Great hotel. Staff is amazing. Kathryn is amazing at her job.

The room was clean and the location was great! If you want to visit Toronto over a weekend, there are day rates at some parking garages on Saturdays and Sundays that are only about $12 for the whole day. It's about a half hour drive. We didn't realize the parking was so cheap on the weekends so we took the train in and an Uber home. The Uber was about the same cost as the trains with a lot less waiting. Parking is $14 per day at the hotel. The free parking is only if you are staying for more than 30 days.

Electrical fire which caused all the power to go out. Then no hotel rooms available anywhere else for 200 miles at 9:00 pm on a Saturday. Just packed up and drove home.

Although there was renovations being done, we enjoyed our stay, check in was fast and the employees were great. The suite we had was very nice.

Two type of room one bedroom and two bedroom. We stayed in a one bedroom, it was newly renovated. Location is close to the airport very convenient. Hot breakfast every morning, serving different items everyday. Everyone we encounter were lovely, the staff are knowledgeable. There was free Wi-Fi, a pool and fitness center. The rooms were spacious, love the new furniture. They also offer free airport shuttle 24hrs.

Great location, well maintained property, breakfast included and dinners on 3 days a week. Depends on the deal/stay. Friendly staff.

The front desk staff was so accommodating that the impact of the renovations were barely noticed. Justin, sara and kathryn treated everyone with such individual attention, you felt like you were the only guest in the hotel.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen included in the room is great, plenty of dishes, dishwasher, regular sized fridge, big microwave.

Loved this place! I was in a two room suite complete with a full size fridge (with an ice maker), stove top, dish washer, sink and a cabinet stocked with dishes. The hotel even offered a full breakfast every day, atm, swimming pool and gym facilities. The only real downside, for me, was the 14 dollar a day parking charge that I wasn't made aware of until I checked in. Other than that, I'd stay there in a heartbeat!

Breakfast area, amazing service. Extreamly clean. Good selection, food is perfectly cooked. Rooms newly Renovated, so relaxing. Will return on my next business trip.

This is an average hotel… Not too fancy but good. It is under renovation. The breakfast it's good and always on time. … and from dask may do grocery shopping for you! rooms at least on the top floor are new with Keurig coffee maker. I will comeback.

Provided us a free night at another hotel because our room wasn't available due to renovation delay. Didn't need to ask or complain, they had everything arranged including a ride over. Always love the Marriott and the friendly Toronto staff.

Rooms are huge and mine had a full kitchen. Nevertheless, it is a little dated and noisy. Maybe that is why they are renovating. It was a good stay for a connecting flight.

The parking lot charges 14 Canadian dollars per day but it is very quiet the place.

It's a great place to stay in, as they say it's not a hotel it's a residence and that's true. Everything you need, room are spacious, kitchen have all the utensils except pressure cooker if you need one get one. Be careful of the pool water it might irritate your eyes sometimes. Gym is fully equipped. Room service is amazing. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday you get a evening snacks which is more than enough to fill your appetite. I have been here for one and a half month and not a single complain. They don't have restaurant or bar which is little obvious as it's a residence not a hotel. Receptionist are really friendly and tell you where and when you need to be in the city so that you don't miss the fun in being Toronto. Breakfast has lots and lots of variety but they run off on hot chocolate sometimes.

The hotel location is very good and the room was really spacious and clean, but the guest service was worse. I stayed for 2 nights. The guy at the front was very rude to me, telling me while checking in that I should have come prepared and then telling me staright “ NO” in a very rude manner when asked for late check out. My stay in the hotel was very smooth and I have absolutely no concerns about that, its just the attitude of one staff member ruined my whole experience.

My suite was very nice. Front desk was very helpful. I'm happy.

My friend and I were stranded at the airport after our flight was cancelled. The airline sent us for free stay at the residence Inn. Our room had a general living space including a kitchen, a nice washroom and a bedroom. It was very comfy. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the food was great. They have a nice gym, and a pool that I didn't use (but looked inviting). Overall it's a very friendly space to be, and the space encourages conversation with others. Definitely feels more like a residence than a hotel.

Fantastic hotel. Great food. Great service. Great size of rooms. They have a free grocery service. So they will get your groceries and only charge you the cost of item, that's it. They also have great free soupers on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights :)

Really nice hotel. Had room 513 which was a two room suite with king bed. Nice layout with kitchen. Good free breakfast.

Staff was friendly, shuttle was on time. Room was clean, and very nice. Lots of amenities, like a full kitchen. Only downside was that we left before breakfast started and we did not get a "to go" bag of continental items like some other reviews have reported, because it was too early. It would be a nice touch to have some prepared and ready for early checkouts. Overall great. Would stay again.

Friendly, eager to please staff, clean and close to the air port. No gym but I did use the basketball court. Could use some more modern touches. Starting with getting rid of the room card key. Times have changed. Security has changed. These doors aren't safe, they're merely an illusion of safety.

Worker are very nice. Pool is clean and quiet. Conversation areas are nice and tidy. Housekeepers and great at cleaning and don't touch your stuff. Breakfast is always good and cooked well and they also provide dinners some days. Worker at the front desk are there 24 hours. Also, hotel provides a shuttle to the airport. Gym is tidy and they provide towels and water. My hotel had a kitchen, a living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, feels like home. I believe housekeepers clean tubs every other day. Also provides a grill and a basketball court. Parking was extremely easy to find and multiple great restaurants near to eat or pick up. Nicest hotel I have been to in a long time. Would go again if I had the chance.

