My husband and I came to Toronto to see a show and chose the Novotel to stay at because of the location close to Union Station.

Overall, we found it to be a good hotel, centrally located, close to everything in Downtown. Comfortable room, European standard. Excellent breakfast.

We had our Offsite at this hotel and I was really impressed with service and the whole experience. The two days meeting could not run any smoother and hassle free. Every service was on time.

We had a wonderful stay with my family as we travelled to Toronto for a bucket-list trip to see a Raptors NBA game.

I stayed here for a few days in late July for my birthday. I originally picked this hotel because it was close to the water.

We stayed 4 nights at the Delta. Our room had amazing views, it was stunning. The room itself was large and very nice.

I recently stayed at the Marriott Downtown at CF Toronto Eaton Centre, and it turned out to be a great place to stay while visiting Toronto.
The location is probably the biggest highlight.

Feb 2025. We arrived for my daughter’s 40th. Myself and 2 grandchildren. Aged 8 and 11. The staff went above and beyond our expectations.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday with a staycation at The Ritz-Carlton, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional from start to finish.

We have been staying at Fairmont Royal York for a few years now. Everyone is always so kinda and attentive making sure our stay is fantastic.

Visited here for our anniversary holiday in February. Got a free upgrade to lakeside view. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Room was large and spacious, no defects found in the room.

Stayed in a suite for a last-minute work trip and was pleasantly surprised with how clean and tidy the room was upon my arrival.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn in Kitchener last week while preparing for our finals, and we absolutely loved our stay. The hotel was very clean and welcoming from the moment we arrived.

Recently stayed at Pantages Hotel during a trip to Toronto. The men at the front desk were welcoming and kind. The check in and check out process was easy and my room was ready early.

A gorgeous hidden sanctuary. Big, comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms. Kind of disappointed we have plans in the city as I would stay for a retreat.

My husband and I stayed for one night for a music event. I wish we stayed two nights and had time to visit George and Secrette.

This hotel was perfectly situated right on the waterfront, close to transit and the ferry.

Rooms are modern, spacious with comfy bedding, sufficient plugs near both sides of the bed and a large swivel tv. The kitchen has a full size fridge, and it even has a toaster plus basic items.
