Very nice welcome, SUPER clean and super nice staff. We are received with a nice big carafe of lemon water in the lobby, popcorn available to make in the room and attentive staff. Almost everything. Impeccable bathroom! :-)

Sorry I was using my phone to searching for stuff on Google and somehow my fingers hit the 2 star as I swiped. We really enjoyed our stay it was awesome. We appreciated the suggestion for supper from the women at the front desk (beauty and the Beef) Thanks our room was good and the breakfast was great thanks for the awesome time and sorry for the mess- up.

The rooms were adequate. They were worth what we paid for and they were comfortable and we were not disturbed by any other guests. The service at the front desk was terrible. The girl was sitting in her bf (I assume) pickup truck waiting for guests to arrive. She came in and out do the truck several times and was constantly on her cell.

Day staff was super nice and very helpful. Breakfast was decent. Beds were too hard. Overall a good stay though.

The room was clean, the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was also good (but the dining room a bit small). Free parking spots and good location if you are driving. For all this you have to pay in advance (usually I pay on the check out day). Good thing though, was that from the site where I made the reservation, there was a free cancellation policy that I could have used even few hours before the check in.

Quiet hotel. Hotel feels old, needs new interior decor. Washroom was clean. Stains were found on the wall. Service was good. Room cleaning attendant entered the room to clean up even when the "do not disturb" sign was placed outside the door. It was probably a mistake but was nice enough to leave a note. Breakfast was okay. Service was excellent. Nice humble staff.

Getting what you’d expect from a Comfort Inn. No frills (no gym, no restaurant). The hotel could use a renovation — the carpet is old and faded, the walls are faded and in need of fresh paint or wallpaper, and much of the furniture I saw was damaged (finish chipped off). The breakfast wasn't great either — the eggs didn't have the normal consistency of eggs. The coffee was adequate to get me started on my day.

Very clean as a place. I really enjoyed my experience.

Very bad night which boils down to having to leave to another hotel at 1:30 A. M. Because I had bugs in my oreillées! All that is added to a room in decrepitude with cheap fragrance in order to "hide" the bad smells! I was not offered anything other than write to another hotel!

Spent a weekend this past fall and was very disappointed. It is poorly located and is rather difficult to find. Although there on a weekend the motel was all but empty and to our surprise our bed was not even made for us between the first and second nights. I am used to staying at Comfort Inn properties but will never return to this one. The staff gave no impression of wanting to make our stay memorable.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was always clean every day. Great breakfast.

Dubious Administration… Mme Julie. For your lack of compassion towards your maid. Your criticism and your angry attitude completely unjustified, leads me to believe that your presence is by no means in management of personnel… Good thinking.

Good value for money. Comfortable room. Breakfast included was unsatisfactory (stay on 30 December 2017) : No yogurt, hyper-dry scrambled eggs.

The experience was a little above my expectations. A somewhat good experience. Our room was clean though a bit small. The staff was friendly and quite accomodating. The breakfast was okay. The chef is a nice lady. For a 2-star hotel, I must confess I was pleasantly surprised.

Standard hotel, comfortable room, breakfast included, good quality (egg, toast, yogurt, the usual, what! ). Nice and professional team.

Great hotel. Nice and clean bedrooms. The breakfast was More as I expected. Little minor, the housekeeping knocked on our door at 9 o clock in the morning so it made me feel they wanted to clean our room and we needed to get out of there. But besides that I recommend this hotel.

Personnel courtois, endroit propre et le déjeuner est inclus! Je recommande l'endroit certainement.

I am always pleased with my stay at comfort inns but in Gatineau I was slightly disappointed. The room was clean overall but the coffee pot clearly wasn't cleaned and when we went for breakfast in the morning all that was left was toast.

Kind employees, clean rooms, no pool/gym.

Reserve get to 3 room by telephone and righteous one room reserve not responsible to solve the problem oubliger d go bed has an another place hotel v almost a side and it was very well.
