This hotel is fantastic! One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in recently. The staff at the front desk on both days were fabulous and quick for check in and check out.

Love the design of the rooms. Beds were comfortable. Quiet. Great check in. Very friendly. No name tag. May 2.
Need a towel holder for hand towel in bathroom. Coffee wasn’t the best. Tasty waffle.

Sault Ste. Marie — just off the Interstate, looks out over the international bridge across to Canada. This looked and felt like a newer hotel.

When traveling on our own dine (not business 😎) we stay within this chain. We would stay in this HI again…quiet, very friendly staff, very clean, and lots of amenities.

This place was very clean and spacious. The pet-friendly rooms come equipped with a large blanket for your pets to lay on and the rooms are renovated new with nice decor and furniture.

We very much enjoyed our stay in the newly renovated Super 8. The room was spotless and comfortable. All staff were encountered were friendly and very helpful.

Our roof was huge, nice a cool temps during a heat wave. Our bed was super comfortable, but the pillows were ok…

I loved the hotel. It was fantastic, the rooms are cozy and comfortable. The TVs in the room didn't work 😕. They kept on saying no signal.

I have stayed here twice, and each time the stay has been great. The staff is what makes it great. Everyone is friendly and I think they actually like doing their job, which today is rare.

Excellent, friendly staff from check-in to check-out. I was able to bring my fur baby, which I truly appreciate. Room was clean and with no odors. Pool, sauna and hot tub were all wonderful.

The staff from check in to check out were fantastic. I can't speak highly enough of them! They were always smiling, friendly, and helpful. Even the cleaning staff were always wishing me a good day.

I want to express my gratitude to the wonderful staff at the Holiday Inn Express in Sault Ste Marie! Especially, a huge shout out to Chris who works the night shift there!

I had a very pleasant stay at Sleep Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and all the required amenities were provided. I’ve attached room photos with this review.

This was a perfect, clean, and modern hotel just outside the train connecting terminals. It was a quick ride and check in experience after a long day of travel. The rooms are well decorated.

Always love Marriott hotels, the standard of service they provide to consumers reflect the upper heads, and this location is one of them. Great location and shower pressure are a plus.

Great hotel. Keep the long rigs out of the back in winter. Limited space.

Nice motel with clean rooms. Quiet with nice wooded yard for dogs. Pleasant reception. Looks like it was recently renovated. I would recommend Fera one or two nights stay.

Good price. Clean, comfy, rooms have individual routers/Wi-Fi. Mini fridge, coffee microwave. TV with lots of channels. Individual heating/cooling. Close to tims/mcds/etc.

Always fun to stay in the midst of the city of Sault Ste Marie. We are frequent visitors and like the charm of an old, classic hotel, versus the typical strip motel.

Friendly atmosphere. Everyone very polite and helpful. Loved our stay for the weekend. Room was clean and a large bathroom. Great location with views of the boat locks.

This is an under-rated location. While it does not have the services of a high end hotel, it's perfect for those who don't care about the services rarely used.

We stayed here as a stop-over from camping in Canada to lower northern Michigan. It was so easy to get to. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was SO CLEAN.

Amazing place for a family getaway with the dogs. Good cabins sizes if youre not spending the whole vacation in them. All the amenities needed for a kitchen. Dogs had plenty of room to walk around.

Very well priced cabins and can be rented daily. Very clean cabins with full kitchens, tv. Comfy beds and clean. Very good Wi-Fi.
Park around cabins also well maintained. Great staff.

If you need a place to stay in the area, this is it! Pet friendly (food and water bowls, dog treats and poop bag included) CLEAN rooms, this was hard to find In the area.

The front desk staff were exceptional! After many days on the road and trying to book the room with hit & miss service they were beyond helpful and accommodating.

Very conveniently located across from the locks. We were able to walk everywhere.
Good breakfast. We stayed in one of the cabins. Although it needed some updates, it was clean and comfortable.

The Lockview is right downtown, across the street from the locks. Its an easy walk to all down town shops and was very quiet during our stay (late October).

Ok 1st, this place is not fancy at all.

Friendly sign in. Clean rooms. Fair price. Good location. Parking for boat trailers. Free coffee machine is available.

Overall, this hotel was fantastic and well worth staying at. The restaurant was excellent, with delicious food and plenty of room service options.

Best location for the Agawa Train Tour. 5 minutes away and had a restaurant and Starbucks in the hotel.

Your location, your staff has always been professional, friendly and helpful and your rooms have been clean and comfortable for us each time we have stayed.

I found the price a little high but I was given the seniors discount as CAA was not valid. Excellent front desk service and found the hotel very clean.

The room was the best part — clean and spacious.
The pool did not look clean, and there wasn't much to the fitness room — three machines and a single worn hand towel to clean.

I had a wonderful stay at Quality Inn & Suites. Everything was comfortable and well managed, but what truly made the experience special were the people.

I stayed over 5 different Marriott and Hyatt hotels in this Canada trip and this one is among my Top 2. Will definitely choose this Hyatt if I am going to Ottawa again.

Had a great stay at this motel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

Two night stay. The room and bathroom was clean and compact. However, the furniture and decor was dated but functional. There were only 2 hangers in the room to hang clothes.

Days Inn & Suites was perfect for what we needed! It is, literally, steps from the GFL centre (and the shopping mall and boardwalk, too). The covered parking was appreciated.

Great location. Clean and comfortable stay. Staff was amazing. Especially at front desk Sameer has been phenomenal knowing in and out of the building and near by areas.

I stayed at The Metcalfe for three weeks because of an unexpected issue in my home, and I honestly don’t think I could have gotten through that time without the amazing people at this hotel.

The metcalfe is one of the best hotels in ottawa. The service is impeccable. We booked the junior suite. The living room was spacious and nicely decorated.

Room was well kept, no scrapes or holes in the walls. Carpet good, appliances up to date. Location was perfect, just a few minutes to national chain restaurants, or the Canadian Border.

Had a wonderful experience throughout my stay here. It started with amazing customer service from Randi in the lobby, she was so personable and welcoming, made sure I had everything I needed.

A fridge, coffee machine and microwave would have nice, but the price was very good.

Room was clean and spacious. Had a little trouble getting the TV to work. Staff was helpful in this regard. Needed to get access the proper input.
