Alila Solo

Great hotel but really excellent staff. They all did great but there were a few individuals that went the extra step to make the service truly special. At dinner, one of the waiters asked my kids if there was anything special he could have them prepare for them in the morning that isn't on the menu. My kids said crepes and when we got to breakfast the next morning, they brought crepes out for both of them. This was one instance but there were multiple stand out moments.
I would definitely go back, in fact I look forward to my next trip there!

Allow me to write a super positive feedback & to exoress my highest appreciation to the staffs at this hotel who made my stay a super pleasant one. Starts withe the 2 beautiful ladies who welcomed & assisted me with the check in process. They are very professional, warm & welcoming. Next is these 3 very kind hearted, super helpful gentlemen with the security dept at the basement parking — Bapak Kushartanto, Bintang & Sutanto. They helped me in a way that was above & beyond the word customer service. All 3 worked hand in hand to help me park my large size car at the basement. The process was smooth, although it took a bit of time. What amazed me was their kind, super patience attitude & good working collaboration with each other. It just made Alila Solo stand out among the rest. Thank you for these 3 Bapak, the front desk ladies, front lobby security & just everyone. God bless!

A very nice 5 stars staycation place in the heart of Solo City with spacious room and traditional aesthetic design, nice pool and breakfast experience at Epice, nice pool and wellness facilities at level 6, nice view from agra rooftop bar as well. Thank you Mba Odesa for facilitating pre-payment process, Mba Putri & Mba Mirandha for efficient check in process and welcome drink, Mas Ronnie for the great service in pool and wellness facilities, Mba Rina Sri for great face awakening treatment and great assistance in wellness facilities, Mas Jodi & Mas Arya for great assistance at Agra Rooftop, Mba Hartini for stay experience follow up email, Epice team for great breakfast experience and to all Alila Solo staffs for great service and hospitality.

Five-star service all the way! Huge shoutout to Panji for his incredible hospitality. We weren't sure where to go, but he gave us the best recommendations for shopping and local eats in Solo. He really went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time outside the hotel as well as inside. If you’re staying here, definitely ask Panji for his 'must-visit' list!

We really enjoyed our time in Alila Solo. The service was very personal and gentle. Just like the atmosphere of Solo. As I love to have my quiet me time early in the morning, I came super early to the restaurant — the staff was never bothers me. I personally appreciate that.

Staying at Alila Solo was an exceptional experience, from the world-class amenities like the comfortable rooms and iconic design to the delicious breakfast. However, what truly impressed me was the highly personalized and efficient service provided by the staff. I would like to extend my special appreciation and thanks to Ms. Miranda, Ms. Mita, and Ms. Tanti, who handled the entire process—from reservation to check-in to check-out—with such friendliness and professionalism. Their presence made a huge difference and reflected the highest standards of hospitality.

This is absolutely the most beautiful hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything is designed with thoughtfulness toward not only comfort, but asthetics. My stay was perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable and very clean. The bathtub was an amazing bonus. The service was impeccable throughout my stay. The fitness center (open 24/7) was excellent. The breakfast was the best I've ever had in a hotel with way too much selection. I enjoyed a couple of the pre-made mini-salads and from the egg station scrambled eggs on smashed sweet potato on toast — all again beautifully made! The sky lounge is also lovely and had enough snacks in the evening for the kind of light dinner I enjoy. I was also allowed to relax there after check out while waiting for my departure time.

Most staff is helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. Breakfast menu? A lot of choice for food from traditional to international food. What I have for breakfast, I mean every breakfast is : hard boiled egg, fruits, salad and juice. They serve juice in a bottle and I think it's interesting. About hotel, the loby ist quite big and have comfortable sofa, long sofa, we can sit while waiting for the room ready. Spa room is comfortable and clean, and bath room inside spa is so big and quite nice. The theraphist is good (my therapist is mba lena). Overall, staying here for 6 days is satisfying.

Very good. The staffs very helpful. Breakfast are superbs. My children can't wake up in the morning and I ask for take out at 9.44 (10 are closing time). I asked for simple stuffs like bread and fruit and they cater my needs in no time. I am very sorry to ask so close to closing time but they are so nice in helping.

The sky bar is beautiful and in night the endless lights of city looks fantastic.

I had a wonderful experience at the Sky Lounge in Solo Hotel. The atmosphere was amazing, especially during sunset, where you get a beautiful view while enjoying a really good “sunset drink. ” It’s such a relaxing and lovely place to unwind. I really appreciate Etdi for making me feel at home with her warm and accommodating service. She definitely made my visit a great experience. Highly recommended!

I’ve visited this place three times, and it has never failed to impress. The atmosphere is serene and comfortable, complemented by friendly and attentive staff. Cleanliness is consistently well maintained, and the food presentation reflects both quality and care. Portions are well-balanced, and every dish delivers a refined, satisfying flavor. I must say, the food quality has noticeably improved since my first visit — a testament to their commitment to excellence.
The stunning city view from Agra Rooftop’s upper floor is equally captivating. On a clear day, you might even catch a glimpse of the mountains and breathtaking cloud formations — a perfect backdrop for an unforgettable lunch experience.

Even before check in, Mbak Rara already warm greet me by messages. Due to my late check in, Mas Nuel still welcome me with excitement. The location is very strategic. The room is clean and spacious. Since my stay is celebrating my daughter birthday, Mas Lilik HK were happily help me to put birthday sign in the room. At the morning we were greeted personally by Mbak Rara at the restaurant. She explain the vast option from the breakfast buffet. While at my breakfast, Desi were greet and even cheering up my daughter. The breakfast variants is extensive, the flavors is top notch, thanks to Chef Didi, and Chef Regal. At the breakfast Mas Didik, Luky, and Galih serve me with details and friendliness… The pool is one of the best feature, my daughter enjoy kids club too… Overall it was enjoyable and memorable stay… Cant't wait to visit Alila Solo again.

I stayed at Alila Solo in a Deluxe Room and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is elegant and beautifully designed, with modern interiors and warm hospitality. My room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, with a nice view and thoughtful amenities.
The staff were polite and professional, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast offered a great variety of both local and international dishes, all nicely presented. The rooftop pool and bar are also highlights — perfect for relaxing and enjoying the city view.
Overall, Alila Solo provides an excellent stay — stylish, comfortable, and truly five-star service. Highly recommended.

I absolutely fell in love with the warm and inviting atmosphere of the place. Everything felt so comfortable and serene that it truly made our stay memorable. I genuinely hope to return someday, take my time to enjoy every moment, and stay even longer to experience more of its charm.

It was a nice experience with family. The hotel rooms were clean and well maintained. Similarly, the six-floor facilities (swimming pool and kid playground) were clean and extremely large for many activities. We’ve got traditional sellers for food and cultural stuffs during our stay on the 17th of August (the independence day) with a DJ and music around the pool area. The parking space in the basement is large. There are three restaurants in the same building, which is great to try. The location is close to the Solo Square mall for diner. Unfortunately, the top floor level 30 wasn’t accessible and we couldn’t access the rooftop bar either that night because it was off limits for kids.
