Easy seemless check-in; convenient parking… Love the jacuzzi tub!

Very nice hotel with an old world look on the building. Rooms were nice and clean, very comfortable too. Staff was great.

Very clean quiet room, excellent front desk service. Fairly standard breakfast eggs sausage, waffles. May be challenging for people with dietary restrictions. Overall very comfortable stay.

Great value for money, right off 417 express way easy to access Ottawa downtown, good spacious rooms, breakfast is decent as well.

We were using a conference room for a training class. They had provided coffee and baked good that were tasty, and the tables and chairs were in good shape. The only criticism is that the doors were unable to be unlocked so it kept locking people out who went to the restroom, and the ambient music was playing outside of the conference room meaning we couldn't leave the door ajar.

Convenient and clean. Breakfast weak. Better off going to Starbucks. Decent workout room with some free weights, mats. A few machines. All in good working order. No be else using them.

The hotel is quite luxurious, clean, has large spacious rooms. Beds are comfy! Included breakfast is quite varied and delicious. I wholly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is lovely, staff is great. Rooms have everything you need. But, the walls are paper thin and the windows are less than likely dual pane as I heard absolutely every noise and car around me. You’re right off Terry fox and the high way which are super busy so hearing car noises definitely affected my sleep the three nights I stayed. And I could hear the noise from both rooms on either side of me such as, the TV, people talking, even their doors opening and closing. I’ve come to expect hotels as a place I can relax and get away but this morning I am exhausted from lack of sleep and can’t wait to get home.

A good place to use the restroom, if you happen to decide to walk between Canadian Tire Centre and Loblaws. Very clean and well appointed restroom in the lobby. Soothing music plays to you as you go about your business, making it an enjoyable experience all around.

Good location, very clean rooms and facilities combined with friendly staff at a decent price equals a group of Happy Customers here! Would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

Nice rooms and only a short jaunt to the arena so NO cab ride needed TO and FROM Scotiabank Place unless nasty weather or if your condition from drink is a little nasty! Lol but very nice place to stay!

Nice room, good restaurants nearby, very slow "free" internet. Should be in the $120 range, usually $40-60 higher/night.

It has great service and the rooms are great, they are well treated and the maintenance is spot on.

Very accommodating, we were visiting friends that were in town for a hockey tournament, and the staff were great with the crazy kids running around.

Pretty decent room. Appearance seems older but very well maintained. Plenty of easily accessible plugs for charging your devices. Breakfast selection was pretty good.

Had to wait over 2.5 hours to get our room, 2 hours after the 3:00pm check in time! Once in the room there was an awful smell that lasted our entire stay. The room was spacious and breakfast was good. There are cheaper motels that offer the same service. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Closest hotel to my grandchildren so it has a rather huge advantage. Conveniently located near shopping and Canadian tire center. Pool (tiny) and gym. Big, comfy rooms.

Excellent staff and pleasant rooms. Decent breakfast. Only thing missing is a restaurant, but there are many close by to choose from.

Large room exceeded our expectations. Everything else as you'd want, too: staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, hotel was right off the highway and by a plaza with great restaurants. Look forward to visiting our son at school again, partly to stay here again.

The hotel is super clean, modern and the staff are super helpful and nice. Staying for 5 days and all amenities were replaced and room was spotless. Great place to stay.

Bed was just as comfy as at home! I am usually in agony after sleeping at a hotel but not last night. I had the King Suite with separate living room and hot buffet breakfast included. I would recommend this hotel.

Easy to find from the highway. Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Very nice selection for breakfast.

Clean, stylish, & comfortable. Helpful, friendly staff. Great breakfast. With the exception of two children who kept clumping up and down the hall racing each other at 9 at night, it was the perfect stay. Do ask at the front desk for restaurant directions.

Clean and up to date rooms. Breakfast buffet was one of the best I've had at a Fairfield so far.

Stayed here on business. The rooms were really big, clean, modern and accommodating. Breakfast was great too.

Gorgeous room. Spacious and large bathroom shower. Only problem is we got put on the forth floor, the room right by the elevator which was really loud and the main door was not thick enough to block the noise. We were only there for one night which was not a problem. But next time I would ensure I was in the middle of the hall to get a better sleep. Thank you for your customer service.

The staff was fantastic and very helpful. They gave us a list of nearby restaurants to eat at and where the stores were. The room we stayed in was beautiful and I couldn't have asked for anything more. The breakfast food was delicious. I would stay there again!

Basic Hotel with a friendly staff. So I'll start by saying that the hotel staff was very friendly and professional. They did everything that they could to make my two week stay more enjoyable. The hotel itself however, is lacking in basic amenities one expects to find under the Marriott banner. The doors between the adjoining rooms are incredibly thin. The hotel staff did move me when I complained about the noise, but in a well built hotel, they would have never had to. I imagine this hotel is used a lot for hockey tournaments or travelling circuses, because there were often kids running around. Fine if you are there with one of these groups, less fine if you are travelling on business like I was. If you do need to stay here, upgrade to the king suite right away, it is the only room in the hotel worth having. I'll close as I opened, praising the hotel staff. They made the best of a bad situation. They were professional and responsive. If they had more to work with, my stay would have been great.

Nothing less than perfect! We loved our family stay; the room was perfect, spacious and beds were very comfortable, stand up shower and very clean bathroom. Staff was excellent, were helpful in every way possible. Breakfast was the best we've had at a hotel, wonderful fresh selection. Pool area is nice but pool wouldn't be ideal for the older kids as it is kind of small. My daughter got a really bad rash from being in the water but it was clear the next day. We will return and highly recommend this hotel.

The room we had was absolutely amazing. Very spacious, clean, & beautiful. Our room had a jet tub and a huge walk in shower. We attended a concert which was literally a 6 min drive away. I would definitely stay here again. Fantastic room and staff. Perfect.

Clean and modern upgrades, great hot breakfast and nice to have access to fresh coffee, tea and water in the lobby. The fitness amenities were adequate, however the pool was chillier than expected and the chlorine burned my eyes just sitting in the room, the kids eyes were red until the next afternoon. Otherwise, close to stores, good parking, great hotel within walking distance to the Canadian Tire Centre.

The only issue we had was about 10 teens girls who didn't have rooms on our floor throwing their garbage into our rooms and going into my parents room and throwing stuff in there also (we had our rooms side by side and had out hinge thingys so doors didn't lock so my 9 yr old could come and go back and forth) they also were yelling at 1am right outside our doors in the sitting spot that's when I called front desk and security had them go back to their own floor other then the rude girls tho the rooms were amazing and staff was awesome also!

The rooms were very spacious and clean and the showers were large too. There was no bath tub in the washrooms but there were fridges and microwaves. There was also no hot tub and the pool was very small and shallow, but the fitness area was very clean and new. The Wi-Fi was included in the price of the room but did not work the whole time we were there. Overall we had a great experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Clean and quiet, except for the hockey team also staying there. Hotel staff and security did a fantastic job of trying to keep the girls quiet for the rest of the patrons in the hotel. Rooms were quite spacious, clean, and well looked after day after day. We stayed here for a total of 3 nights and it was perfect for what we needed. Others have complained out the lack of variety in the breakfast, but we thought it was excellent! Everyday was a different protein to select from so you don't get bored of the same thing to eat… scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon, back bacon, sausages, chicken bacon it was more than you could have asked for! If only they could find the heater for the pool the stay would have been perfect and 5 stars.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. A lot pricey, but worth it. For the hefty cost, breakfast could be a little better for those who don't like to carb load. Otherwise, well done!
