A very Good Place For Party.

Great hospitality and friendly staff here — they got us checked in early.

All staff very friendly and helpful. We had an upgrade overlooking harbour. As wedding anniversary Wednesday. Room perfect.

Booked TWO ROOM in April for tonight July 8th. Get here and they say that booking is for one room. Show them confirmation for TWO ROOMS and they still couldn't figure it out. 25 minutes later they come up with 2nd room. One on 3rd floor and one I n 6th floor and had to accept what they had left for rooms so NOT the 2 queens I PAID FOR but 2rooms with only 1 queen per room.

We have been Radisson poolside regulars for a few years now and not only is this a not so hidden Toronto gem of an oasis, it’s a lovely afternoon delight of delicious food and tasty drinks with a wonderful staff to make you feel like home away from home. We are already planning our next charming visit:)

Harbourside location, close to CN tower, Union Station, Front Street. Staff all extremely helpful.

I am extremely disappointment with Radisson and how the company conducts business. The Best Online Rate Guarantee is a lie. I sent in a claim on Wed Aug 19 2020 around 12pm for the “Best Online Rate Guarantee” to Match an Expedia amount that was significantly less and another for Hotwire. Radisson replied to on Aug 21, 2020, at 7:09AM stating the cancellation date was different by 1 day so they weren’t able to match. It was still with in the 24 hour period of booking so I found 2 other offers from Hotels. Com and Booking. Com with the same cancellation date and all the information was the same so sent it in Aug 20, 2020 just after 10am. I replied to their email from the denial of the Expedia. Com asking about 3 other claims I sent in.
1. Aug 21, 2020, at 7:09
2. Aug 24, 2020, at 6:21 – Stating they are waiting for the Claims
3. Aug 25, 2020, at 7:10 – Stating Emails that we received are being distributed randomly and we are just responding to which email comes in.
4. Aug 26, 2020, at 7:21 — Stating they only received the booking. Com and expedia. Com claim
5. Aug 27, 2020, at 7:29 – Stating Please be advised that we are responding to emails in the order it was received.
6. Aug 28, 2020, at 8:05 – Stating We will further review the claims we have received, and we will reach out to you the soonest, for updates and resolution.

The TV is really really big and the outdoor pool is nice and warm.

Stayed here from March 13 — 15, 2020. Excellent location, within walking distance to many amenities. Customer service was top notch, especially with the recently declared pandemic; staff were handling numerous phone calls, with patron inquiries regarding potentially having to cancel travel plans — staff handled calls in an extremely professional manner, using upmost respect and patience to whom they were speaking with. I even told one that she had the 'patience of a saint'. I give high regard to the staff of the Radisson Admiral Toronto-Harbourfront! This will most definitely be my go-to, should we stay in Toronto again!

Room changed the following night which certainly was an improvement. Complimentary breakfast was given.
Location is great right on the Front harbour as is our room.
Unfortunately while relaxing in our room watching a film prior to dinner the electricity went off.
After 5mins yer the to investigate when we found a letter from the hotel saying that the power will be off for 5 yes five hours!
This is NOT ACCEPTABLE going into the evening.

Excellent location with Scandinavian style rooms. Great design with attention to detail like the toe tap in the shower so you can dip before you commit. Surprisingly quiet, never waited for an elevator or service. Staff is beyond amazing! Beds were comfortable, floor to ceiling windows for excellent views in most cases. They discovered that it was my birthday and later brought up craft beer and a gorgeous chocolate slice of cake! First time at a Radisson in Canada so I was pleased to find the rooms even larger than their counterparts overseas. It was winter so the pool was unavailable, and had reservations booked at the Amsterdam Brewery behind the hotel, but other guest raved about the hotels restaurant. Looking forward to a return trip!

An amazing hotel — apparently the only one right on the harbour. We had a beautiful room with an amazing view over Lake Ontario. The staff did their very best to make our stay as good as possible. Special thanks to Scott and Angel in the restaurant/bar.

