Really enjoyed our little home away from home getaway. As locals we know the neighborhood and wanted to stay at a place that wasn't just a regular hotel room and we loved our suite.

We just had a winter work offsite at The Penrose and it was amazing!

We stayed at the Penrose for a company retreat and offsite — it was a beautiful experience. They set up the room for us to have meetings and workshops in, with a screen, whiteboard and breakfast.

Everything was just as expected, and it felt easy to settle in. Such a cozy and welcoming place. We really enjoyed our time.

Excellent location, walking distance from many attractions and with lots of services nearby (supermarket across the road, restaurants, metro station, etc).

Great school. Small campus, but mighty in education.

Great value when in the Kitchener area. Room was clean, they use the dorm rooms for the college when not in session. 24 hr MacDonald near by.

Positive: We felt very safe as you had to use your key to get in all doors and elevators all the time. The room was very spacious.
