Richard is a wonderful host. The house is beautiful and very charming, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've ever slept on traveling. Breakfast was also excellent!

Super great staff here! Bright and helpful. Each area gets thoroughly cleaned every single day so never feels gross or yucky.

It was my favourite hostel I stayed at. The highlights is they have a dog, free popcorn, rooftop terrace, the kitchen is really nice meant for serious cooking.

Great place! Room gave us everything we needed. Pierre is a great host. Breakfast every morning to start the day and loads of info about Ottawa.

I stayed here over Easter weekend and was super impressed!

It was a real jail, so don't expect comfort and fancy stuffs. The location it's very convient, everything is walking distance.
The staff have a lot of good recommendations for food and for visit.

Barry knows exactly what is needed for your home away from home. Everything you need is there. It’s very clean, well decorated with a comfy bed and pillows.

A great location near the waterfront and many good restaurants. Very relaxing, welcoming atmosphere. A good place for an individual, couple or group to stay.

7 of us stayed at The Haven Hostel for 4 nights. 1 couple in a private room, and 5 singles in male and female dorm rooms.

Very nice heritage building with very kind owner that it seems you are in your own property with different good services.

The host, Tim, was super kind and helpful. He was okay with me leaving my luggage there on the day I checked out so I didn't have to log it around while exploring the town.

Beautiful historic home, just a block from the St. Lawrence River and its parks and walking trails. Excellent breakfast.

I stayed here for 10 days and really loved the location. The hostel is right in Kensington Market, surrounded by great vintage shops and plenty of restaurants.