Great location, friendly service, clean rooms, bed was extremely comfortable, but most of all they knew I was going for surgery and brought me up a beautiful complementary tray of assorted fruits, sparkling water and a good luck card. Really good location, right around the corner from the CN tower. Beautiful hotel directly on the Harbourfront, the staff went above and beyond for us from booking day trips for us to helping us find nice places to eat. Really amazing customer service from the staff at the reception desk. Thank you.

My wife and I just stayed here for labor day (Sun-Mon). Great room, great view, very clean and stylish. Not a good front desk staff (very nice people but not enough of them, line takes very long time). Lobby is super lame. Not much going on there. Would definitely recommend this place though. Had a great time! It is right next to Amsterdam Brewery, a grocery store and a pretty cool looking Indian restaurant. One of the most comfortable beds and pillows that we slept on as well.

Offers best in class service at the heart of Toronto, the restaurant offers great food and premium service. The staff were very friendly. I specially enjoyed pool side area. Love this location and it's vibe.

Came for a fun birthday weekend by the pool… Upon arrival they let us know that the pool would be closed early for a special event. I advised the manager that we booked this hotel specifically for the pool and made plans around staying here. His first reaction was “ would you like to cancel your reservation”. He later agreed to refund 180. Although nice to refund a bit, it doesn’t go far when we are paying to go to another pool bar at 50 dollars per person… terrible customer service. The pool is nice if you plan on sleeping, no music or service. Your better off at another hotel or staying somewhere cheaper and paying to go to a pool bar. As they are getting ready for the event there are a lot of people setting up. Not nice for a relaxing day by the pool. Wouldn’t come back.

Location was excellent — close to the harbour, Rogers Centre and CN Tower. There's a couple of breweries nearby, and ample restaurants. The hotel was excellent — rooms were large and well appointed. The rooftop heated pool was a nice addition as well. Staff at the hotel were great and were all helpful. I will not hesitate to return the next time I am in Toronto.

We came by as a small group on the weekend for drinks and a visit to the pool. We had such a great time. The staff were very friendly. The pool area was beautiful. There was a very good atmosphere at the restaurant. We love this spot and can't wait to come by again.

Good views and location! Not far from Ripley's aquarium and CN tower. The hop on hop off tour bus stops right next to the hotel too. Many restaurants around and a grocery store! Hotel was clean and friendly staff.

Giving this hotel a 4 as the room was very nicely decorated and write clean. However, the shower, though clean, was very very dated. The shower handle was at my waste height and not about to be raised. The curtain didn't touch the ground with about a 3 inch have to the ground. That being said, otherwise the bathroom and room were nice with hardwood floors throughout. Would stay again.

Great location at walking distance to the CN tower and right next to one of Toronto's bike share station. Room was spacious and comfortable. Shower had good water pressure, however they decided to design the shower box without a door. After a shower the bathroom floor would get soaked.

I really like the bright spacious modern rooms here! It's location right by the water gives it a calm atmosphere. It is a little far from the city centre, but close to the financial district and also to the Billy Bishop airport. However, that also means that if your windows are facing the lake you'll have some noise from the landing and taking off planes. Breakfast had a rather limited selection of options. Finally the gym is very small and had only the basic equipment. I think it's a little pricey at $400 for what it is… However, they left a telescope in my room for me to play with — how cool is that?!

This is the first time I stayed in this hotel and I was totally impressed! Right on the harbourfront, the room was beautiful and I love that there was no carpet in my room! The hotel is clean, staff are friendly and there was always someone at the front desk! I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again!

A very nice hotel. Location is spectacular. I lucked out with a view of the harbour. I would consider this place five stars but three things really bugged me. One, they only have an ice machine on one floor and I wasn't on that floor. This seems weird but may be a product of a downtown hotel. Second, the rooms don't have blackout curtains so my sleep was terrible. I'm sure this is a strategy to get people to check out quicker but this was annoying for privacy and being woken up early. Finally, the bed was very firm. My back hurt the next day and I barely slept. Hotel beds are usually firm but this was a bit more than normal.

Very comfortable and very well located hotel. Breakfast is not up to par. But there's a Starbucks in the hotel.

