The spacious room and excellent amenities, particularly the provided coffee bags, were truly highlights. With utmost respect, I would like to bring to the attention of Pak Willy, the General Manager, the importance of room cleanliness. It would be disheartening to see such a beautiful hotel decline due to this factor. I kindly suggest providing thorough training to the room service staff, focusing on deep cleaning, especially in the bathroom areas. As someone who appreciates and enjoys local culture and traditional vibes, I am very satisfied with the choice of this hotel for my family during our time in Solo.

Had a really great stay at this 5-star hotel. The room was clean, modern, and super comfy — especially the bed! Staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Breakfast had a good variety and tasted great. The location was perfect, close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. Only downside with the Wi-Fi — a bit slow at times. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for comfort without breaking the bank. Would stay here again!