I stayed at this Residence Inn with my wife, son, and parents, for 5 days, 4 nights, and absolutely loved it! The first night, they were having a "Waffle Sundae" bar where you could make fun waffles with ice cream, caramel, fruit, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, etc. It was complimentary with your stay, which was great! The rooms were excellent! No, they're not fancy rooms, but if you're considering a Residence Inn, you know they're not fancy. They come with a kitchenette that has a fridge, sink, microwave, etc. So we could save leftover food and reheat it later. The room cleaning service was great, and we were always very pleased with it. They have a complimentary hot breakfast every day from 6 am to 9 am, which was surprisingly good! Typically I'm not a fan of the hotel free breakfasts, but the eggs were well cooked, they had a waffle maker, fruit, yogurt, the usual suspects. It's super close to the airport which is great for coming in and leaving, and thankfully I only heard one or two airplanes flying overhead, but for the most part didn't notice any at all! My only complaint is that you have to pay 14 dollars a day for parking at the hotel. And that didn't diminish my 5 star rating because that's more of a complaint about the fact that free parking just doesn't exist in Toronto, so it doesn't really have to do with the hotel itself. All in all, an excellent place to stay during our trip!

I personally wasn't too fond about my stay and found it a bit lousy. The customer service I dealt with at the lobby was more than mediocre. I felt that they were unorganized, dishonest, and racist. I asked for a quieter room since I had insomnia and the front counter told me there was only one room left. He took me to the room and I found that the air conditioner didn't work. Then, after saying there was only one room left, he designated me to another one. He gave me another room, but that room was really noisy because it faced the airport. I decided to call the front desk without telling them who I am and asked if they had any available rooms. They said yes. I felt that they lied to me about the availability to give me the worst possible rooms. My stay was less than enjoyable. DON'T GO to this hotel if you want to be treated this way. There are many more available and affordable ones around the area.

Excellent Service and very nice environment.

Very reasonable for the $. Room / spaces exactly as pictured. Clean. Front desk staff and housekeeping extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Good continental breakfast. Three "complaints": AC was on in room so too cool at first. Eggs not real eggs it seemed but ok. Also a pair of scissors in the kitchenette would have been handy.

I am very disappointed in the quality of service that I received during our recent stay. We were with a group of 3 hockey teams staying during March break. 17 of our children got a rash from swimming in your pool. Hotel staff and management were very dismissive of our concerns. Management was condescending and insulting during email correspondence. 3 of the children have required care from a doctor. 1 required an oral steroid as treatment, and 2 required topical prescription cream. The rooms were fabulous, the breakfast was amazing, but the way in which you dismissed the health and well being of our children is appalling. Since my concerns have been brushed aside by front desk staff and now management, I am taking my concerns to higher up management and to social media. It is very unfortunate that it has come to this.

Great location, just off Hwy 27. Handful of restaurants wigging walking distance and more within a 5 min drive. Rooms are well equiped, dishes, pans, and cups, very clean and nicely maintained, and plenty of pillows. Front desk are very helpful.

It was a very pleasant stay. The rooms were comfy and spacious, specially the suits. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a lot of amenities like free Wi-Fi, pool, hot tub. It also offers free breakfast as well as free dinner on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

At the hotel for a hockey tournament, they are not very accommodating. 1) The room temperature is way too high, cannot adjust. 2) We reserved a two bedroom suite, but were offered two one bedroom suites instead (my 14 is not sleeping in a suite alone, so she is on the fold out couch) 3) We asked if we could use the breakfast area to have a team dinner and were told "no gatherings aloud in that room & we don't allow outside food in that area anyway… " 4) smallest, cramped kitchenette I have ever had in a hotel suite, no oven and a two burner stove. 5) as of 1pm, housekeeping still had not been to our room. 6) Check out is at noon, I asked for late check out (one hour) and was denied, with crappy attitude and informed that only one family from our team could have late checkout (out of 13 rooms) or the cleaning staff would not be able to get the rooms flipped in time… 7) When I asked for management contact information, desk clerk got offended and angry. I have NO INTEREST in ever staying here ever again.

The room was fine, service excellent and timely.

If you arrive late for breakfast or The Mix they are often out of items. They also ignored my Do Not Disturb door hanger twice in one week.

This is easily one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in within the Anime North block! I was very skeptical at first that each hotel room would have kitchenette suite (i. E. Oven, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, plates, spoons and forks), but this hotel experience completely exceeded my expectations. The staff are so lovely, greeting each congoer and am very pleased that free breakfast is included in the stay. Will definitely stay at this hotel. Even my friends who stayed with me also had a comfortable experience. Definitely a perfect rating!

Easter Weekend hockey Tournament. Our team has been staying at this hotel for a couple of years now. Excellent service from all staff especially Jason the night manager. Thank you for accomodating our group. See you next year. Cornwall Bantam Typhoons.

Looking forward to making it an annual tradition during the Anime North weekend in May. Stays nice and quiet since it isn't one of the conference venues for the event. The king size bed was worth it.

Stayed at this Residence Inn for a little over a month. It was a long stay, but a very satisfying and pleasant stay. Staff were freindly and professional. Rooms were clean, spacious, and welcoming. It was close to two transit systems and minutes from the airport. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here again.

This a decent and clean place located near Toronto airport. They provide a shuttle from/to airport and hot breakfast of good quality. The staff is friendly, especially Ilhan who was very friendly and helpful.
