Great location offering lots of parking. The rooms are quite large, and the bathrooms too. My room was quit large, big comfy queen bed, with everything you could ask for. Service was top notch for the one night I stayed there.

It's an extremely "no-frills" hotel. On the down side while the beds are comfortable they are small. There is no in room fridge or safe. You have to pay to park, and the overnight parking is not near the main lobby. You can hear the occasional airplane, although admittedly not that frequently. On the up side the staff is nice. Room service is good. The Wi-Fi is decent, and most of all the price is good. It's a middle of the road hotel.

The location is great, bring a few minutes shuttle ride from the airport. However the suite that I stayed in didn't include a microwave or a fridge which are important for me. There are a few decent restaurants in the area but without a basic fridge or microwave you don't have the option of saving leftovers for later. Although I've never eaten at the restaurant, the bartender that served us was the worst bartender I've been served by. I'm not saying that figuratively, but literally; this guy was the worst bartender across multiple aspects. So bad it didn't believe it. Seriously don't go there to eat or drink or you'll be disappointed. The venue on the other hand is fantastic. We we're hosting a very complicated event for several hundred people and it went off without a hitch. It was also a very busy long weekend and they accommodated everyone perfectly.

Friendly and attentive staff. Clean room. Would have liked mini frig in room. Traffic noise from highway and planes taking off and landing made for 2 restless nights.

Overall a good stay however we got a discounted rate. I may not be as happy if we paid more. Staff was all super friendly, everywhere was clean and the rooms were decent. There wasn't much noise from other rooms or the hallway. Planes are still really low and fly directly over this hotel every few minutes. I was able to ignore this but my husband couldn't sleep because of it. The pillow provided was also really hard bit we hadn't asked for a different one. Overall a good place to stay if you need to be close to the airport. If you're going to visit Toronto there are better options within walking distance to attractions.

Depending on how you look and appear, The Staff seems in their response to you to run the gamut of being courteous to subtle haughty profiling. Having been to this hotel twice with a year in between, I can see ways in which they visual size up the people who enter their premises, as "haves and have nots". If you are walking around with a suitcase, without asking you if you are a client, they immediately will offer help. If you are with a backpack, and ask for changing money, they ask you if you are a hotel guest, but with a haughty profiling scan. Yes, I experienced this. So, no I would never attend this hotel unless the event was important. Though it's location is nice, and for all purposes it's amenities seem nice, the mash of staff of double standard behavior would prevent me from recommended it.

Stayed there for 3 nights for a family wedding early July 2018, the event was excellent, rooms were ok. My car was stolen right from the paid parking lot… hotel management was of no help (Stacy) all she said that it was a police matter and tge police have to request the video footage. ALSO hotel security was no where to be found as it was Canada day and no one from the hotel security was available. Needless to say it was a sad ending to a wonderful wedding and will not recommend any one staying there… DO NOT STAY if you are parking your car.

Decent hotel although a bit pricey for what you get. Looks like a dive on the outside but pretty nice on the inside. Rooms were a bit small and didn't have a fridge but were clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast is not worth $20 but there are lots of options and the convenience may be worth it. Staff throughout hotel is very friendly and helpful. Parking seems a bit sketchy but shuttle to the airport was fast, comfy, and friendly!

This is a nice hotel that's gone past it's prime. I'm not sure if there is a planned renovation for the rooms, but they sure could use it. The ground floor is pretty nice, though a bit meandering. It's a bit like a mall, with facilities interspaced throughout. There are a number of options to eat and drink at within the building. The main reason they are down to the stars is that the rooms are very dated and somewhat cramped feeling, but the process don't reflect that at all. They should either improve the offering, or reduce the price.

Newly renewed, the atmosphere is quiet and the rooms are modern. Very clean and professional.

I live over an hour from Pearson and had to be there 6 in the morning. I spent almost the same as I would pay for parking closer to the airport. They offer shuttle every 30 minutes. My kids loved the pool. Best park and fly deal.

Lot 41 has a very good Brisket burger and twisted fries. They offer their ground mustard on the side, good idea. Helpful staff, open concept with a relaxed feel. Recently renovated to a more updated feel. Great addition to the hotel.

Really surprised, missed our flight and slept unannounced, the reception was excellent, shuttle and good supper a late hour.

I was upgraded to the top floor and a king suite upon arrival. Mobile check-in was a breeze. Staff was very pleasant and courteous. Good convenient location with easy access to 401 and 427. Starbucks and a couple of restaurants onsite. I do wish they would include mini-fridges in the rooms, but otherwise no issues. I would stay here again.

