I couldn’t be more pleased with this boutique hotel. I had never been and even though there is no staff to greet you, my son and I felt so welcomed when we got to our room.

Beautiful room, great location. The hot tub stayed warm in — 24C weather.
You must be ready for a low-touch experience. Low communication and no concierge.

We are out of towners and stay here at least once (sometimes twice) a year to visit the breweries and wineries in the area and Distinctive Inns never disappoints!

We attended a wedding held in the brewery on the main floor, and booked a room upstairs to stay the night.

Very convenient for the main street, parks and restaurants. Included parking is 5 minute walk. Just a 30 minute stroll from the festival theatre. Nicely appointed boutique style room.

Terrific location. Easy walk to everything downtown and the park right behind. Decor has a cool retro vibe. Parking spot close by. Everything you need. Great communication.

We had the best experience at CasaBlanca B&B. Joe & Nancy are welcoming and friendly. The place was a beautiful, clean everything we needed for our couple days there.

This was our favorite place to stay during our three week car trip through the states up to Tobermory on the Bruce Peninusla and back to the states. What did we like?

We booked this hotel on a whim the day after finishing a cottage rental for a long weekend in Bayfield where we were not quite ready to leave.

What a beautiful inn, and so close to the main shopping area in Perth! The room was perfect. Everything was pristine and beautifully decorated. Loved the Nespresso maker in the room.

Nice clean rooms decent price, non existent parking basically have to park one the road downtown.

Lovely, spacious and clean suite downtown Timmins! So I could walk to my conference. Esther, La concierge, is marvellous, efficient amd so welcoming.

The gentleman that helped us was named Harley, a real nice guy and very understanding.

I almost overlooked this little space — I’m glad I didn’t. The owner is kind, he mentioned he and his wife do this for fun. He met us, showed us around and was very hospitable and friendly.

This is amazing place to be. I am glad that this was my first place to stay upon my first arrival in Canada. Gail is very sweet and welcoming. Everyone in the house were very friendly and humble.

I only spent a week here but it really made an impression on me. Gail who runs the place is very a very warm and helpful soul who throws in some serious humor at no extra charge.

The room had such a Victorian era feel, very posh and well maintained. My husband booked the room for us not knowing what to expect but we were pleasantly surprised.

Definitely very loud on a Friday night but that's to be expected when you stay beside a very popular bar in the frat and sorority area of Toronto.

I stayed for one night. The bed was so comfortable l melted into it for a fantastic evenings rest.
