Circulation in rooms in Fave hotel could be better. When the floor is wet, it will stay wet for a long time.
Please add fresh juice to the breakfast buffet.
Everything else is great.

We booked 2 (two) bedrooms for 2 (two) nights between 18-20Jan. It’s very nice 4stars hotel in the centre of Cilacap town. Great, tidy, & clean interior, cozy ambiance with high tech Google smart instruction (they don’t have room phone lines, they have Google nest mini).
Lovely & friendly service from the whole staff❤️ The breakfast was fabulous — a lot of variants. They also provide pick up & drop off service for free to Cilacap Train Station.
Keep it up the good work. Will be back again for sure in future. Thank you Aston inn Cilacap!

Room size sufficient enough for a solo traveller like me, but the smell very bad. Confirmed with my colleague staying in another room, as well as with the company making the reservation of the inn for me, a lot of similar complaints from other guests. Its smell like the linen not dried and creating fungus or else. Very disappointed.
On my first night of staying, the electricity was tripped for more than 8 times in a row within one hour, very dangerous when I work with my laptop or handphone being charged.
My first time stay in Aston with such disappointment, my experience with other Aston hotels so far good enough, but this time very bad and should be improved.
One good service to be noted is the hospitality of the staff during breakfast time. This should be maintain.