Location is superb, room is very good but the common areas don’t smell very good, not pleasant at all. The staff was ok, polite. I’d stay there again if I got a good deal as it was this case (March 2018). The picture attached is the view from the room on the 3rd floor. Didn’t try the breakfast, room service, restaurant or the fitness Center.

Great location Hotel chooses during our stay, we had taken it for location and were not disappointed. It is very well located facing the Marina. The rooms are very good, clean and spacious. The reception is perfect, everything is made to make you comfortable, we had a great stay!

If I could give 0 stars I would. We arrived to check-in, despite booking 3 months in advance and ensuring we had a king room, there was "none available". Ok well we are nice people, these things happen, we will make do. After settling in we decide to take a quick nap, the people in the next room decided they would have a party instead; music pounding, obnoxiously loud drunk talking in the mid-afternoon. Went down to reception and were told that we couldn't be moved but that they will "deal with the noise". After our evening out clearly nothing was done, the party continued, we even got to hear drunk people vomiting into the early hours. After that we thought we had finally got to some quiet time and rest. Nope. They were up and yelling again at 7am. Oh well, may as well get up and get some breakfast as apparently we aren't allowed to sleep. Fast forward to night number 2. This time the party is in the hall. And it's LOUD. We go downstairs after 2 hours of trying and failing to sleep. We are told they will give us a free breakfast and parking … what?! No apologies, no changing our room, and no refund for two nights we paid for a place to sleep, and somehow got none. We have stayed at Radisson hotels consistently. We will be looking for a new place. This was a disaster and so bitterly disappointing.

OK but far from everything. There is a Starbuck at the reception, a marina in front and a grill restaurant for dinner. Otherwise it's all. Walk on the shores of Nice water.

In Toronto for the weekend. Pro: Checkin was a breeze and customer service is friendly. The entire room is exceptionally clean. Walking distance to most area attractions. Con: View from my room is okay. Ideally would've preferred a higher floor. Starbucks in the lobby.

I loved the room decor and comfort. The food was incredible and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to help my stay to be special. I will definitely be coming back to stay. My only complaint is no indoor pool so I will have to come back in the summer.

Initially had a small issue with parking and our room. Jeremy took incredible care of us and made sure we had an amazing Anniversary! Thank you! The location is excellent, the hotel is spotless and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Love to come back in the summer to enjoy that pool! Thank you, Jeremy! MR.

Hotel was really good value. Although it's not the Ritz, the rooms very decent and staff were pleasant and accommodating… suitable for most travellers. However, don't go to the Amsterdam Brewery restaurant next door… I would say the food was fair and the prices were on the high side for what you get.

Checked in quickly (with an early check-in request granted), along with a free room upgrade because of a birthday and early booking. Room was bright and clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. (was tempted to take the pillows home) will definitely be staying here again!

My husband stayed here with our 8 year old son last night. They woke up early in order to head back as it is our first anniversary today and we would like to spend it together. My husband went to the parking lot where he paid 30$ to park his car to find that his truck window had been smashed in. Your hotel wiped your hands clean of this. Shame on you for not even offering to look through security footage. Or wait do u even have cameras in your parking lot. Your rated almost. 4.5 out of 5 stars on Expedia. Your hotel is beautiful we don’t expect our vehicle to be broken in to and no care or compassion from you guys. You guys didn’t even comp him his parking fee! You didn’t even offer my son and husband complimentary breakfast, while they waited for u guys to find a repair man. They had to ask you for it. My husband can’t drive home with plastic and tape on his window for a 4 hour drive in — 40 weather going over 120 on the highways. Maintenance was the only person with compassion who offered to vacuum the glass off my husbands seat. My husband is now stuck in Toronto for maybe two days since tomorrow is a holiday and repair shops will be closed and there’s only one supplier open today and may not have that window in stock. You will never get our business again as well as many of our friends and family, for the way they were treated today by you.

Excellent location on the water and a fair price for that area. Very polite and courteous staff. A lot of great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Be careful driving in and out of the parking garage, there are a lot of blind corners and very steep car ramps.