The hotel was lovely but the customer service was another story. My sorority held a weekend meeting here and we received a discounted rate. We checked out of the hotel get to the airport only to be told the flight was cancelled and we were scheduled on a flight two days later. We called the Marriott discussed our situation and wanted to book a room for the next two days. We were told we could come back but wouldn’t receive the discount rate. I have worked in customer service for over 20! years. I thought that was very poor customer service especially due to our situation. To make matters worse I later found out other members were also unable to get a flight but they didn’t check out and were about to extend there stay at the discounted rate. Poor customer service Delta Marriott.

I ended up here after a reservation fiasco at another hotel. What a fortunate event! Checking was so friendly and hassle-free. The room and amenities are very classy. We felt very well-cared-for!

This is a very large hotel. It is conveniently located near the airport which for some may be good and for others may be bad. There is plenty of parking and it is easily accessible. The rooms are comfortable and professional and the eating establishments are well-appointed and welcoming to all customers. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. There are many meeting rooms and always a vibrant convention scene happening at this hotel. If you are actually looking to have a convention in Toronto I would not recommend this place but it is near the airport.

Went to Delta for a conference. Rooms and parking were free of charged due to our union. I handed over my credit card and got charged full price for the room. Somehow that's my fault? Spoke to the manager, he wasn't willing to budge or give me anything for their mess up. I had to call my credit card company to have the funds released. The manager, I feel did not handle this situation properly. 3-way call, finally got my funds released. I really hope the male employee gets reprimanded for this screw up. I will follow up.

The hotel was alright. Rooms are small but clean. A bit annoying that there aren’t fridges in the rooms. There also needs to be more luggage trolleys available as they are hard to come by. My biggest complaint was going down to the pool area and there were no towels. I went to the front desk and was told they’d send someone down right away. A half hour later we were still waiting for towels and someone had gone again to the front desk and someone else even called! We left the pool area about 45 minutes after initially asking for towels which still had not arrived and walked soaking wet through the hotel up to our room.

Modern, well designed, comfortable and secure. Friendly staff are very helpful. Has a Starbucks in the lobby and many restaurants surround the area. One downside is that the building is directly on the airport flight line. Outside you can hear the planes roaring by but inside it is quite muffled, unless your sensitive to the noise. Building is directly across from the convention center, which is convenient. Parking lot prices are moderate. It's a highly populated building with travelers, flight crew and convention attendees. Plenty of elevators though.

Check-in was smooth, lovely front desk staff. Very happy with the room — spacious and well-appointed. Lots of outlets to charge everyone’s gadgets! The shower has a telescopic head, which you rarely see in hotels. Personally, I enjoyed laying in bed and watching the planes fly over. You can hear them, but it’s not deafening. I definitely recommend this hotel if you need accommodations by the airport. It’s also across the street from the Park n Fly economy lot.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Window (s) could've opened better. Gym was okay, a multi purpose equipment with a leg extension would be a great addition.

The Delta Hotel is a really nice place to stay if you're looking for a hotel to stay at close to the Toronto airport! The staff at the hotel front were nice and accommodating when checking in or out! To make things even better they had a Starbucks right inside the lobby for your coffee fix! The only thing we were too keen on was their airort driver. We waited to be picked up from the airport to go to the hotel by the shuttle bus for over hour because the shuttle driver didn't have the decency to stop at the airport for the guests he just drove right on by, we ended up having to call the hotel multiple times to see if there would be another chance of a shuttle coming to get us! If you're in a rush to get to the hotel from the airport be sure to call ahead and ask when the shuttle is coming!

Rooms are modern and comfortable. Lot 41 hotel restaurant has good food. There's a Starbucks in the lobby. There's a shuttle too takes you to and from the airport every 30 min. Only downside is the airplane noise.

I wouldn't recommend this place if you're a light sleeper. You'll experience noise from cars just outside your windows, planes flying overhead, and the hallway. I didn't find the rooms did a good enough job of keeping noise out. Aside from that, the hotel was nice. The Lot 41 bar/restaurant was a nice place to unwind after a day of work. The convenience store came in handy for the toiletries I forgot. Parking is not free, and there is no free breakfast available here.

I was there briefly while waiting for somebody. My brother and I got coffee from the hotel lobby's Starbucks. The individuals serving us at the Starbucks were absolutely phenomenal. We enjoyed our delicious brews in the lobby — outside of the café — which was well lit and beautifully designed/decorated. Side note/suggestion: The 30-minute free parking policy is completely reasonable, but Starbucks paying customers should be granted more free parking time, in case they want to sit down for more than half an hour, while also supporting your business (giving you revenue). Perhaps there is a way to validate a parking ticket and put 30 more minutes on it for every item purchased at Starbucks.

The staff and service were absolutely top notch. My flight home was canceled due to bad weather, and despite being a seasoned road warrior, I just couldn't get home. After spending a week at this hotel, I ended up coming back for a 6th night on 04Aug17, and the staff recognized me, welcomed me back, and that kind greeting actually dissipated my sour mood. In the hospitality industry, people made all the difference, and the staff at this hotel deserve recognition for this. Rooms were spacious and comfortable too.

