Amazing place to stay! Very Clean, and quiet. Amazing decor, and the customer service is fantastic. I would stay here again for sure. :)

We had the pleasure of staying at the beautiful Staybridge Suites Hamilton — Downtown for the first time and we will definitely stay again. The rooms were very cozy, very clean and with a great layout. The service was outstanding, the food and restaurant were great. We will definitely return; the staff and the manager Tina took care of all our needs and provided exceptional service.

From price to staff to safty to cleanliness to location every thing is perfect.

Where to begin? 1) The window in my room didnt have a screen, just more glass behind it so you literally couldnt get fresh air. 2) The fan attached to the wall shook the entire room and was incredibly noisy so it wasnt an option when trying to sleep. 3) Breakfast was mediocre. Hard to complain as it was the best part but far from good. 4) Left a fair review when asked to via email and it was rejected for using the word "awful". I wish I were joking. It requested I rewrite it but "awful" as the only word highlighted as being "inappropriate" yet it describes the stay and is accurate and is far from inappropriate wording. 5) Messaged the Instagram page privately 48 hours ago which was never responded to (didnt want to post this on here like this). 6) Received a $36 charge for parking when I wasnt informed it wasnt included in my nearly $400 stay. I had other parking options I would have gladly used had they mentioned that. Placing a call this afternoon as an employee requested I call back to speak with their supervisor as he agreed all of the above needs to he resolved. Hopefully something actually gets resolved because the entire stay was awful. Huge regret not getting an Airbnb and wont stay here again. Attached is a photo of my review that they would not post. Highly recommended! we stay in monthly and I can honestly say we have NEVER had any negative issues! Very clean, comfortable, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet every morning and evening social! Clean pool, workout room, laundry facilities and close to all amenities. Love coming here!

I love having a kitchen in my room the room is so clean and relaxing Tim Hortons and big bee 24h store right outside the hotel.

Worst sleep ever, Booked a room with 2 beds. The staff said we were upgraded because no rooms with 2 beds were available to one bed and sofa bed.
The floor was more comfortable than feeling every spring on their pull out couch.
Breakfast & coffee in the morning was good.

Stayed in a King Jacuzzi Suite, corner room, with full kitchen. It was lovely! Very quiet and great to have a complementary breakfast included. Definitely would stay here again.

Enjoyed the front desk staff quite a bit. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming though. Always brightens your stay. :)

Stayed overnight for a wedding nearby, very nice visit overall. Parking underground is pretty limited but managed to get a space. Make sure you get checked in first, you need a card to open the garage door. Room was large and included a full size fridge and even a dishwasher. Free breakfast buffet was included and everything we had was good. Only complaint is that the rooms are very dimly lit even with the lamps on. Would definitely stay there again.

If you are going to Hamilton, this is a nice hotel. Rooms have a kitchenette so you can make food… which comes in handy when you have allergies. This was a good location for us to visit Toronto and Niagra Falls. 'Go' bus to Toronto is just around the corner.

This was an amazing hotel to stay in. Our room was very clean and organized when arrived. I ran into a situation of leaving some stuff behind in my hotel room when I checked out. The customer service was amazing with getting my stuff back to me. I highly recommend stay here! Very safe and clean environment.

Perfect for a weekend away or a longer stay! The kitchenette is so handy. Beds are comfy. Very quiet and clean. My only complaint is that I don't love the location. But the price was good.

Not my family's first stay here. Underground parking is tight but all you need. Wifi is good to go. Breakfast services any appetite, and is always done well. Dining in could be a day or two longer during the week. Or have an oven as well as the stove. Albeit their patrons as well as their workers. All of them, have been the greatest people to chat with and socialize with. A blessing of a stay again. Thank you Staybridge. We'll see you again. Ps. The king jacuzzi suite. 100% worth it.

Great location in downtown Hamilton! Room is very spacious and clean, great free breakfast. Short walk to fun attractions, restaurants and bars.

What a great hotel. The location is superb right downtown Hamilton. The staff was super friendly and got us into an upgraded room. Breakfest was plenty and good, and the staff was very happy and friendly. I would def recomend staying at this hotel.

This was such a great place. We were visiting Hamilton for a wedding. We got there waaaay ahead of check-in time because we took a red-eye. Despite this the staff were very accomodating and got us an upgrade to a suite on top of things! One day we woke up late and thought we missed the breakfast… which we did. But again the amazing staff opened up the buffet again so we could eat! All through our stay were were just amazed at how lovely everyone was. This is where we will stay if we visit Hamilton again!

Here for a work event overumver of days at different times periods. Service is great. A quiet environment. Overall I am pleased.

Location was great, we stayed here when we wete in town for a comedy show, so it was a short walk to first Ontario centre. The room was nice, and the breakfast at the hotel wasn't bad either. Would definitely stay here again.

I don’t normally write out reviews but, this past weekend there was a terrible ice storm that hit Hamilton, I work for Hamilton heath sciences and had come off a night shift, I realized I couldn’t go home and needed a place to crash for a couple hours as I had to go back to work the same day for 3pm, I called the Staybridge hotel, and staff had gone above and beyond to accommodate to my situation, I would highly recommend this hotel as the rooms are amazing and the staff remarkable, thank you again for helping me out, I really appreciated it.

Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast, rooms were clean, clean hot water indoor pool. One of the best hotel I have ever stayed. Thank you for making our experience an extra enjoyable and pleasant.

Stayed one night for 2018 ATB. Great location, above average breakfast and modern rooms with kitchenettes. Underground parking was extra. Biggest complaint is that room/bed did not have comforters/duvets and only had a thin sheet; we were told Staybridge recently changed their policy that ensures guest can't be comfortable or warm at night. Alternative is having hot dry air blowing in your face all night. Very strange, won't be staying at staybridges anymore unless it's summertime…

We rented a suite with multiple rooms and were very happy with the quality of the rooms, beds and amenities. Definitely would stay here again.

We were in a Studio on the 3rd floor, facing an inner courtyard. It was quiet. The kitchen amenities are perfect. Full size refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, pans, even a pitcher to make juice. A pack of complimentary microwave popcorn and a bowl in the cupboard to put it in pleased my husband to no end. TV is small-ish Samsung flat screen that can move to point to couch or bed. Nightstands are on both sides of bed, which great, as it is no longer a given in hotels and yet both of us need them! The bed only has sheets on it but we found a blanket in the closet and the thermostat was set in the 70’s so Room was warm and we were comfortable. Desk has ergonomic chair. Closet has normal (removable) hangers which are so much easier to use! Many plugs in convenient places are a real win! Breakfast had a good variety of savory and sweet, healthy and indulgent. Dark and mild roast coffee and good quality teas. Parking is secured, underground and convenient, though it’s an extra $12. Convenient location for FirstOntario concerts/shows.

Pricing was about typical for an overnight stay. The room was VERY nice, front desk staff was exceptionally polite, and the breakfast was thoroughly enjoyable (all the breakfast essentials were present). Would stay again.

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of excellent. Parking was easy and secure inside a parking garage that can only be accessed by your room key. The rooms are in top shape in terms of cleanliness and visual appeal. Everything that was requested at booking was honoured. On top of all that, the service from the staff was fantastic. I will definitely return to this establishment if I ever need to stay in Hamilton in the future.

The kitchen in the room was very helpful. We got fresh food items from Jackson Square and made lunch whenever we were tired of going out. The staff are supportive and the breakfast is real food. There are shops and eating places all around and it is easy to get public transportation.

Family visiting us stayed here. They really liked their stay. The second floor restaurant with the free coffee and tea was very nice when we visited them at the hotel.

Really really really clean. Vert nice cozy room with an elegantly modern style. Full fridge in the kitchenette complete with real dishes. The hotel is located in a cool downtown area with lots of restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

It's pretty nice. I'm in a suite, which basically has your bed in the middle of the living room. The room is well appointed. And complementary breakfast and dinner some nights adds value to your stay. I'd come back.

Rooms are pretty decent and clean. Although I don't think that the heavier of the white blankets has been washed since I got here (4 weeks ago). The provided food isn't bad if you're here for a short time. It is in a confident location and all the staff are very helpful.

This hotel seems to be more suited for a long stay. It has a big fridge, stove top, microwave and even a dishwasher. I only stayed for one night and I had a very sound sleep. I did not hear street noise or hallway noise. The air conditioning unit was a bit loud though. If I were to stay again I would get the room cooled down before bed, this way it won't be running during the night. The one complaint is that the underground parking is very tight.

Extremely nice staff! Very courteous and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious, with a full kitchen! There was even some dishes available for use. Would definitely stay there again!

The hotel itself is nice & clean. We had a 2 bedroom suite, which was well stocked, and it was great accommodations for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids — each had their own bed). Kids enjoyed the (small) pool area, we all enjoyed the breakfast. Would have been great to know from the hotel concierge about the construction happening right across the road from the hotel that had trucks working starting 7am on a Sunday morning… At least they provided earplugs.

The hotel itself is nice, staff are great, the pool was very nice and the onsite fitness centre was awesome… even the laundry machines came in handy. Elevators scared me, sounded like they were going to fall. The location is a poor choice, the Tim Hortons beside the hotel seems to be a local hot spot for bike and car groups NIGHTLY (even on a Monday), these individuals enjoy revving their engines very loudly at anytime of the night as you wish to sleep. The hotel does offer ear plugs at the front desk, however this doesn't always help! I know the hotel can't help want happens around outside but this was very annoying to me and I probably wouldn't come back again to this location because of that fact alone. I get very grumpy with little or broken sleep.

I was there for an academic meeting. It was satisfactory with regards to food and reasonable parking charge. The food was provided by the hotel. Generally it was clean and tidy. There was a parking lot near the Stay-bridge Suite costs 6 CAD for a whole day.

Place looked well maintained… elevators are dreadfully slow and room had no refrigerator/mini bar. Bed was very comfortable and good quality sheets.

