Stayed one night for a work event. Room was spacious and we had a nice view of Nathan Philips Square. The unfortunate thing was there was a slight odour in the bathroom when we first arrived but housekeeping quickly remedied it when called. They even came back to check everything was fine. The ballroom had modern decor and impeccable service. The lobby was lively with a DJ in the evening. Did mobile order for a simple continental breakfast and everything arrived promptly and selection was delicious. It was an enjoyable quick stay.

Great location. Good, clean rooms. Some staff lack a bit of friendliness. Especially when you have kids.

Honestly we didn’t enjoy hotel stay at all. Breakfast was pathetic with limited la carte Options and no flexibility from hotel staff. Even we could not expect simple fried eggs from chef in this Sheraton 5 star claimed hotel. It’s totally disorganized and served in open layout near to reception making it very noisy and staff totally clueless with no proper system in place with no entrance and exits, Anybody can pass by. We have stayed in lot of Sheraton hotel and being mariott bonvoy member this hotel has disappointed us and does not match to even 3 star standard for food, ambience and staff. Would not recommend to anyone!

Hotel staff was super friendly. Same with the bar staff. Beautiful hotel and great for a convention space. Had a great weekend. Location was incredible. Walking distance from many amazing places!

Well so far been here 9 hrs and all we can hear is banging doors outside our room! Construction works we weren’t informed about, it happens. No Concierge. Not the best welcome back to our favourite city from the UK. Hope the Birthday trip gets better…

This place is nothing short of amazing. Staff are so friendly I was welcomed as soon as I stepped food on the property. If I come to Toronto again I’m for sure coming back. Only sad part was Is they are in the middle of renovating so the restaurant and pool are closed but other than that it checks all my box’s. Thanks so much Sheraton Toronto for such an amazing experience and most of all your 5 star customer service 👍

I really wish I didn’t have to write this review but in case this happens to anyone else, than at least they know it wasn’t an isolated incident and that internal change needs to made alongside their renovation. Stayed at the Sheraton last night for a little getaway. Booked through hot wire.
I had a pretty rough experience.
My first room had specks of blood on the sheets!
Called to guest services, no answer.
So I go down to from desk. They switch me to a different room.
The next room had several little hairs in the bathtub and one on top of toilet.
Definitely but a damper on my little getaway…
but because it was booked online, there was nothing they could do to compensate.
Disappointed to say the least. Definitely will not stay there again.

I am a member here and I am never disappointed. I am often there for business. We arrive for two nights for a much needed family getaway after the sudden loss of my mother in law. I had a lovely experience booking and confirming our suite and booking our club lounge access which is worth it for our family of four. Sheraton has always out done itself in my eyes. A wonderful experience. See u tonight.

From the time we check-in, the front desk staff, housekeeping staff and Club Level staff are always attentive and even remember us as frequent guests. Love the Sheraton beds; so comfortable. Look forward to our next stay in downtown Toronto.

The service and hospitality of the hotel are not as good as its stars. I received a room which had a person already stayed inside. However, the staff didn’t give any apologies or provide a reason for it. I’m completely disappointed about the experience I had with Sheraton. I will take my custom elsewhere and definitely not recommend this hotel.

Amazing view and location! We will be back!

Being a former Marriott employee for 17 years and stayed in hotels in the Marriott Group all over the world this was the worst experience with the food and beverage outlets.
Dinner was more like Macdonalds, the service was appalling and don’t get me started about breakfast, dirty tables, dirty cutlery sloppy staff and the buffet was inconsistent in quality and choice.
The hotel rooms ana leisure areas were top class.
The food and beverage let’s the hotel down.

It’s a very nice place… clean & very accessible to all places. People are warm friendly & helpful. If I were to come back… I’ll stay in the same place.

One of the entrance has automatic rotating doors which was pretty cool. You don't have to push it yourself. The area is pretty big, but some of the rooms where the event was held was pretty small so there was not a lot of space available. The place was really accessible and easy to follow and the washroom were clean. Didn't have any interaction with the service so cannot talk about that.

