Love the hotel. Big plus with the free Wi-Fi and the included breakfast. I do hope you include a restaurant that you can pay or something.

A one place to stay. Great English pub right next door offers 15% off to guests. Great breakfast with home fries, eggs, sausages or ham depending on day and lots more Included with stay. Wouldn't stay anywhere else for great access to everywhere.

Comfortable spacious rooms. Close to the airport. Fit for purpose a comfortable space for an overnight stay.

Fantastic rooms. Always clean. Everything works and is stocked appropriately. Good climate control and most of all awesome staff. If you have a flight that is earlier than they start serving breakfast they have tl go bags of food for you to enjoy. Great place.

Superb friendly staff. Very clean hotel. Pool area was well kept and towels were always available. Hot coffee / tea always available in the lobby. Our room was a double queen and was glean and very comfortable. There was a small fridge and microwave. Called front desk for extra towels and pillows and they arrived within minutes. Will definitely use this hotel again.

As I had an overnight layover it was great to be so close to the airport and included the free shuttle and hot breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The airline lost my bag and cancelled my flight. These guys hooked me up great. I had nothing and they went looking for anything I might need and the room was great. Fantastic service overall. Bed was nice and the shower was really good. Decent pressure and adjustable nozzle. Plus free hot breakfast.

The hotel itself was spotless and super comfortable. Our only issue was the gangs of nerf gun toting gangsters running up and down the hallways above us and on our floor in the stairwells and elevators. I understand this is common practice for hockey tournaments but I wonder if hockey parents ever consider people are there for serious reasons. We had 3 rooms booked for a funeral for the tragic loss of a loved one from breast cancer. We needed rest after that heartbreaking day. The hotel staff did address it but the kids listened to them about aswell as they listened to us. So yes we recommend the Hampton. Just pray you have more courteous parents then we did should it be hockey season.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, VERY comfortable beds Check in and check out were quick and efficient. Coffee and tea available in the lobby 24/7 a nice touch. Exercise room adequate with free weights, treadmills (3), elliptical (2), bikes (3) and weighted balls. Pool is warm (ish) but no hot tub. The pool room itself could be warmer and the bathrooms attached are practically frigid. Other than that it was wonderful trip and we would stay there again.

The perfect port in a storm when we landed at 1am at the airport. Easy to get to after landing, and nice and clean and comfortable. Breakfast till 10am is a nice touch too.

The room was clean and had no odd smells, which are my two criteria for lower star hotels! The bed was comfy, the shower was clean with surprisingly good toiletries, we had a decent Internet connection, but the minifridge was a touch loud. Not a dealbreaker whatsoever. Friendly staff, a higher than expected quality breakfast… I was very pleased with our stay. It was exactly what we needed it to be plus just a bit more.

Great rooms. Love the amenities. Fridge and microwave. Lots of plugs for devices. Gym has weights! Pool is small but there is a pool. Havent needed anything from the staff but they were courteous and friendly.

Beautiful hotel. Allowed very early check in. Guest laundry which is wonderful when you are on the road for a month. Nice breakfast. Comfortable beds, ckean and great personnel. Would definitely stay again.

The manager at the front desk was very polite and wonderful to deal with. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was salt water which was lovely.

I stayed at the Hampton Inn while attending Ottawa comic con and it was fantastic. One of the days they were even nice enough to use the airport shuttle to bring us to the convention. The room was nice especially having a fridge and microwave, most other hotels you need to pay extra for that. The only annoying thing was the remote control for the TV had to be really close to work. The pool was way to small but atleast the water was nice. I was sad to hear there was no hot tub too. First hotel without one. Now the best thing about the hotel was the breakfast. Best hotel breakfast ever! So much variety and always being cooked and refilled quickly. Loved making my own waffles, was so much fun. Every day had different hot food which was amazing. So in the end I would rate it 4.5 out of 5 stars. Maybe if there was a hot tub it would be a 5.

Was in town for business and decided to stay at this Hampton Inn because from the pictures online the hotel looked newer and more updated. At the check-in desk, the young gentleman was kind and informative. Went up the room and was extremely happy with the room. Very open, lots of natural light, clean and comfortable bed. Slept like a baby. Went down for breakfast in the morning and it was very well setup, clean, Hot breakfast is always nice with eggs, waffles, bread, bagels, cereal, etc. The two things I found that they could improve was the towels weren't as soft as I'm normally used to from other Hampton Inn stays. And the potatoes at breakfast were far from great. Otherwise, still 5 stars. Great hotel. Would stay here again!

Great rooms and staff. Check-in was quick. Will recommended the Royal Oak for late night eats. He provided me with information to get to my destination to following morning and even offered to schedule a cab for me if I didn't have my own vehicle. Had a wonderful night's sleep. Would highly recommend.

Great hotel. Clean rooms, plenty of space, very good breakfast with lots of choices. The hotel is conveniently located between many restaurants, which gave us plenty of choices for places to eat. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

Very new hotel and the staff are amazing! The rooms are decently big and the view they have is also spectacular. Their breakfast is always as usual. Would definitely go again!

We stayed for the last weekend in January 2017 for my son's tournament in the nearby Nepean Sports Complex. The hotel is new very clean with excellent service. Breakfast was hot and very good. Coffee and tea all 24 hours. I used gym several times and liked a lot that equipment was new. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. We were greeted by a very professional young gentleman who checked us in swiftly and the Inn was very clean and well maintained. The climate control systems work very well and the king size bed and pillows facilitated very restful sleep. Breakfast the following morning had a very wide range of foods and the staff were very prompt in making sure product was stocked for consumption. For the price, this deserves all five of these stars.

Had a very good experience in this Hotel just last night. My classmate and I got stuck in Ottawa (our plane broke down after landing at the Ottawa flying club). Juan, the concierge, gave us an amazing client service. He took us in, considered our situation and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. He is definitely a great asset to this hotel chain. Muchas gracias Juan!