It was a nice stay, clean and comfortable beds. Although the room was quite hot and the temperature control didnt seem to cool down the room.

When I went to the Crowne Plaza I was meeting a friend who was staying there for a few days and I was Thoroughly impressed by the staff and how helpful they were in helping me finding his room… great hotel.

Rude staff. Nice rooms though, and the complimentary kitchen on the first floor is pretty cool. You can get wine and beer from the fridge there if you run out… just by using your key card. Never did make it to the pool… probably because I drank all that wine and beer and ended up crying in the shower fully clothed for an hour, but c'est la vie.

I always have a great time at the stay bridge! The pool is lovely and warm, the food is always great and the rooms are beautiful.

Great place. I have been staying here for a couple weeks and the staff are very helpful when I need certain things you would need at home. The social dinners are nice and I have met some good people. It is a good place for an extended stay.

Unfortunately that some guest pulled the fire alarm at 3am last night but the staff was good about it and compensated us accordingly. That's good customer service. Down to earth experience. Great room, bed and decor. Would stay here again.

Great rate, spacious room, work desk with plenty of outlets. Nice modern feel, comfortable beds, pillows, soft sheets and towels. Room darkening curtains made it possible to sleep in. Staff was friendly and courteous and took care of every request. Pool was large with a hot tub and kiddie pool. The pool deck area was spacious and opened to the rooftop. No fridge but managed with a cooler. Bathroom is small but had a tub with spa jets. My wife appreciated the "sleep tight" spa kit — she would come back for that alone!

Staff is considerate and eager to help. The rooms are neat and the kitchenette is adequately stock. I stay here each time I am in Hamilton.

This is the best hotel in the downtown core of Hamilton, very clean, rooms sitting area is just awesome! I booked for 2 nights I ended up staying for 7 days. Just like home.

We stayed at the Staybridge Suites for a dance competition at Sir John A. MacDonald high school. Room was large and comfortable and had the space we needed to accommodate 4 people and was within walking distance of the venue. We really only used the room for sleeping, so I cannot really comment on the rest of the hotels amenities. Overall, it was a good experience and I would stay there again.

I've been staying here for two weeks (due to a unfortunate flood in my home) we are looking at another month here. This place is great, they are very clean, new, great exercise room, pool, complimentary breakfast buffet (amazing) and dinner buffet (amazing) all the staff are super friendly and courteous. And best of all they have allowed our dogs to stay with us. This place in my opinion is second to none. And I'm a hard person to please. Good job guys.

I travel extensively on business and came upon this amazing hotel only because of an error made by the "high end" hotel I usually stay at nearby in Hamilton. For the same price, I received a far superior room (suite), less chaotic location but just around the corner, friendly attentive staff, free breakfast and "social" light dinner on weeknights. These meals are awesome to me, freeing up a lot of time to prepare for my next business day. Bravo StayBridge, you have a new regular customer!

Heater wasn't working when we arrived later in the evening, room was freezing. Had to call down twice before someone came up to check it out. Old ac unit metal case on one window rattled all night, wind kept getting caught in it creating a loud bang. Then when we went to check out, we had a parking ticket because we parked beside the hotel rather than in front! even though I asked when I checked in if we were fine parked beside and the desk clerk said yes they had a deal with the parking lot. I went inside to ask if there was anything they could do and the hotel said no and they didn't even refund my hotel parking fee! They still get two stars because breakfast was nice and the room was clean. Way overpriced and staff were very unhelpful considering the headaches. I wont be staying there ever again.

The Staybridge Suites is a beautiful, clean hotel, with staff that are very friendly. The breakfast that is included is great as well as the friendly staff that is responsible for it. Also several nights a week there is an evening appetizers (almost a dinner) that has a cash bar which is a nice touch and very relaxing. We spent 10 days at the Staybridge and would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Staying at the Staybridge hotel has its perks but not all are worth the effort of being committed too. The location is great being in the core, however there seems to be a lot of rift raft about the area. You will be certain to find many street people followed, by most of the bad habits, drunks, beggars, smokers and their small group of friends leading them to paradise. If your looking for a quiet place to rest your head you may have come to the wrong place. Here at the Staybridge you will find many guests who have four legged friends, which are yappy, and have a mind of their own. They do share in your enthusiasm of fantabulous, and the adventure begins in the heart of the Hamilton and area. But let's get serious here, the rooms are clean, fresh and manageable. You have everything you need in a 350 square feet of space. Whether you are here in business, you can enjoy the desk space free Wi-Fi or business Center that gets all your needs covered off. If you are here for pleasure you've got the in room kitchenette covered off with a medium size fridge, stove top, sink, dishwasher and a continental breakfast that serves between 6:00 — 9:30am daily. It is not over the top but it has your basics covered off. Sit relax and enjoy roomy seating with large screened TV's in all directions, getting you up to date with news events across the world.

The best hotel in Hamilton.

Downtown Hamilton isn't the best view, and all the prices up here seem too high, but this is a good room. The best of the four hotels I've been in so far. If you travel for work and receive a per diam, this room includes a hot breakfast and a passable evening meal.