Beautiful lobby! A full blown waterfall as you enter. All the staff were polite, well groomed and professional. Our room was very clean and had a beautiful view, right in the heart of the city. The gym is one of the more impressive ones I've seen at a hotel with quality weights and machines, as well as a lavish pool and a spa. I will be staying here in the future :)

Basically the definition of a four star hotel. Everything was solid, clean and competent without being outstanding. A perfect business hotel which has an excellent location. Room was well furnished and the bed was very nice. The blackout blinds worked very well (which is a big thing in hotels, so many do that poorly). The layout of the "corner room" was weird however. The TV was very far away from the bed and the bathroom was small but really I'm being picky. I'd certainly have no problems returning. The staff are professional and good at their jobs.

Great location, incredible bed. Good pool, you can't get picky downtown, not many hotels have pools. This one is big enough and has a bar. Unfortunately can't bring outside drinks, not even coconut water :/ so if you get thirsty you gotta pay. Staff super friendly. Everything very comfortable. Washroom could've been cleaner but it was ok. Would definitely recommend. Did I mention location? 10/10

The Sheraton is a absolutely beautiful and right in the heart of all the action going on in Toronto. It's the perfect walking distance from everywhere you need to go. All of their rooms are on the upper floors so you end up with completely stunning views wherever your room is. The staff is incredibly helpful. My husband and I had our flight to Toronto cancelled and decided to drive 9 hours to get here instead. We called the Sheraton to let them know our situation and that we'd be arriving late, around 3am. They were incredibly accommodating and were able to check us in in advance so that the process was nice and smooth when we arrived late at night and pretty tired.

I enjoyed our stay there. It is right down town close to everything. The room was clean and we had a great view. Definitely would stay there again.

Our daughter and new son-in-laws wedding was held entirely at the Sheraton Centre Toronto over this past weekend. The ceremony venue, the reception venue, our accommodations and the hotel in general were very nice and any staff we encountered were very friendly and professional. Including housekeeping, restaurants and bars, front office staff, and pretty much any employee we met throughout the property. Thank you for your attention to detail on this very special occasion for our families.

Hotel was great. The gentleman at the check-in desk was very helpful and polite. He upgraded our room to a junior suite which was very nice as my girlfriend I were there celebrating. Check-in check-out was easy. Parking was a little weird but because we were they're over the weekend we were able to park across the street at the city hall garage for like $6 a day.

Amazing atmosphere. Great view onto the new and old Town Hall from our room on the 33rd floor! Literally around the corner from Drake's restaurant. Direct access to the PATH from the hotel elevator. Room service, breakfast was great too.

Great hotel, good service, helpful attendants. I attended a conference and stayed as an overnight guest. The beds are firm but soft, sheets are soft, and bed is comfortable. Housekeeping was defered for this stay so I won't comment. The food and conference center were great. Toronto is a nice city to stay in with a great night life, a good entertainment district, and great food. The hotel is located downtown and close to a lot of great places to visit. I enjoyed my stay.

Staff overall were friendly. The associates in the fitness/pool area made it obvious that their socializing with one another came first while on duty. Hotel is fairly clean. Views are nice. Location is convenient for foot traffic and exploring. Did not see a lot of security for the hotel, as it is smack dab for many entrances points, (PATH, Street etc) and lots of volume in and out, it is very interesting to know how the safety of all guests, patrons etc are addressed. Will choose to stay at this hotel again.

My experience was very bad, there was a party in the room next door and the reception did not listen to us. The hotel is fine but I should not allow such things.

Been visiting this hotel for many years with 100+ nights. Always a great experience. Front desk is quick and friendly. Pool and fitness centre is great in winter and summer. Pool is half indoor and half outdoor. Great for winter swims. Rooms are renovated with decent decor. Having access to everything you may need from power outlets to usb plugs. Rooms overlooking city hall are great, however also overlooking the other way is still great! Club lounge if you wish is great for breakfast and evening bite. Always friendly associates who interact with you. Lobby is grand and overwhelming, easily to get lost. Don't expect much from service as there is lots of associates and seem to pass things on to others or takes a while to have things resolved. Regardless, if you need a place and wish to be in the centre of it all, this is the place to be.

The view from our room was fantastic. We enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool. Room service was tasty. The room was spacious and the staff were great. Close enough to walk to everywhere we wanted to visit.

Rented a suite for my birthday and the experience was amazing! The view from the hotel was gorgeous and Eaton Center, Nathan Philips Square etc, were close! :) it was very spacious and the beds were comfy and clean! The price was very reasonable and staff was very organized and nice. Would definitely recommend and come again.

