This hotel is fantastic! One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in recently. The staff at the front desk on both days were fabulous and quick for check in and check out.

Love the design of the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Quiet. Great check in. Very friendly. No name tag. May 2.
Need a towel holder for hand towel in bathroom. Coffee wasn’t the best. Tasty waffle.

Sault Ste. Marie — just off the Interstate, looks out over the international bridge across to Canada. This looked and felt like a newer hotel.

When traveling on our own dine (not business 😎) we stay within this chain. We would stay in this HI again…quiet, very friendly staff, very clean, and lots of amenities.

Our roof was huge, nice a cool temps during a heat wave. Our bed was super comfortable, but the pillows were ok…

I loved the hotel. It was fantastic, the rooms are cozy and comfortable. The TVs in the room didn't work 😕. They kept on saying no signal.

I have stayed here twice, and each time the stay has been great. The staff is what makes it great. Everyone is friendly and I think they actually like doing their job, which today is rare.

Excellent, friendly staff from check-in to check-out. I was able to bring my fur baby, which I truly appreciate. Room was clean and with no odors. Pool, sauna and hot tub were all wonderful.

The staff from check in to check out were fantastic. I can't speak highly enough of them! They were always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Even the cleaning staff were always wishing me a good day.

Always love Marriott hotels, the standard of service they provide to consumers reflect the upper heads, and this location is one of them. Great location and shower pressure are a plus.

Great hotel. Keep the long rigs out of the back in winter. Limited space.

Always fun to stay in the midst of the city of Sault Ste Marie. We are frequent visitors and like the charm of an old, classic hotel, versus the typical strip motel.

Friendly atmosphere. Everyone very polite and helpful. Loved our stay for the weekend. Room was clean and a large bathroom. Great location with views of the boat locks.

Amazing place for a family getaway with the dogs. Good cabins sizes if youre not spending the whole vacation in them. All the amenities needed for a kitchen. Dogs had plenty of room to walk around.

Very well priced cabins and can be rented daily. Very clean cabins with full kitchens, tv. Comfy beds and clean. Very good Wi-Fi.
Park around cabins also well maintained. Great staff.

If you need a place to stay in the area, this is it! Pet friendly (food and water bowls, dog treats and poop bag included) CLEAN rooms, this was hard to find In the area.

The front desk staff were exceptional! After many days on the road and trying to book the room with hit & miss service they were beyond helpful and accommodating.

Overall, this hotel was fantastic and well worth staying at. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and plenty of room service options.

Best location for the Agawa Train Tour. 5 minutes away and had a restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel.

The room was the best part — clean and spacious.
The pool did not look clean, and there wasn't much to the fitness room — three machines and a single worn hand towel to clean.

I had a wonderful stay at Quality Inn & Suites. Everything was comfortable and well managed, but what truly made the experience special were the people.

I stayed over 5 different Marriott and Hyatt hotels in this Canada trip and this one is among my Top 2. Will definitely choose this Hyatt if I am going to Ottawa again.

I stayed at The Metcalfe for three weeks because of an unexpected issue in my home, and I honestly don’t think I could have gotten through that time without the amazing people at this hotel.

The metcalfe is one of the best hotels in ottawa. The service is impeccable. We booked the junior suite. The living room was spacious and nicely decorated.

Room was well kept, no scrapes or holes in the walls. Carpet good, appliances up to date. Location was perfect, just a few minutes to national chain restaurants, or the Canadian Border.

Had a wonderful experience throughout my stay here. It started with amazing customer service from Randi in the lobby, she was so personable and welcoming, made sure I had everything I needed.

My wife and I came to Ottawa to skate on the Rideau Canal. The conditions were perfect. It was a bit cold but the ice was incredible.

I had the most wonderful stay here! The accommodations are very comfortable and every team member was welcoming, but a special shoutout to Bich!

We checked in on February 28 and had a genuinely great experience at this Westin near Toronto airport.
After a long and exhausting journey from Jamaica, this hotel was exactly what we needed.

Stayed here several times! Review is long overdue. Very close to airport and walking distance to many amenities if you dont have a car. Nice clean rooms. Friendly service.

Hotel was clean. Easy check in. Beds were very nice: didn’t like the sink right inside the door but wasnt a big deal.

We stayed here 2 nights in Aug 2025. It was quiet and clean. Check in was fast and easy and employees were friendly. Rooms are dated, but they were clean and comfortable. Breakfast is provided.

Stayed here for the first time on business and will be returning for future business trips in the next weeks. Clean and well appointed. Greeted and into my room quickly from friendly desk personnel.

Overall, the hotel was clean and had all the standard amenities you would expect. The rooms were a decent size and comfortable for our stay.

I would like to sincerely praise the buffet service for their exceptional care and attention.

We had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn Express. The hotel is conveniently located, just a short distance from downtown, and is very well equipped for a family of six.

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Ottawa Airport for five nights during our house-hunting trip, and it was fantastic.
The hotel was exceptionally clean, quiet and welcoming.

After a very disappointing stay at the Fairmont Château Laurier, I had almost written Ottawa off as a destination.

Our stay at this hotel was perfect.

Wonderful staff here, excellent food at the bistro and attentive to some small room issues with efficiency. Enjoyed the large pool and gym as well had a decent setup for an airport hotel.

Great hotel. Great staff. Friendly. Accommodating. Clean rooms. I initially booked 4 days and wanted to cancel the last day on day 2 on my trip. The hotel did it directly and Expedia followed through.

This was an excellent stay and I really don’t have any major complaints, just annoyances. The hotel itself was very clean and easy to access etc.

Haven’t stayed here yet, but passed by during my Winterlude walk and was immediately drawn to the location.

Amazing customer service. I stayed here for two weeks for work and honestly every single staff member made the experience great. Not just the front desk or housekeeping, but everyone.