Great location on the harbour, just a short walk from UUnion. The food was pretty good too! Most of the conference rooms were quite comfortable, but the atrium was a bit too wide for comfort. Two projectors with a podium in the middle didn't seem comfortable for speakers. I would recommend this venue for future conferences.

The room we were in was a bit tight and, as usual, hard to keep at a good temperature to satisfy everyone's needs. But the hotel is really nice and clean. It's in a beautiful spot but a bit annoying if you had to take public transit. I'd go again though. Food was really good.

I was here to attend a conference and I can say this hotel is excellent. Very friendly staff, great location in downtown Toronto. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. I had an issue with the heat in my room which was quickly resolved by a staff member. Great experience overall.

Booked a business class room that came with breakfast and evening drinks. Our room wasn't available when we arrived around 5 so the desk staff gave us an upgrade to a studio with a Lakeview. We were also unable to use our drink tickets that night as the bar was closed for a private event, we asked about other options the next morning but the desk staff was only able to offer that we use it tonight when the bar reopened. We were leaving before that and figured oh well, no worries. A little while later, staff called up to our room and offered to send drinks up for us.
There have been a few bumps in our stay but the staff have all gone above and beyond in making things right. All the staff were very polite and helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's a lovely hotel in a great location!

Great views of Lake Ontario and the CN Tower. All the amenities, friendly service. Pretty pricy, however it is in one of the best spot of the city. Near down town and the water. Yes. You can have it all.

Great location coupled by an amazing facility and professional courteous staff. The room, although not the largest in sq feet, was beautifully appointed and the floor to ceiling wall of windows was a great touch. Will Def recommend and return. Special mention to Cameron on front desk, above and beyond my friend! Keep up the great work.

Fantastic location, clean, modern rooms. Great staff. Hardwood floors and comfortable beds. Close to transit and bikeshare. Room service available and has several on site restaurants. 15 minutes walk from Billy Bishop airport. Would definitely recommend and return.

Room was nice, I liked the updated look without carpet, nice wood floors. Lighting was very complementary to the look. The power had gone out several days before at the hotel. Our room had two huge generators right outside the window. I believe that the hotel should have informed us of the noise and then given us a choice to get a different room or to cancel our booking and look somewhere else. Olso, the power was scheduled to be restored sometime early in the morning leaving only the emergency power. I do believe that we should have been informed. To inform a guest is the best way to keep a customer.

A great hotel in an excellent location on Toronto's harbourfront. Lobby staff were excellent, we were warmly welcomed by Simona who made a great first impression of the hotel. Rooms are large and spacious, we were lucky to have a room with a view of the lake. Large in-room fridge which was empty so could easily be filled with drinks and snacks. Very comfortable bed and well stocked bathroom, our room was well attended to by Estrella. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

I was here for a conference. It is a small hotel but elegant. The food provided was fresh, healthy and delicious. It's location is right on the waterfront with access to miles of walking trails. It has very easy access to the TTC transit system. I stayed there years ago on the city side and could hear some traffic but the room was gorgeous, comfortable and even had a telescope. Next time I will get a room on the lake side.

Excellent view of the harbour as well as the CN Tower. I stayed as a guest on Canada Day, and got a comfortable poolside seat to watch the from. Closeby to many tourist attractions.

Went for dinner at the watermark restaurant. We were served by Scott, who was hands down the best server we've ever had. He was attentive and quick with his service even though restaurant was busy. Food was delicious and well plated. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The rooms, customer and location were good. The hotel is in a location that is close to tourist attractions like CN tower, Ripley aquarium not to far from the club district. A place called Amsterdam next door lots of singles. Easy access to the public transportation and cabs as well. The pool is nice with alot of seating and great view of the river.

My awesome wife took me here for my birthday. Amazing view of Lake Ontario, Billy Bishop airport and Harbor Front. It is also a 10 minute walk to the CN Tower. Very clean, everything she had requested for the room was taken care of, and the staff were particularly welcoming.

The restaurant food was horrible. I bought a groupon and hoping it was been a great birthday gift for my gf. I got there and the sitting and waiters very nice. I ordered a taco chip dip appretizar and the chips were wet and the dip was not even dip. They had some kind of crab and cheese in it and honestly it was looked like vomit. My gf got a spinach salad and that was really good. I move on to main course with steak ribs kinda salty but okay. The "look like" mash potato was actually mashed cauliflower which was disgusting and I spit it out instantly. I had enough so I had my apple pie dessert to go.