Large room on the 17th floor with a view of the city hotel. Rates with the Conference interesting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We needed to insist heavily on booking details all quite simple. Restaurant in front of the hotel overpriced and frankly not good.

Centrally located hotel with views of the city Hall of Toronto and the adjacent skating rink (with light-written giant).
The ice machine next to our room was not extremely quiet, but it didn't even keep us awake all night.
The only sore point in my opinion for such a hotel was the very poor breakfast (for the price) and with a few seats. It was better to go to the nearby Tim Horton or Starbucks in the Halle.

Very nice hotel the view in the rooms is beautiful. The entrance hall was very amino in a festive period and there was a lot of activity. The fitness center is enough fitness equipment and the pool is well maintained.

Beautiful Richmond side Room with an amazing view heated indoor and outdoor pool even in the winter! We were in Congress for a few days. It has trouble with the heating/air conditioning. Food side is where they lose all their points. In bad taste, cold…

Facilities were adequate, the room and view were STELLAR! Loved looking out over Nathan Phillips Square. CS in the pubs and restaurants were great. The Gym & Health Spa was a little small super confusing and not easily navigable. However, I am looking forward to going back. Indoor Outdoor Pool is brilliant. Though deck is slippery. And outdoor area not fully maintained in winter months.

A great hotel, which perfectly located and very classy! But what I remember most of all, the extremely helpful, polite, and great service from their front desk staff! Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful! After a horrible experience at the Hilton (100m away), they were very accommodating, polite and quick to help me out with a last minute reservation. I wouldn't think twice before reserving with you again! Thank you!

Had a bunch of fun running a conference there over a couple days. Had 3 connected rooms on nearly the top floor with an incredible view. Staff was very kind and responsive. Food from the hotel was very good and varied over all the meals we had. My only complaint is that the air was very dry in the hotel causing some throat issues.

This is a great property. I have been coming here for years. The staff is beyond nice and accommodating. The outside facade could use a bit of work and freshening up but it has been a dominant feature on the Toronto skyline for decades. The rooms are nice and clean and this location has a lot of potential and features for the business Traveller and business user. The lounge on the 43rd floor is absolutely spectacular and has excellent amenities.

Wonderful center with Metro station that makes us enter the wonderful Hotel where they excel the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Wonderful leisure facilities.

I went to the Sheraton Centre for The Concourse area. There's a bunch of small shops in the bottom area. It's not too busy. Looks like it's well-maintained and clean! It's also attached the path so you can make your way around the many buildings without coming to the surface. Very helpful during winter!

Absolutely stunning hotel right in the heart of Toronto with spectacular views of either city hall or the CN tower. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Staff are incredibly friendly and always happy to help. I recommend parking at the green p lot across the street to save money. The hotel has quick and easy access to streetcars and subways to get you anywhere you want to go.

I attended an event in the Civic ballroom. The Sheraton centre hotel was a nice place to have an event. The ballroom wraps around the serene waterfall area in the middle of the hotel complex. It's a relaxing place to have a thought amongst the hustle and bustle of downtown Toronto. I would definitely recommend the Sheraton hotel!

Great hotel, clean and spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Everything about the hotel was very professional and very well taken care of. The one negative I have to mention is that the door to my room was not very soundproof. In the morning I could hear the doors of the rooms near me closing and opening. That is the only thing keeping me from giving a five star rating.

Super Hotel recommended, we only spent one honeymoon night, too bad. Staff very professional and attentive to the needs of the customer. What an hour we should be Torana in Toronto Seglieremo always the prevents hotel. It has a variety of shopping shops and restaurants. A hotel with a 360 degree view also the location.

Beautiful and very busy hotel with immensely helpful staff. Large banquet spaces. Board rooms with fabulous view of the Nathan Philip Square. Easily accessible by all public transportation. Very ideally located to high street shopping and tourist attractions.

Really nice hotel. Staff were helpful and friendly. The wheelchair accessible room was spacious, but the bed was originally too high for me to transfer into, but they managed to lower it. There was a wet room with a decent shower seat (although would be better if it were cushioned). The grab rails were all in the wrong places though so I would recommend they review that.