Clean room was impressed with how nice the room actually was. Comfortable bed pillows were a bit uncomfortable. They charge a 400 dollar fee if you don't have a credit card so keep that in mind. You do get the money back after your stay. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout. Hotel itself is very nice. Starbucks in the lobby along with a breakfast place called orchid and a restaurant called Lot 41. Pretty close to some great restaurants and not far from airport.

Ive stayed at the Delta several times over the year both under its previous names and the new Delta brand. Its pretty standard hotel, with everything being good. No issues to report. Its a solid choice if youre staying in the area or using it for convention space. The rooms are standard hotel rooms. The nice things about the hotel are the pool and amazing japanese restaurant in the building. Overall its a nice place to stay.

Variety of restaurants to eat, you also have a car rental.

Great place. Not my 1st time there years ago. I was there. For the Starlight Foundation event. And the hospitalaty was Great as well.

Newly renovated. Had the bi-level suite room, it was very nice. Not a fan of the current shampoo/conditioner line, don't like the smell. The parking was a little hard to understand. Breakfast buffet choices were slim but the banana and cranberry bread were excellent. Lot 41 Social Bar was very nice spot to hang out near the lobby lounge, pretty decent beer selection. I would consider staying again.

Best value in Toronto. Clean, modern rooms, professional staff, singing server in our he breakfast salon. It was fun to stay there. Close to everything in town…

Horrible, alarm (fire maybe, but no response from fire department) goes off in the middle of the night for no reason. Front desk blames it on some guest. Cannot explain why they didn't announce it was a false alarm or immediately make the elevators work again. Only good if you enjoy walking up and down many stairs.

The room was very clean. The front desk was helpful and was enthusiastic. I would go here again. There was a pool but it closed before I could use it. It looked nice though when I looked at it.

I had two separate stays two weeks in a row. I was told via email that I was getting an upgrade. The room was supposed to be a suite but it was smaller than my first room and didn't have a couch. For for nights I asked for a wake up call but they never came. I even told staff that there might be an issue but they just said the would tell the overnight staff. Never happened. Then on my second stay the room was very hot. I waited over an hour then called. They did switch me to another room. It too was warm but not as bad. No glasses for drinks. No biggie. The property is very close tonthe airport and there a couple restaurants within walking distance and several highways are also close by. Gym needs work. Breakfast. I have over 550 nights in Marriott's and most provide good breakfasts for elite members. Breakfast here could use a little attention. Waffles would be nice. But that is Canada. They tend to be a bit cheap and don't treat elite members the same as in Asia or the U. S. I've noticed that a lot in Quebec and Ontario.

Close to the airport, good price and quality facilities. They have free airport shuttle service.

This place deserves 6 stars simply for the amazing customer service! From the second I arrived the concierge went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and relaxed, the front desk staff were also outstanding. This will definitely be my first choice when looking for a hotel near the airport.

This hotel was in transition and renovation during my visit. They removed the water slides in the pool. But everything else was A+++. Rooms are clean and perfect. Staff​ friendly and helpful. Park has a fee. And no microwave or fridge in room. But you can get on for a fee. Elevators are fast woth less then a 30 sec wait. Gym is ok. Meeting rooms and conference halls are all A+++.

My stay at the Delta Hotels by Marriott Toronto Airport was amazing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. I believe the hotel just went through renovations, it looks beautiful! The bar was my favourite part, the decor was gorgeous, the service was great and the food was wonderful. The rooms were what you would expect. It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. I loved the convenience of having a Starbucks in the lobby for my morning coffee. I have no complaints, my stay at the Delta was great and I would recommend to everyone.

This hotel is great for an event my community holds every few months. The temperature is usually great, the rooms are clean and everything is set up the way we need it. There's also a Starbucks in the hotel and a few fast food places across the street for cheap eating in the area.

The lobby area was nicely, and newly, furnished which gave the space a fresh feel. Interesting furniture and other accents were more casual than what I remember from previous visits, which is a good thing to me. Did not stay at the hotel and was there for a convention so did not interact with any hotel staff or other services, hence the light review material.

Lots of services available (including a Starbucks) look okay. A bit noisy but it is to be expected near an airport.

Filthy carpet, and noisy ventilation system.

No refrigerator or microwave in the room. The Wi-Fi is very spotty and cuts in and out. But besides that it is a nice hotel. The rooms are decent size and the staff is nice.

Attended a conference in the plaza room. Well set up and big facility. Big fan of the Starbucks there and love the free parking for up to 30min for Starbucks customers. Attended new years Eve here twice before and it was an amazing time. Happy every time I visit.