My wife and I would like to take this time and give feedback to people of the Radison Admiral Harbourfront Hotel in Toronto. We have traveled a great amount over the past 20 years or more and have stayed in many hotels. We would like to say that this as been by far the most pleasant we have ever experienced. The hotel waterfront restaurant food was fantastic, the rooms were absolutely well maintained. The most pleasant thing about the hotel was the outstanding service we received by the front desk person Simona. We would and will stay again mostly because of Simona. Her beautiful genuine smile and helpfulness was greatly appreciated. Each day of our visit. Bob and Diane Muggeridge.

Dined at the restaurant/lounge using a Groupon. Service and food was good, but I wouldn't go back and pay full price.

The services of the hotel was great, nivel of cleaning was exelente, the room was big in space and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Communication was excellent in regards everything in the hotel. The location of hotel is great too, no far away from union station where you can get the UP express to the airport. The hotel is situated in the harbour where you can get a great view of the lake, also located just a few metres from CN Tower.

Nice hotel in downtown Toronto. It was not smack dab in the middle of the city, yet very close to much of the city. We walked to Hockey Hall of Fame from here although it was a bit of a hike. The Air Canada Centre is close by. In the winter there is a free ice rink only a minute walk from the hotel and many restaurants nearby. There is a bar which is open very late which you can get to through the hotel lobby, but the bar does not take away from the nice atmosphere of the hotel and we never noticed any excess noise. Highly recommend.

Good location, close enough to downtown and right next to the Harbour front. In the winter bring your skates and hit the rink at the waterfront. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

Haven't stayed here as a guest, but have visited the pool area and bar. Great spot to have a few drinks and to enjoy the view.

Never stay here. The WORST hotel service I have ever had in my life. They kept track of the number of "in and outs" of every person of every room like babysitters and every time you entered and exited past the lobby area they would keep track, tallying the amount of people entering and exiting your room! (You have you tell your room number and full name as you enter and exit) When my friend (not staying there) wanted to retrieve her bags from our room, the concierge made one of us wait in the lobby to allow only four people in the room at a time. They also made sure they enforced this with the rudest, most condescending voice I have ever heard. When I spoke to the person at the front desk about this, his name is Alex, he responded with "then don't come back here again" The RUDENESS! Not one single apology had been made for them not being as polite as they should be considering they are they first interaction with the public. I will make sure I go out of my way to ensure no one I know ever stays at this hotel.

I booked a 3 night stay from December 14-17, 2015 in Toronto. I got a great deal on KAYAK for $309. Add the VIA Rail ticket from Windsor ($125 business class round trip), and $160 CDN for $120 US currency. And the whole trip cost $554 US. Not bad at all. I checked in around 5:00 PM. NO river view though (the desk clerk said I would only get a standard room, i. E. We know you booked a discount rate). The room was on the 3rd floor and faced the side of the hotel where people getting out of a beer hall would loudly let you know around 1-2 AM. The room itself was pretty clean, but the toilet seat made me nervous, as there were "those hairs" on the seat that weren't mine (yuck! ). Strike one, big time. The second thing that I didn't like was the $50 per night charge on my credit card for "incidentals. " WTF?! Just charge 100 or 150 upfront and be done with it. I will see what happens with the credit card charges, as I had a BAD experience with the Club Quarters Hotel in Chicago (December 21, 2015 update: incidentals charges removed, true charges put on my credit card, that raises review stars to 3 and 1/2). The streetcars and subway were extremely convenient. There was a stop literally a stone's throw away from the hotel's front door. I even succumbed to room service one night. It was pretty good and very prompt. Overall, I say I stay here again — at a discount :-)

My key was cancelled and I wasn't let into my own room. Managmenent here is terrible. Do not under any circumstance book a room here.

Clean and modern facilities. Close to waterfront but a bit far from convenient transportation. Not as busy as the downtown core.

