I had a pleasant stay at the Deluxe Inn. The room was a bit small but this was fine for us. The staff were friendly, the location was easy to access and had plenty of free parking for guests.

Wish I could give 0 rating. I called and booked ahead 3 days in advance then the dumbass of a manager (old Indian guy) decided to call me the day before I was to check in to tell me that they overbooked and cancelled my reservation. The only friendly and understanding staff there is Ursula. She was able to accommodate all my needs and had me booked in no time. The other managers had no care or concern about anything. Oh also the place always smells of cigarettes and all the rooms have some sort of beg bug. How do I know this? I checked in for two nights before and after checking out on the Monday I started getting rashes all over my body. Had it checked out at my doctor and he confirmed it was bed bug. Never staying there again!

Was pretty decent had the room woth the sauna, the bathtub was a little gross but other than that it was a decently clean place.

The staff was so great they were helping about everything. Plus it was a nice hotel but there were many insects like flys. But the staff was so great and thanks again.

Very simple place however cozy and has everyrhing you need to have a good stay in Toronto, microwave, fridge, TV and cable.

We had a guest stay at this hotel, the towels and sheets were dirty, he found what looked like mice poop in the bathroom. He had to check out at 3am because he was so itchy from the bed. (bed bugs) Trying to bring this to the hotels attention and I just get told " there's no way, our housekeeping does a great job. We have never hear of this before" I come online and see multiple reviews of how dirty the room is, I will definitely be speaking to Region of Peel.

The place seems to be frequented by couples who come for an overnight stay or construction workers. Rooms have somewhat thin walls. I did see a few families who came but they stayed in the fancier rooms on the front side of the inn perhaps. The place felt safe overall. Rooms and bed were clean and bug free. Room service ladies did a great job. Saw a few people smoking up on the parking lot. For those without cars, the closest subway station is Kipling and that is a 50 minute walk. A few bus stops are close by though.

My visit to the Deluxe Inn was quite enjoyable. When I booked online there was no smoking rooms available but on check-in I asked and my room was changed no problem.

Stayed here for three days with my family. It was a nice motel with good facilities and beddings. Staff's are accomodating, and we didn't encounter any problem here during our stay. Worth the money we've spent.

This motel is not all that clean. We had out 10moth old and I could let him cruel on the ground. I'm giving it 2stars because it had the thibgs I need like refrigerator and microwave. But this room was for 4 people and it only had 2 large towels.

Clean room, nice and quiet, comfortable bed. Close to places to grab a bite to eat, we didn't have access to a vehicle and had no trouble.

I read some complaints about this inn but I also read that the management was trying to “fix” the issue or “report” the issue to staff. We booked for non-somking room but when we get inside our room it smells weed, bed sheet has stain of blood and even the carpet. So we called at the front desk if there is available room. The guy at the front desk said there is no available room. Like, we booked for non-smoking room but they still gave us a smoking room! I told him that there is a stain of blood in our bed sheet and he told me to come to the front to get the bed sheet, I told him why cant someone go to our room and fix this and he said no one can come so I need to go to the front and get the bed sheet and all of us were so tired and want to get some rest. When we get to the front he brought us to the laundry room and ordered us to get the bed sheets for ourselves! Staff were so unhelpful and rude! Please dont come here. Waste of money and such a big disappointment! Also refrigarator smells like bong water or like weed water! This place is so scary.

Not a nice place. Looked like there were prostitutes working there with men coming and going. Had reserved a non smoking room but only smoking was available and rooms smelled bad of smoke. Guys using bathroom outback in parking lot. Avoid this place!

Drugs problem area, you will get targeted immediately for drugs around here. They bomb you in your room with stink gas, they act like gangsters. Don't come here, believe me, that's why it's cheap. Serious drugs gangs run area. No rest and no food.

Never had a problem the 2 times I stayed there the first time I some how dropped my wallet but luckily someone picked it up and brought it to front desk and everything was still in there… second time no problems staff is always nice when me and my husband go for the night. I say this one is better than Mississauga gate inn.

I make this review short and helpful: This hotel has bed bugs and is dirty. The floor was horrible and so dirty. The reception was ok in general.

We ended up here last minute during holiday season. Management was extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was a bit smaller but well enough equipped. Great price.

Absolutely gorgeous. Very comfortable and affordable. You will be blessed.

This hotel would have been fine… not great, but fine… if our "non-smoking" room hadn't smelled strongly of second-hand smoke, particularly in the bathroom. The mattress also sagged in the middle, but wasn't particularly uncomfortable once lying on it. On the plus side, the Wi-Fi worked great, and the sheets on the bed smelled clean and fresh. If management could only get the smoke out of the place! My clothing all had to be laundered when I got home, even though most of it did not leave my luggage.

Beds are comfortable. Rooms are not weather proof, not sound proof, Wi-Fi sucks, but it's also cheap.

The room was a bit late being ready, but was clean and comfortable. 2 out of the 3 Wall lamps were broken or had burnt out bulbs. Not fancy, but decent value for the money.

Stale smell in the room and safety of the questionable shower.

Pros: beds were good. Had a microwave and fridge and TV was working and shower was working. Cons: TV didn't have many channels and the hair dryer was smoking/zapping/broken (we told the front desk).

They put us in a smoking room when asked for a non-smoking The TV has lines through it the alarm clock is broken. Sadly it's not the cleanest place to be in. The sheets were clean but when you left the sheets up those blood underneath them on the white bottom sheet.

