Motels in OntarioMotel

Happy little get-a-way at Penny's Motel! Excellent location for walks up the road to town centre, shops, bakery, restaurants etc. Short walk to Marina and water's edge.

This review of Penny’s is long overdue! We just returned from our second trip to Penny’s so the photos uploaded are a combo of our visit in October 2025 and July 2026.

We stayed at the Escarpment Heights Motel for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay! 😊
We were on the first floor with a balcony, and one of the biggest highlights was definitely the cleanliness.

This place blew our expectations. The staff went above and beyond. We were celebrating our 20th Anniversary in Tobermory. This Motel feels like you are in a 5 star hotel.

I dont know why Booking. Com has this as a ⭐️⭐️. This place is definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! We arrived late at night in the fog and rain after driving all day.

We had a great stay at The Voy! The rooms were clean and had updated/ modern fixtures. The staff were friendly and really catered to pets.

The room was very simple but very clean and comfortable. The beds were great with nice pillows and bedding. Loved the little gift corner in the main office and we spent money there.

Nice weekend first time with others. Owners are fantastic people. Stayed in a cabin which was nice. Nothing fancy but we loved it. Wish the bed was more comfortable and a king.

Clean, quiet, and comfy. Friendly staff. Comfy bed — I slept well. This was a good location to stay for two nights while exploring Bruce Peninsula.

Staff are amazing!
Rooms are outdated but extremely clean. Beds and pillows are very comfortable.
We were travelling to Tobermory and this hotel was only an hour and 20 minutes away.

Stay here. Eat dinner across road at Kinniwabi Pines. Sleep in these bright comfortable spotless rooms with wonderful beds. Wonderful!

Mystic Isle inn is a great place to stay. It's clean, beautifully designed, and a great place to rest your head while traveling. My family and I stay here every year.

I am not one to bullshit reviews. Stayed here after a very long journey! Trust me I have travelled multiple times across from Alberta to Ontario and have stayed at a lot of stops along the way.

We were so pleasantly surprised by how amazingly clean and adorable the rooms were! We booked only 20 min away from hotel.

This place is an absolute gem 💥💥 Yes it is groovy, yes it is an unusual location; but everything about it we enjoyed. The rooms are big, way cool designs, inside and outside. The staff are awesome.

The Grove Motel is a fun and funky place to stay. The communication up to your stay is hands down the best communication I've received from a place I'vebooked to stay ever.

The best place we stayed in Canada! We spent a couple of nights here with our 4 year old daughter, and had the best time.

Fabulous stay at the June Motel. Great location close to Picton and only 20 mins away from any of the wineries.

Friendly staff at Aquarius Motel, great location, big, clean, quiet room, all electrical worked, comfortable bed, stored my pizza in the mini fridge and warmed it up in the microwave oven the next

We had a wonderful stay at Aqua Motel! For a 3-star motel, this place exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained.

We were 9 on motorcycles spending the night as we made our way through.

Had a wonderful experience this weekend for 2 nights at Fox Motor in. The owner Jimmy is very nice, hotel rooms are super clean and property is super well maintained.

This is a wonderful place to stay right between Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake. It is located in a very quiet neighbourhood right by the bike trail.

I booked a last-minute room at The Kent Motel while on a cross country road trip with my husband and daughter.

Friendly staff.
Clean pleasant room.
I'll book again.

Off the main drag but close enough to what I needed. Rooms were well equipped. Fridge microwave television Wi-Fi parking.

Rode through Perth on a motorcycle trip and we must have passed this place 100’s of times without looking at it twice. It always struck me as a place you didn’t want to stay in. Boy was I wrong!

Friendly staff, very clean room and bathroom. Great water pressure in the shower and a comfortable matress.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and the service + accommodations have always been top notch. Rooms are recently renovated which is great and the price is very competitive. Would recommend!

I usually go to this place every month and have never been disappointed.

We stayed here one night on a road trip. The outside of the building is appealing with a turret, and I found parts of the inside aesthetically pleasing as well.
My favourite part: THE PILLOWS!

Had a great stay! We stayed in a queen suite, it was very spacious, clean and most importantly the AC worked perfectly during this heat wave. There was a good selection for breakfast.

What a great little vacation. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. The pool was amazing always found room. Highly recommend.

Our teenage daughter and friends stayed a few days and felt very safe in this motel.

The hotel is very clean, very quiet and well maintenance!
Adriana is very helpful and make all effort to make your stay perfect!

We enjoyed a great stay at The Moira Lake Motel. The room was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was especially handy for preparing meals before heading out to explore the area.

Dan is very helpful and helped us out with advice and suggestions about the area. The room was perfect for what we needed, there’s so much to do around and we didn’t spend too much time there.

You can stay in a boring Huntsville chain hotel, or somewhere with character and obvious pride of ownership.
I stayed in the motel room, as opposed to luxury tent. The outside is charming and rustic.

Very clean and reasonable pricing. I will definitely stay at white fang again.

100/10 what a an amazing place to stay, so clean, warm & welcoming. It felt like staying with family. Beautiful atmosphere & what a kind & beautiful host, thank you for our stay.

Spotless, comfy, lots of room. Obvious updated. Elizabeth (a local) was very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. We wete on a roadtrip only stopping g overnight.

We enjoyed our overnight stay. Looks like the motel has been recently renovated, the rooms are clean, good quality bathroom towels, mattresses and the pillows are to die for. I recommend Cedar Lodge.

Just got back from a trip to Sandbanks. We stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. There was confusion with our reservation but the gentlemen behind the desk took care of it right away.

I have stayed in many hotels in my 70 plus years but the Radisson Country Inn and Suites in Belleville, Ontario is without question the most exceptional and positive hotel experience that I've ever

My daughters and I visited last week and didn’t want to leave! The motel provides such a true holiday vibe.

My girlfriends and I had the best time at The June Motel in sauble beach. Loved the.
Location to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants. Orel by the pool was so friendly and fun.

Good emplacement close to the water, the room are a little bit small but you have everything you need. The beds are good, no breakfast included but there’s tea and coffee outside of the room.

We had a fantastic weekend away! Staff was extremely friendly. Beautiful room, loved the outdoor space. Beautiful sunsets!
Thanks for supplying the coffee :-)
We will return again in the future!

Absolutely love this place! Beautiful views of Gull Lake, gorgeous property. The most friendly staff. Truly grateful for such a relaxing couple days. You'll definitely find yourself while here.

Great spacious room, really it was a big 1 room apartment.