Big, high ceiling room, air conditioning, large windows, large comfy bed. Shower very small, no bath tub in our room. Staff friendly. Great location, Rose St right around the corner with lots of pubs, stores, etc.

Worst hotel in dt Toronto! reserved two beds and only got one. It's ok but no one shows regret. Very unfriendly staffs. construction starts from 5 am to midnight, making this hotel literally a hell. Had to stay out for the entire day to escape the HUGE noise.

Extremely upset with my stay at the Radisson Admiral Toronto recently. Stayed there for 6 nights total. They double charged my card! Charged me for the full amount and then each night charged my card per night. The room was dirty. There was a huge brown stain behind the TV on the dresser. Another huge brown stain on the floor to match. There was 2 beds in the room, one of them had brown/red stains and gross marks in the sheets/blankets. Thankfully we only needed 1 bed and the other one seemed okay. When I originally booked the hotel, I was told the pool would be open for my stay. Upon arrival I was told the pool would not be open for any of the 6 nights I would be there. I was extremely disappointed by this as the only reason I picked that hotel to begin with is the had the highest rated pool in Toronto. The bathroom had just a shower, no tub. There was only one glass panel to the shower and the other side completely open. This design made water get all over the floor and made a huge mess. Needed to keep using towels to clean up the water mess. The staff was rude and gave me attitude when I would request more towels and never brought the full requested amount (only 4! ) The door wouldn't shut when we left our room and found this out the hard way. We left for over 6 hours and came back and our door was open ajar. You need to push the door shut everytime you left the room. I'm pretty sure $100 went missing from our room as well but we have no actual proof.

I was extremely disappointed by this as the only reason I picked that hotel to begin with is the had the highest rated pool in Toronto. The bathroom had just a shower, no tub. There was only one glass panel to the shower and the other side completely open. This design made water get all over the floor and made a huge mess. Needed to keep using towels to clean up the water mess. The staff was rude and gave me attitude when I would request more towels and never brought the full requested amount (only 4! ) Overall I would never stay or recommend this hotel to anyone. There is a lot better and cheaper options out there! If you have the chance to stay at a friends house instead, I would do so. Don't waste your money at this place. Told them about my issues and they didn't care at all. Very bad customer service.

This review is not about the Hotel as I am sure it is lovely because of the location and the view. It is about the spa associated. Ir eceived a package to use there which was for a manicure, pedicure, facial and massage… and I say ‘was’ because it never actually happened… I live on the East end of town, so the commute was pretty horrendous with Queens Quay being under construction. I was already flustered going into the appointment, but was happy when I finally got to sit down. After being at many spa’s through-out Ontario, I figured ones downtown, especially one right by the lake, would be superb… but it was definitely under whelming and certainly lacked in décor. The outside windows were filthy and interior felt like it hadn’t had a good scrub down for a while, but with it being the end of winter I figured it was difficult to make it spotless all the time. The girl who initially greeted me was young and I thought she was the receptionist but she took me to the back and began my treatment. During my treatment we made small talk which is fine and something I am used to. When it was time to add colour during my pedicure, she almost dropped the bottle of nail polish. I thought to myself how terrible that would have been, but kept on with the treatment. I moved on to the manicure and as we finished, she brought over the hand dryers… which is when they hit the full, bright pink bottle of polish and smashed into little bits all over the ground.

We stayed in a "City view" king bed room (730, east facing, I recommend this side) which was the cheaper option only due to the view, but in fact it was a nice view of the harbor and boats that are present. Room was very nice, clean and everything worked well and was convenient (everything from thermostat to access to plugs). Bathroom was very nice and the shower was excellent! Rooms were very quiet, there were some people partying next door and they didn't bother us once to be perfectly honest (and I'm picky with noise issues). Bed was super comfortable. TV is nice. They did a nice job with lighting. Overall great experience. I don't think parking cost of $20/24hours alone justifies a 4 star but it would be nice if it was cheaper since you're already spending a lot on a hotel room. It IS nice that they actually have 3 basement floors of parking unlike a lot of others in downtown Toronto, so that is plus. Would go back for sure.