Hotel was very nice, services were abundant, pool, TV with no subscription, gym, spa, an amazingly fast Wi-Fi (this was golden), nice selection of in hotel restaurants (they're on the expensive side), public transportation was awesome! they have bus service from TTC 24 hours a day. Around the hotel were some major franchise restaurants. What I didn't like much was the fact once I got there to check in, they made do a $100 CAN hold on my credit card or $500 CAN cash as a deposit, when I did the reservation online nothing was mentioned about that, nonetheless, I should have expected a deposit but it could have been nice to know before hand.

Room is nice enough, comfy beds and good air-conditioning, restaurants are a little pricy, 2 plugs in the room are dead, service very polite and helpful, staying 4 nights and enjoying it overall.

Clean large rooms. Cruelty staff. Good food. Great for leaving care for extended parking.

Rooms are decent for the price. The iron in the room didn't work. The pool and hot tub are nice, Starbucks in the lobby is convenient. It was overall an average stay; I recommend this place if you are looking for a decent place to stay that's easy on the wallet.

Comfortable, cheap and with Wi-Fi.

Let me start out by saying that the service is good and as a result of this I am not giving a one star review. It is the singular item that the hotel as done correctly. Now the reasons that resulted in the loss of the three other stars. 1. The rooms are dark, and have horrible lighting fixtures. The entire room is lit by 3 small lamps. They provide minimal lighting. The torch on your phone is probably more helpful. 2. The heating/cooling/AC system is from the eighties. Very imprecise in its temperature measure and hard to control. The knob to use it is small, and hard to find. 3. If you are taller than 5' 7" you will have to bend down to use the shower head. Which by the way is not bad, apart from the height. 4. There are only two places in the room to plug or charge any of your electronics at. This means that in a room of two doubles each of you only gets one port. 5. Breakfast is not included within the $90+ nightly cost of the hotel. It costs about $19 plus tax. Thank God there is a Starbucks in the hotel. 6. It's Toronto, so you don't really expect much from the views. But I really didn't expect both sides of the building to be pointed at parking lots or roads. 7. The rooms are not soundproofed. So you can hear the planes whenever they fly over. The neutral: 1. The pool is ok. It's existence is nice. 2. Parking isn't too bad. But they do charge at $14 a day. The good: 1. The customer service was good. Everyone is nice helpful and friendly. 2. No bugs.

Nice hotel. It has a Tim Hortons, Subway, swiss chalet, harveys restaurant in front of the hotel, at walking distance.

The overall hotel has gone through some improvements of the last few years. The lobby and common area are quite nice. However the hallways to the rooms are clearly showing their age. The carpet is old and is bumpy in spots. The halls are dark and paint is peeling on the peachy pink coloured doors. The room was very clean. The shower was a little odd. I am about 5 foot 6 and the shower head was at my chin level. I think that this hotel should continue the upgrades to their halls. The staff were very pleasant and check in and out were a breeze.

Nice entrance and very friendly staff, especially at breakfast time! Room was comfortable and fairly clean. Stayed with my children who were excited to use the pool. It was not up to par! There was dirt floating around the bottom of the pool. The deck area was quite dirty as well. Note posted that pool area had "passed code on condition of fixing several things". Hoping that these are dealt with for future hotel guests! Would stay again if I didn't have my kids with me.

We stayed overnight after a 7 day trip in the Dominican. The lobby of the hotel was nice but there were some questionable things about the 4th floor. Including the carpet not being attached to the floor and a tripping hazard. Other than that parking was easy before the trip, the shuttle to Pearson airport was on time, and a good stay overall.

The hotel itself is beautiful but the food was awful. They're trying to hard to be fancy. The staff are wonderful.

Parking is expensive and there are no Tellers near parking entrance and exit, so if your visa has a problem or your parking ticket has a prolem, problem like if it gets stuck or the machine takes few minutes to load your visa or master card then sorry you actually have to go to the front desk to resolve the problem thats how they treat their customers, I was really put off with that and I will never stay at the hotel for sure… Pleas he careful if your visa or master card or your ticket is taking time to load you will have to go inside to the front desk really bad: (

Not one of my personal favourites. While it is a nice hotel from initial looks, there were additional costs that popped up randomly (like parking). Also, for the price paid, the rooms were average; nothing special. Decent as a hotel, but great as a conference centre.

Decent venue. Decor on second floor of convention hall is a bit dated, but it looks like the lower level has been renovated recently. Full day parking is $14 and plenty of space, use automated machine to pay before you exit. Starbucks, a small bar and Japanese restaurant on lower floor, didn't visit but they looked decent.

Room is pretty basic with no HDMI on tv. We were looking for a hotel with a pool, parking, and gym. The pool was in renovation, no warning. The parking is 14$/night and wasn't mention online. The gym and pool is in a hallway far from the main lobby and with basic equipment: 3-5 cardio, 2 bench, pull machine. Service is ok though, nothing to complain about.

Large lobby. It has its own rental car and the breakfast is included. It also has good Wi-Fi.