The hotel was excellent, when we arrived after a long 12+hours flight, it was great to be told we was going to be upgraded. (It was even better because it was our honeymoon) the room was very well cleaned everyday, it was very spacious and the hotel was very well maintained. We even found the underground shopping area called "Path" connected to the hotel. It was the very first hotel I've ever stayed in that had a waterfall inside. The staff where excellent and very knowledgeable about the trips they provide.

The ambiance was very luxurious and serene. I came with a few friends to see if we could do a quick talk session here for our lunch break. Had a welcoming vibe and comfortable seats. Scene is beautiful.

Excellent location close to many tourist spots and great places to eat, as well as transit stations. It's a beautiful building that is connected to PATH and the underground mall, which I think would make it especially convenient in the wintertime. Our room came well-stocked with the expected amenities, and had big comfy beds with fluffy pillows. I was happy to have the "green" option for housekeeping to not change our sheets/towels every day (which got us $5 hotel credit per night). I was super happy with our stay and would gladly stay here again!

Everything is well organized and the service was fast. The room is spacious.

The lobby and hotel overall is very nice, with lots to do inside, although we did not spend much time in the hotel. Valet was $50 so we opted to park across the street for about $20. For the price paid for the room, I expected a bit nicer. Chips in the doorways, stains on bed skirt. Lack of attention to detail with upkeep. Free upgrade to king size bed though, so can't complain about that! Overall good stay :)

Hotel with very professional staff. Annoying on the other hand to have to pay for everything, even the Wi-Fi, when the rooms are already quite expensive. Very convenient location.

I am attending a conference later this month with a colleage from work. I've reserved our rooms with my credit card, as one would normally do for any hotel stay. On rare occasions, the hotel might take a 1-night stay deposit, but that's very rare amongst the major chains. Their cancellation policies usually charge you for 1 night if you cancel last minute, etc… This Sheraton charged me the entire stay, for both of us, 30 days prior to arrival, and it is completely nonrefundable. Now, we've already booked our air, etc…, so it's not like we're not coming, but it's completely ridiculous to be so inflexible and aggressive. People have lives, things come up, etc… Providing absolutely NO flexibility in the event of an emergency, is rather offensive. We'll complete our stay, of course, since we've now paid for it. But I can assure you it's the LAST time we'll stay at this property (or a Starwood property, if this is now the going policy). I'll update this review to include more info on the stay once it happens. The policy states (this is for ONE of the 2 rooms) : Guarantee Rules and Cancellation Policy CAD 1, 254.00 deposit is due on Sun, Jun 19, 2016 and will be charged to the credit card provided. If you cancel before 04:00 PM on Sunday, 19 June 2016 there will be no forfeit amount. If you cancel after 04:00 PM on Sunday, 19 June 2016 the forfeiture amount will be 1, 254.00. Room taxes are included with deposits and any penalties.

I was passing thru the underground PATH by the Sheraton when a store caught my eye. The small little Shop was selling pens of all kinds and had a large selection of fountain pens. The owner was very knowledgeable and showed a real passion for the product.

Nice modern hotel, picture postcard views of Toronto city hall. Fun if you're a tourist. Rooms are small, but ours was newly renevated. The pool is nice… but it's outdoors. Location is great if you're in town for fun. PROTIP: Park across the street, under city hall.

Pros: Location, View, Clean Room, Big TV, Comfy bed, Central Air, Big Bathroom & Good On-Site Amenities. (These things easily make it worth the rate. ) Cons: $50/day "valet" parking, with no secondary option offered but to find somewhere else to park in the middle of Downtown Toronto. No mini fridge — although, I guess you could fill the bathtub with ice…

I had booked 3 connecting rooms for my stay, 1 bedroom, a living room, and another bedroom space. Upon arriving at 6pm, when check in was at 3pm, I was told 2 of my rooms were still not ready! I was sent up to the smaller bedroom and was told to wait an hour for the rooms to be cleaned. An hour later I had called to see the status, and I was told there was an issue of the staff not being able to access the rooms. I do not understand why I had to call back to see the status and why I was not was informed, I do not know how long I would have actually had to wait if I did not follow up. I also do not understand why this problem was not resolved when check in was at 3! It seems as if they do not care about their guests and that they would only deal with problems at hand, instead of taking professional preventative measures. Instead I had to take action as it was now 7:45. My bedroom fortunately had an unlocked connecting door and I was able to access the other two rooms. The Living room was locked on the inside, however, had they attempted to access through the bedroom or through my room, this would have been resolved much quicker, instead me, as a guest, I had to solve my problem. Ultimately, it was up to me to make my stay enjoyable, as the staff failed miserably with their poor problem solving and communication skills.

