Great place I would definitely recommend.

Really super disappointed with the executive room in the back of the basement… absolutely awful. Cold wet. I do not even believe that there is a window. The floor is so sticky that my feet stick to every step. I thought it would look like the other dirty ones that are pretty and clean.
For $400 plus taxes (including TV rental) it's something more interesting than I expected…
I leave Quebec City to come and give lessons. And I chose this hotel to be sure to have a nice room.
This will be the last two nights I will sleep here. Finito!

Very very disappointed
Upon entering the hotel, everything seemed good to me, kind and courteous staff and seemed clean. On the other hand, it is in the corridors that it begins to spoil.
A lot of circles on the carpets, suggesting that people who had done a little too much at the party would have been sick on the carpets and that they would have been badly cleaned or on the surface only.
In the room, the drain of the bath was clogged with hair of former guests, yuck… Bags of chips and jujubes were under the bed. Not to mention that the air conditioning is very very noisy and the window was very difficult to open.
On the other hand, the spa, sauna and relaxation area was very good.

Beautiful hotel, moreover people its polite and respectful very recommended only problem the picine / spa it is very hot and at the moment it is very hot so not used often kind but otherwise the restaurant is super good their pizza are super good! his your pain. ☺️

We went for the dinner package in the room it was great atmosphere and very very good service from Camille and great good meal.

Dinner package in the hotel room was amazing! In the comfort of our room with table service and the meal was delicious! Plus have access to the spa. I recommend this package to all!

Absolutely everything from the super comfortable room and the spa/super relaxing fireplace thanks to all the super dynamic team during our stay for our 1 year wedding.

There is only the spa which has no privacy (view from the restaurant terrace) and cold. Also, it is very small. So when children play, it is not possible to have a quiet side. We loved the Rumeur restaurant.

I loved this hotel. By the day, quiet, the beds so comfortable and the pillows fluffy.

This hotel has the oldest and worst elevator on the planet. It only moves to the selected floor while you are constantly holding the button. If you stop pressing the button, the elevator will stop immediately between floors. There is also no gate protecting you from getting caught on the exposed walls that you move past while travelling in the elevator. Additionally, getting to the conference room was the worst experience I have had. You need to travel through the restaurant, and then the bar, and find some stairs underground to the bar washrooms, and the conference room is beside them. There is no elevator to the conference room, likely because they couldn't find one old enough to match the other one they have. The signage directing you to places within the hotel is terrible as well, and it is easy lose your way initially. With that being said, the rooms were very updated except for the shower, and the TV was a good size, with an HDMI that can be used on a laptop to connect it to the TV. If these rooms were in a more organized hotel, the score would be much higher.

The hotel is absolutely amazing. For the price, it is the best you can have. Cleanliness 11/10. Check out is at 12 pm.

Stay of 1 night on the Queen's weekend (leave of the Patriots), the hotel V is a good location in Gatineau nearby (5 min and less by car) of many restaurants of all kinds of qualities. Very friendly and courteous service. The Spa is the main attraction of this establishment which interested us the most when we were looking for a hotel in the rejoin of Ottawa, and the Spa really did not disappoint us. Indeed, the hotel's Spa is a pool-spa of two separate compartments for a total area of about 20 to 25 m ^ 2. The Spa is generally reserved for 18 and under, which is very attractive for adults looking for a relaxing stay away from child cries. Despite this, the Spa is not under constant supervision of a hotel staff (which is very understandable), so it happens very often to see a family that plays in the Spa. However, this was not a problem for us as the family left some time after we arrived. We can not comment on how the hotel manages this kind of situation because we did not have to do so. The rooms are very clean and modern. Our curtains however were not, leaving an opening of about 2 (5 cm) in the evening, but not a problem for a resourceful person. The room also contains a small fridge (empty, which is ideal for putting our belongings in and not having to fight with 20 small capsules of alchool bottles to put our bottle of water) and a microwave.

Here is super great! I visited here with three children. They told me it super luxury hotel because it’s clean, and the hotel has great spa! Also, I like the spa! It’s so warm! That is why I enjoyed with the spa! (I usually don’t go to pool or spa. ) I strongly recommend here!

We booked this hotel as it was a good price and had the nice spa area. The spa that said 18 and over was full of kids swimming in it. The signs even highlighted the 18 and over (with exceptions). So much for a quiet, relaxing soak. Upon talking to management, they told us kids are allowed, as long as an adult is with them… Very disappointed. This was false advertising. Also, bring a pillow, the pillows are super flat.

Very rustic country style hotel. Great food, nice staff, and nice atmosphere.

The rooms are a little too small, and needs renovation. I did not like my bathtub at all. The shower was too small and short. Also inside the bathroom was not great. After 5 minutes of shower it felt very damp. I am surprised that with a great restaurant the hotel itself did not meet to its expectacion.

Decided to stay at this hotel last minute during a snow storm with some friends. I was extremely impressed with of modern looking the rooms were. Very similar to the ALT Hotel chain. Great Job!

