Slightly misleading as your website said there was a bar and cocktail hour but there was no bar and the front desk had never heard of it. Also we paid $20 a night to park, which we were aware of, and

Our third stay here and everything was great! Friendly front desk staff, clean spacious rooms. So happy the cafe is open again, we enjoyed our breakfast! Will come again and will recommend!

Room was comfortable and clean. Site was also clean and well kept. It appears that some rooms are being extensively renovated.

We stayed at Adam Motel in mid summer. We ended up staying an extra night. 3 nights total. The front desk staff readily spoke English. We had efficient service.

Very clean modern rooms. NO CARPETS in the rooms! We were in a suite and it was great and A LOT cheaper than the Hilton.

The pool was cold when we arrived. The air quality in my room was lacking. Bathroom always smelled like a porta — potty. And the exhaust fan was insufficient.

Location was great for the slush puppie centre.
Staff were very nice.
Breakfast had an excellent selection but the hot food was cold, both mornings.
And it concerned me that there was no recycling?

The lobby is somewhat small but hotel is nicely renovated.
The room was clean and spacious.
The bed sheets were crisp without wrinkles. I liked the free continental breakfast.

Excellent opinion on the way or 2-night stay in Ottawa! Clean and modern ceramic floors, clean and comfortable beds, clean and functional shower.

Very clean bathrooms, comfortable bed. Great breakfast with everything (sausages, eggs, croissants, cereals, fruits, bagels, bread, coffee, juice…). It is a good hotel.

Got the Jacuzzi room and it was great! Clean and spacious. The outside of the hotel doesn’t look the nicest but the rooms were surprisingly clean and modern.

I’ve stayed at the Four Points hotel a couple of times, and it’s always been a pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, with decent amenities.

Had a great stay. I had booked a king room a month in advance and I got 2 doubles. All I had to do was call down and within 2 minutes I had an upgraded king room.

Great place to stay on the outskirts of the lovely City of Ottawa. You can walk into the main City in 1.25hrs via some pleasant walks but driving is easy.

Wonderful for peaceful restoration. Music is quiet blues etc. Breakfast wonderful. Service wonderful and lovely maintained grounds and atmosphere. If you have any handcaps use ground floor rooms.

A cozy, old but well maintained hotel. Don't go expecting modern or luxurious facilities, and you won't be disappointed!

Just enjoyed a very nice stay at Chateau Cartier, which was part of a spa gift package. The booking couldn't have been easier, and the staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Despite some personal issues arising before my stay, the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful during my stay during the Canada Day holiday.

We looked for places that would not break the bank around Ottawa. This place was okay and the other we looked at had pay for parking.

Location is great couldn't be better.

Well, this is sort of motel, do not expect fancy. Rooms are oldish but very clean! Soap is cheap. Breakfast was something to choose from but quite basic in quality.

My family of 6, with 4 kids between 3 yrs — 15 yrs, stayed for 2 nights in the penthouse and it was amazing! The room was gorgeous and and so well appointed.

Wonderful experience at the British hotel! The room was lovely, service was attentive & helpful. We also enjoyed dinner and drinks at the pub and coffees at the cafe.

Positive: Great value for the price and well located, near everything we were interested by. Negative: I had to plug almost all wires back (TV, lamps, etc) and had to move some furniture to do so.

This is a value alternative to a stay at the capital. It has a free parking though across from the hotel and you need a keyfob to get through the garage.

The room was very clean and well organized, with a great amount of space. It was very spacious and comfortable, and the view from the window was beautiful.

Not sure if all rooms are similar but I got a room with marble flooring, liked that aspect.

Pillows were not comfortable for both of us.

This hotel seems to be getting a lot of backlash, but it's just fine to me. A lot of people complain about it being "old" or "outdated, " but honestly?

To be honest, the rooms are affordable but just okay. On the other hand, the service is great. The staff are super friendly and helpful.

I booked this room before reading recent reviews and then when I read the reviews I did not have high expectations; however I was thrilled with my room.

We spent one night while on a bus trip and were very satisfied. The room was large and the beds were comfortable. Spent a quiet night and enjoyed the free breakfast the following day.

Room was large enough for my dad and I who had travelled to Ottawa from New Hampshire for a funeral. Room was clean with everything we needed.

Great place, best price and very nice Owner! Would book again.

I stayed there a long time waiting for documents, and it was ideal for the low price. One of the few good, cheap places that will take pets!