My senior parents stayed at the Sheraton Centre for two nights. The rooms are large and comfortable. My parents had several special requests, and the staff were extremely accommodating. The housekeeping staff went out of their way to make sure my parents had what they needed for an enjoyable stay.

Great experience at the Sheraton, the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and up to date. The Gym is also AWESOME and open 24/7 You definitely get your moneys worth stay at the Sheraton with it's Downtown location, literally a 5 minute walk to the Eaton Centre and Yonge Street. We will be back!

They charge you everything here badly! Please do not stay here even a moment! The hotel charged us 453 dollars per night (not including tax or other service fees) just for a king bed room while we ordered 198 dollars per night on spg. They don't have a free parking lot. You need to spend 50 dollars for valet parking per day. They don't have free Internet. You need to spend 18 dollars per day just for 3 devices. If you connect 4 devices, they will automatically charge you again without letting you know. They don't have a public restroom nearby check-in hall. They charge you if you want a room service. The hotel is like decades years old and the hallway is broken old. This is the worst hotel I ever stay.

Good location, nice rooms with a huge TV, fast and efficient check in. Internet was not free which is a big no no in today's world, and the water was not steaming hot in the morning for my shower, but was definitely hot enough for a comfortable shower. For the money I expect free internet and hot showers so only 4/5 stars.

Sheraton rocks in everything. Staff well mannered. Neat and tidy. Bars possess some great tastes. Wi-Fi. Their investment definitely worth.

Sheraton hotel has been a wonderful place, for my stay. It is also connected to The Eaton Centre which is so convinient. Also the rooms are neat and clean, mostly all staff is awesome and the food court below eaton centre is very convenient for overnight stays. Also this hotel is located at a perfect place, where everything is accessible.

Google Maps. Is right to the location. The valet parking looked congested but was well handled. Front lobby was spacious and well lit and inviting. And the hundreds of staff directed us to a booking desk for a very quick book in. Hotel was clean well it. Rooms were comfortable not as quiet as I had hoped. The view was great but the windows were dirty. We checked out on Sunday around noon it is now Tuesday morning and we still have not got a copy of a bill to phone calls and we are going to call Direct today.

The hotel is so clean and the staff is very friendly. The beds and rooms are both comfortable and spacious, I have no complaints there. The hotel Wi-Fi and bars are a little expensive. And I tried to have some shirts just pressed (but not dry cleaned), and there seemed to be no one that could help me with that. Those are the only two complaints I have over the 4 day stay I had. If you are with a large group, the ballrooms were spacious and nice. The carpet had a tendency to roll up and stay with you from room to room. The staff was great in helping us get from one conference room to another. Can't wait to come back!

The hotel is good. But they shouldn't be so cheap eg. Charging for local calls and even to call to the front desk, mini fridge delivery charges, Wi-Fi which you need to pay for.

First time for both my girlfriend and I with staying at this Hotel. The room was very clean with a beautiful view. Most notable experience at this hotel was the above and beyond assistance we received from front desk employee, Marc. Checking in was fast and easy. Furthermore, we enquired about activities going on throughout the city and surround area and Marc was quick to inform us about several events, even went as far as to pull up the events on his computer and show us. His kind and helpful advice should not go unrecognized. It should also be noted that all staff at this place of business displayed nothing short of kind, courteous and professional behaviour. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Toronto.

Nothing special about the rooms. I had to plug in a medical device by the bed. Nothing available to plug anything into which was ridiculous. Dinner at our event was good with the exception of the one server for our table who was obviously not loving his job and was being rude and ignorant. His face told it all, he was practically throwing out plates down so that they were sliding. He was aggressively removing our plates as well. If you hate what you are doing that much then don't work there! If he was my employee he would have been fired on the spot. I did see a few others with similar sustain for us and the event so something was going on that was affecting our service. Being in a service industry requires a certain level of respect and overall service as one would expect. Then came the best part… Just before 10 am the power went out. Announcement every half hour over the intercom to tell us to stay in our rooms. No water, no TV or Internet. No shower, no way to brush teeth. On a generator since it was apparently the transformer that blew. So everyone had to use the stairs. I had to carry my luggage down from the 14th floor. Some areas only lit with glow sticks. How the couldn't get some elevators working when the escalators were was beyond me. I also have to wait for a cheque to be sent as I paid by debit visa! Their billing system was down. Great! Apparently the do not have a great (if any) DR PLAN which sucks. Things could be handled much better.

