Large room. Great breakfast.

Clean, good breakfast and accomodation.

I had booked a room at $120.32 per night, but on arrival, I was informed by the Hotel-reservation staff, that I needed a Covid-package for $2000. This is a rip off. I wonder, if the hotel is sending the $2k-$120 to the federal government.
This is my experience on May 28th 2021:
1) The corridors at the hotel, smelt of stuffy mold with a combination of cigarettes. — I am asthmatic and very sensitive to strong odors.
2) The floors in the room was sticky, I had to clean this with Lysol wipes that I had with me for the journey.
3) The food, was in bags, cold, dropped at the room-door, with only 1 bottle of water. I was expecting to be able to order room service. My son who has anaphylaxis allergies, was not able to eat this, and the hotel could not accommodate his dietary needs.
4) I called from the room, to complain and was transferred to management, who never picked up the line.
5) The covid results came back negative in 12 hours, and I checked out early next morning. But was still charged the whole $2000. Shall post pictures.

Unlike many travellers, I had avery good experience. I arrived ar YUL on May 9th and the whole process took no more than one hour, from landing to calling my cab to go to Embassy Suites by Hilton. The room was beautiful, very clean and the food was amazingly good. The staff was very helpful and they even refunded my unused 3rd night.

Great reviews like this get shared to all returning passengers and are great for the PR of the hotel.
Unfortunately Toronto Embassy Suites by Hilton will not refund unused nights so does not get good reviews.
Time to change your policy Toronto and get some great PR by refunding unused nights.

Check in easy. Just a lack of replenishment of coffee have to go down to front desk and ask which is not a problem but considering you in lock down 2 coffee pods not really enough.

Very relaxing spacious room. Clean bed are comfortable. Free breakfast with star bucks coffee. Restaurant nearby.

Great place close to airport manager special in bar nice atmosphere and nice people working here.

The staff was very nice and even joked around with us when we forgot our keys in our room! lol but very beautiful rooms and comfy beds definitely would stay here again only thing that sucks is that there is no swimming pool.

Stepping into the Hilton I could immediately see the high standard. Very classy and exceptionally neat.
Rooms are furnished with all the necessities for an overnight or even longer stay.

Have yet to go to the room. But general decor and staff are very nice. For an unexpected layover it’s a good place to be.

Staff was unfriendly. I was sick one day and the people in the restaurant gave my husband a difficult time just to bring my breakfast up to the room for me. The housekeeping staff really only made up the beds and changed the towels the floor and bathroom was not cleaned. And I went to dry my face on a towel only to have some blonde hair on my face from it. I definitely wouldn't go back there again.

This place is very clean and classy. The staff were all friendly and courteous.
I lost my wallet in the shuttle when leaving for the airport and the staff located my wallet and over nighted it to me with fedex. I couldn’t be more happy! Thank you to all whom made my stay a great one!

The room was beautiful. Not too sure if they background check their workers. Forgot a bag on the shuttle and it was 3am the driver said he didnt pick anyone else up but the bag is gone. Ya its stolen.