Close to the highway, which was good for me. Cheap price was nice, but don't expect the Ritz. The whole place could use a little tlc, but overall for what I needed, it was fine. Room was decent enough, cleanliness was good, no breakfast (in case you're wondering), small room. Basically, it wasn't horrible. As long as you don't have high expectations, there really shouldn't be any reason to be dissatisfied.

Nice rooms on the main floor with private access. Feels more like home and less like traveling on the road.

This is a good budget hotel. Prices are good. Rooms are decent for the price I paid. Near highway 427 and QEW.

So dirty. We checked in and the front desk didn't provide any information about anything. Once we walked into our room the smell was just putrid, such an awful stench. The cups were dirty and there were no outlets and the blanket was just a sheet with what felt like a bunched up pillow in side. After checking out the man at the front desk chased us outside to ask why we review the check in as bad. Overall not impressed with this hotel.

This place is horrible. I found dirty socks and the cups were dirty the bathrooms were dirty the bed had no sheets they were dirty towels it was FREEZING and u couldn't turn off the a/c and the front desk ppl are a joke. They are so rude and if ur American and pay in American money DONT. They rob u of money and don't give ur exact change in Canadian and they don't help with luggage and when I ran the card for a refund they charged me instead. Bad location too. NO STARS if ur looking to go to this hotel SAVE ur money and go somewhere nicer. Smells like cigars. Bad Wi-Fi. Bedbugs too!

Service was good. Rooms smelled a little musty but I think they were smoking rooms. Decent hotel. I give it 3 stars. Could be better, but could also be alot worse.

The rooms at Deluxe are clean and it’s not far from the subway station. The best time to check in is the morning the lady is always welcoming with a smile and helpful. The Wi-Fi was very slow but working. I would recommend this place for anyone good price good service.

It's a nice room with many amenities like cable TV, a micowave, a mini fridge, and a desk. The rooms vary in many sizes with larger rooms even including a sauna, and a large bathtub. The first floor room's doors lead to the outside while second floor is inside. The men at the front desk are very nice and let you into the building when needed.

I cancelled a booking just because of the staff's rudeness. There is a guy working at reception named Ash (or he said so on the phone). I called for some help was so rude and laud and did not care about customers and their satisfaction at all. Will never book or recommend this hotel.

Easy to spot, smoking and nonsmoking rooms. Relatively clean, but many lamps not working, some black mold behind the toilet due to condensation leak. But sheets and towels are clean and service was great. Motel style inn.

Would not stay here again. Even though close to everything. Easy access to stores and restaurants.

Horrible place to stay. This place is a dumping ground filled with prostitutes and severe drug addicts. Not clean at all! The bathroom and bed were disgusting. Cockroaches were crawling around and the place smelled of cigarette smoke. This place should be torn down or burnt to the ground. The last thing The Queensway needs is a dingy motel in an area that is finally being revamped. The city seriously needs to step in and shut this place down.

Pros:Good location quiet a few eateries nearby, clean room, linen, bedding and washroom and enough parking. Good place to stay for the price you pay. Polite House keeping girl, smiles and makes your day. Cons:Front desk staff sounded rude to me probably coz I am not from GTA. No iron board in the room and no breakfast.

Had to unfortunately stay here for the night due to sudden circumstances. This was honestly the worst experience ever. The individual at the desk at night was extremely rude and looked like he did not want to be there. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke and marijuana. The bathroom was disgusting and the bed had hairs all over it as if someone had shed their whole head and left it there. I asked for a room change and the next room was no better. Instead of the smell of smoke and marijuana there was a very harsh and putrid reek of something that was unbearable. I was fed up and asked for a refund but the individual at the desk refused. I ended up driving to the Monte Carlo Inn on Dundas and 427 to finally be able to get sleep at 3 AM in a clean room with no odour. Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this place. It seems as if it is a spot for drug users and prostitutes and nothing more. This place needs to be reported to health and safety as it is in no condition to be running business anywhere.

It's hard to expect more than what you pay for. It was a place to sleep for a few nights. My only complaint was they came into my room during the day, even though I had the do not disturb sign on my door. Other than that, it was good. The room was clean, the furniture old. Fridge and microwave is a nice to have, and it was a quiet. Would go again.

Staff were ignorant and rude. This hotel is NOT LGBT friendly. Room was dirty and stunk like smoke despite being labelled as "Non Smoking". Urine was still in toilet from previous guest and television did not work.

No Handicapped access at all. They gave someone else our 1st floor room because we were 1/2hr late. I use a cane and a walker and had to carry that and my bag down the stairs by myself while they sat at the counter. Not recommended at all. Waste of money.

If I could give less than one star! would. Booked 3 nights online can all the way here and they only had booking for two nights then told us in order to stay the 3rd we have to pay full price which is $50 more than what we were quoted. DO NOT GO HERE! the hotel is pretty ratty aswell.

Went to the front office to request a pen to fill out applications, not only did he look at us in disbelief, nor does the hotel offer its own pens, but he wouldn't let us borrow one of the 10-15 pens on the counter. Wow! Not a recommendation. Ps. He did not know whether or not we can pay to stay a little longer tomorrow, because he is not the person working tomorrow. Having good customer service is essential in the hospitality industry, and I can't believe how horrible the service is here! Gordon Ramsey needs to help this place.