We went there to discover the micro-brewery of Lower Canada. The hotel is located in 600m from there, we were able to walk back to the brewery! We enjoyed the lunch served late. We had difficulty in properly closing the curtains, our room looked directly at the spa, we could hear the discussion in the spa (and vice versa I imagine! )

It was very clean and quiet. The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were amazing. The room was small. No table or sitting area. The location was excellent.

Verry noisy place, thin doors couldnt sleep because they had reserved a hole floor (the one we where on) to a hockey team wich had there kids playing in the halls all day and the parents screaming at the kids and having conversations amongst each other from 6am until 10am. Told the staff and they said they would leave a note and even wrote them a email still no comeback after a week and a half. They clearly dont care about there guests.

This hotel is amazing It had a wonderful restaurant the meal was great I didn’t get the chance to get into the sauna or the pool but I definitely give this hotel five stars in appreciation of their service thank you.

Spacious hotel room, tastefully decorated, very well soundproof. Warm welcome and excellent service. We rented a room to make it a reception room to celebrate our father's birthday that gathered the family from the 4 corners. The attentions and kindness given by Francis (floor Manager) made the experience unforgettable and for this the hotel deserves 5 stars at its façade. … and the price of the room more than adequate.

Renovated and clean room, courteous and professional service. Peaceful and restful night. Lunch at the right bistro, no more.

First time… Super lunch, Super supper. NB: Continue in the dining room to go to the Pub, both sides are great, fast service. Mini Gym, sauna and SPA… Still great!

This hotel stay was great. The hotel at first didn’t look like much from the outside but once you enter you knew it was a clean and modernized hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room had a king size bed and a Murphy bed (Pull down Bed from wall) This is a great concept as it gives you plenty of room to watch television in the living area. The room is of modern style and is nicely laid out. I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting something different than a Hampton Inn stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very quaint. The food in resto bistro was great. The added bonus to this hotel was the fabulous infinity pool and hot tub… a great way to end the day.

Let's be honest here, it's not a Hotel per say. This was a motel, where you could rent rooms by the hour if you know what I mean. The place looks a lot better. Significantly renovated. Very clean and upgraded. The layout is that of a motel, not a hotel. Most of the staff is nice and competent. The morning weekday 'manager', gentleman in his 40s or so, not the most efficient. Seems confused at the desk. Uncomfortable with the computer. I would not go back unless there was no other room available in Ottawa or at the Lac Lemay Hilton.

I was in the section that was recently built and I really liked it. I have a family of 4 and we had two comfortable queen beds. We had the TV with plenty of space in the room, and bathroom with shower. All super clean!

Unique hotel. Nothing to look at. But the rooms are quiet and spacious. Time ur restaurant is a good place to eat.

It is not a big hotel but a boutique style delicate hotel. Parking is not a problem. I like the decoration at lobby with fireplace. Front desk was friendly and super helpful.

I worked up with a blood stain on the sheets of bed witch isn't my blood it was so disgusting I walked to the front desk she called her boss the owner MR stjean he said it impossible that they clean each rooms and he kept going on with his bullshit saying it was my blood I told him look at me I'll get but naked find a cut on me he than keep saying what do you want me to do in my head I got mad I had to leave before I lost my cool and act poorly towards him I decided to leave the hotel lobby the man an idiot the place is a mess blood on sheets I have the pic also as proof blood keeps HIV STD no one what's to play or sleep in blood please boycott this hotel nasty as f…

Hotel was under renovation and they started work early (730 ish). It wasn't in great condition of course but I can look past that. The bed was uncomfortable though, solid as a rock.

The restaurant was really good. The service was a bit slow, but the meal was worth the wait. It was delicious.

The breakfast was good for the most part. The metrics was that there were a lot of cigarette buts on top of the snow bank right by the motel entrance. It looked horrible.

Just left the hotel 7 hours ago. I stayed there 2 nights with my family. Staff very professional and welcoming (thank you Christina and "Chris" from the front desk. ), hotel very calm and extremely clean, free phone calls, descent gym (my wife enjoyed it) and updated features. Will definitely come back. I strongly recommend this hotel to whoever wants to spent quality time in Gatineau.

Very polite staff that speak English also. Rooms are cozy andclean. Washroom is on the small side but more then plenty for our needs. Internet is also kinda so so. Would definitely stay again.

For a short visit for business, I was extremely disappointed. The rooms were noisy, and Moreover, this nickname 4 star asks me to pay and coordinate myself for a pick-up by FedEx for a forgotten phone charger. No collaboration, despite hiring a room for the night and a meeting. I return to my usual Sheraton which is far worth the small price difference.

For $ 115 a night in promotion ($ 135 regular), I expected much better especially when you visit their site.
In short, a renovated room very partially, we see that it is old. And it's noisy above our heads. TV 14 inches!
No continental breakfast.
But very close to everything.
