphere is elegant yet relaxing, making it suitable for both business travelers and families.

Very nice hotel for stay with competitive price. Javanese concept with the furniture provide from original Jati wood and the location is very strategic in the centre if Solo city.

I visited this very nice hotel medio December. The staff appeared to be very kind and helpful. I also liked the room.

Fantastic place to stay when visiting Solo, the rooms were spacious, comfy and the price is fantastic. Great location and some of the best service at a hotel I've ever received.

I stayed here for one night — with my super big family and we enjoyed it a lot!

It was so great to stay in this hotel… the best moment that I ever had with my family. The hotel is very clean & comfortable. I stay for 4 days. You can refill water a lot.

A budget hotel in front of Manahan Stadium Surakarta. Overall experience was good, check in and check out run smoothly but you need 100k for the deposit.

The hotel has a gym, although the equipment is not very complete. There is also an indoor pool, but unfortunately it was under maintenance during my stay.

The room is quite spacious, but it looks old. Some part of the wall paint are peeling.
Food for breakfast is so-so, not so many varieties but you can find traditional snacks too.

With old room but clean and all room facilities work well also the crew were very polite, not forget to mention the breakfast overall tasted good. Keep the good job 😉

1. Excellent room.
2. Delicious food (cream soup)
3. Uniqely room layout.
4. Comfort to work in room.
5. Good receptionist service (ms Kinan)
6. And easy to room swap with no surcharge.

We stayed for few days, got a very nice room with a great view of the city. The room is very spacious, the pillow is great, the bed is big. The room is also clean and not smelly.

Had a really nice stay at Amarelo Hotel! The smoking room was just as described, and the front desk staff were super friendly and helpful — they even let us check in early, which was such a plus.

Highly recommend this hotel. Its strategic location is close to shopping centers, Kasunanan, and the city square. The rooms are spacious, clean, and fully equipped. Five-star service.

Had a really great stay at this 5-star hotel. The room was clean, modern, and super comfy — especially the bed! Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

The room is spacious, neat and clean. I love the fragrance around the hotel. The staff are friendly and they serve good food. Plus, it offers affordable price. I had a pleasant stay, thanks!

At this price, it's a really good deal. *
* with a few drawbacks that shows the cheapness.

The facilities are good, comfortable and the service is good.

Nice little hotel in the centre of Solo. The front is wheelchair accessible with no steps. There are lifts. The room I'm in has a walk-in shower with only a very small step to stop drips; very nice.

Great location at the city center. I just tried to stay here, and unexpectedly the hotel is good. The room is spacious and the bathroom are clean. The bed is good and clean.

Elegant room, clean comfortable bed… beautiful green inner courtyard and wood everywhere. Staff was awesome.

Superb place to stay. Though there's no breakfast included, we don't mind since we come to Solo to eat anyway.
The bed is very comfortable.
A lot of greeneries, so it's really refreshing for the eye.