I stayed in this hotel to catch a Jays game and a night out on the town. It was perfect — fantastic location, quiet, clean, and modern. Just far enough away from the crazies of queen west without being out of reach from the fun places. The staff was extremely accommodating to my early check in request (10:00am! ), and very friendly throughout the stay. The conference facilities are also excellent, should you be looking for a venue.

Realy it was a great stay and great hotel in whole canada I realy feel very happy with all staff thanks alot for make my stay memorable I love all of u will come back again INSHALLAH see u and keep it up.

Is in remodeling work, when you arrive they gave me a room without a remodel that should give them shame to offer to a guest, then express to them my complaint they gave us a room remodeled which is not bad. But still I don't recommend it because they have employees who steal, because I disappeared out of our room a few lenses Christian Dior, a shirt and a pant, Hugo Boss for my husband. They told Me that they were going to investigate and that they would look, but that seemed very unlikely, because their employees were not taking the things of the guests. So I imagine then that the hotel has ghosts, and they took nutras things, be careful! Since being back in my country, Guatemala, I called back, but of course found nothing. It is a pity that it has. Dishonest people working in its hotels. Should check to employees, and investigate them well.

I thought it was a great experience. The room was cozy and clean, the bed was fabulous and there was a nice sized bathroom. I slept like a baby. The pool was great, nice and big! I really enjoyed my time at this Sheraton and will definitely book again!

I agree that for the price — doesn't measure up. We were given poor instruction on how to find the elevator that would take us to our room. No Wi-Fi, microwave, or refrigerator in our room. We had requested a king-size bed but were given a room with two queens. There were no instructions for anyone to see how to use the Sheraton's computers and we were unable to figure out how to get to our email. There was no one at the concierge's desk whenever we passed by. Suggest putting in each room information on things to do in Toronto for visitors and suggestions on how to get to these attractions. Also need to put a small 10"x12" drop-down shelf next to bed (s) side (s) that do not have a night stand for guest to put glasses, hearing aids and other small items. No way would we book this hotel again!

My favourite hotel because of the many wonderful things this hotel offers: the location is primo, lakefront views, views of City Hall, close to the Eaton Centre for shopping. The interior view of the waterfalls are soothing and welcoming. The Club Floor is divine. Evening hor d'oeuvres, breakfast with complementary coffee tea all day. The views are fabulous, Lake Ontario on one side and Toronto City Hall and historical buildings on the other side. The seating is comfortable and I feel pampered with the great service. The indoor-outdoor pool is the best of both worlds.

Worst hotel ever! Please avoid it. Lot of noise and the King size bed is really not confortable.

BE CAREFUL! in SHERATON CENTRE TORONTO you leave the hotel, the employes tell you all is ok and then appears on your credit card expenses you never did, not give you any explanation!. (360 CAD)!

I have to give a 2 stars to this establishment because it fails to deliver the quality that its brand name promises. The heating in our room does not work at all, and it was 18 degree celcius cold. They didn't even try to move us to a room with a functioning heater, but provided us with a small portable electric heater. This little piece of sh*t just doesn't heat the room enough.

This is absolutely the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed in. I have traveled to countless places, staying in hostels, b&b's and have always been very lenient and never have I been so devastated. As an avid traveler in Toronto and having stayed at many hotels within Toronto; I don’t even write reviews for hotels usually, but this hotel is SO BAD, I had to write a review to warn all future patrons. This place tries to be upscale with poor service and terrible rooms. Don’t try to attempt to be something you’re not, snooty service and your disgusting room definitely doesn't reflect class or quality. This terrible hotel was the worst decision for Valentine’s Day. I understand it’s a busy time, and although my partner had bought the room on Priceline, there is NO REASON why we should have been placed in an unsanitary room with questionable stains on the ceiling, broken lamp and shade, as well as a dirty carpeted floor with hair balls. I couldn’t even turn on the lamp because I was afraid the exposed wires would electrocute me in my sleep should the lamp break off from its dwindling wires. Normally I don’t notice the dirt in carpets because of the patterns, but there were HAIR BALLS all over the carpet between the two beds. A little trail of hair balls to welcome us to our beds…WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THIS HOTEL?! I am beyond disappointed with this establishment. I have picture proof and will be uploading pictures on various review sites to show the disgusting terrors I saw.

