I am pleased to award a five-star rating, appreciating the location, price, ambiance, and the overall satisfaction experienced during our stay. The spacious room and excellent amenities, particularly the provided coffee bags, were truly highlights. With utmost respect, I would like to bring to the attention of Pak Willy, the General Manager, the importance of room cleanliness. It would be disheartening to see such a beautiful hotel decline due to this factor. I kindly suggest providing thorough training to the room service staff, focusing on deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom areas. As someone who appreciates and enjoys local culture and traditional vibes, I am very satisfied with the choice of this hotel for my family during our time in Solo.

Had a really great stay at this 5-star hotel. The room was clean, modern, and super comfy — especially the bed! Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Only downside with the Wi-Fi — a bit slow at times. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for comfort without breaking the bank. Would stay here again!