Just an over priced comfort inn without the free breakfast. Rooms need renovated.

The employees were excellent. However, with no ability to cool my room below 22°C and all of the Canadian News stations not working on the television for no explicable reason, my stay in the room was definitely left wanting. Room service food was 'ok', but for the prices I expect more than just 'ok'. On a positive note, the indoor/outdoor pool was great, even in February. I don't see myself returning.

Just as a quick FYI, I travel frequently and am used to staying in plenty of hotels. This one was sub par. I'm just going to list what I didn't like about the Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel: 1. The towels were RIDICULOUSLY rough. 2. The sheets were so rough they actually gave me some sort of "rug" burn on my elbows from simply turning over in my sleep/switching positions while watching TV. 3. The bottom sheet also wasn't an actual bottom sheet at all, but just simply a sheet thrown over the mattress which easily moves while you sleep. 4. Wi-Fi isn't included in price of room. And when you do decide to pay the RIDICULOUS amount of money it costs so you can actually look up places to go around Toronto, you have to continually re-login to it every time you get back to the hotel. 5. If you pick up and use the phone to dial a LOCAL number, it costs you $3+. Even if no one ever answers on the other line. 6. The TV service is awful. It kept cutting out, was staticy with lines across the tv, and made watching TV almost unbearable. The channel would be perfectly fine and then it would all-of-a-sudden start screwing up. 7. You have to close the bathroom door at night because there is a nonstop and very loud fan going 24/7 that might keep you awake. 8. When you flush the toilet, the noise is ridiculously loud and takes about 5 minutes to stop — so basically just never keep the bathroom door open. Ever. 9.

High speed internet is not the only thing that you guys focus on! Guys were have your service gone? I came here for dinner with my husband and he got very angry with the rude behavior of the staff! Please guys try to improve your service like how you did with internet access.

I came to this hotel for a weekend, absolutely I found on it a terrible service, at my arrival the Valet Parking not allowed me to park my car on the fron of the hotel to take out my baggage because I need do first the check in, very absurd way. At the night when I back to the hotel after be waiting on the front door and not found anybody to help with my car, I went to the front desk to ask for some help and the concierge was very rude and shouting me says; it was not his problem and he was not there for help. Honestly terrible service at all the price of the hotel is not cheap and the Valet Parking cost is 50 dlls overnight, probably they park the car inside of a room too. Never back to this hotel.

I stay here and was playing music like usually do at any hotel I go to. And a hotel staff gave us a warming but was really rude about the situation. I'm an adult and I was like to speak with someone with respect.

This whole experience was a total nightmare from start to finish. As soon as I got to the room, I saw a centipede and I might have been a little drunk but I swear I saw like 5 more. On top of that the bed was so tall, I needed a stool to get on top of it. The patio was ugly with trees and bugs everywhere. That's not even the worst part. Got charged 400 dollars for a noise complaint without ANY warning. The head of security whose name was probably Hitler basically attacked the girl I was with and gathered with his security guard bros and had a laugh about the situation we were in. Terrible service, didn't have to be sober to realize that.

A nice hotel in downtown Toronto. The reception of the hotel is a little chaotic, since there are many things and several towers hotels as well as meetinghouses. Restaurants leave much to be desired, are expensive and not very good. The rooms are a bit old and size medium. The price is economical and the general and pleasant experience. Only free Wi-Fi in the lobby.

Room o. K. Situation perfectly: CN Tower, maybe 10min walk away. Breakfast slots in the 43 floor with good views, but modest, good coffee from WMF. No sausage, nothing warm. VALET parking per day of 47.50 CAD.

The hotel is located in the city centre. Correspond to a 4-star hotel, the rooms are but a little worn out. The breakfast in the Club Lounge inspired by the great views. Unfortunately, the service at the hotel is not good: often a long wait: check-Inn, parking.
