Weird to see a hotel still using brass keys you can lose. Lock that went with key needed to be jiggled a certain way that required staff to come show us, but they were prompt and courteous.

This is a very comfortable and surprisingly spacious place to stay, especially if you’re travelling with family or friends.

My family's apartment had some unfortunate structural damage, which required 2 weeks of repairs.

Overall had a great experience at this hotel. The room was spotless, and I really liked the layout — especially having the bed face the window.

I really like my stay at the Sutton. Great big room (Even the regular one) with a good size shower. The location is great as you can walk to the CN Tower, the Eaton mal and a lot of great restaurants.

Our recent experience at the Bisha Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment we booked, it was clear we were stepping into something special for my wife’s birthday celebration.

Located near the airport. We stayed for a week and appreciated the great service and hospitality from the front desk, housekeeping and breakfast crew.

First time in Canada. I love going to Hyatt hotels because I can use points. I didn’t get to see the CN tower from my room, but the overall view was good.

This hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. We used the underground parking, which was $40 with in-and-out privileges.

The hotel is so centrally located that you have easy access to just about everything the city has to offer.

Newer rooms, well designed, friendly staff. Unfortunately the website is misleading — Pool and 24 Hour Fitness Area are NOT open.

Great hidden away location not far from Niagara Falls (US Side). The whole stay was fabulous except the shower head needed to be fixed/replaced.

We booked here using our IHG app the price was was unmatched using other travel sites. The rooms were clean and the beds were super comfortable!

We are mid was through a 12 night stay. This has been a great hotel. The rooms are standard but the service has been fantastic. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for one night for a work trip and it was great. I enjoyed the Bistro and the energy of it being so open. My dinner was great. I also enjoyed getting Starbucks in the morning.

Due to our flight changing to the next day, we stayed here. Very friendly and accommodating staff, lovely rooms, great breakfast. Even gave us a toothbrush/toothbrushes, and deodorant.

SERVICE! Our family is heading away for a vacation and we stayed here and the entire staff were so nice!

We had a wonderful stay at Canopy by Hilton Toronto Yorkville, made even better thanks to Bassem and Matteo as well as the team serving in the restaurant.

I hosted an event at Hotel X Toronto a few months ago, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish.

Truly amazing. Every staff member was so unbelievably kind. Huge shout out to Ben who we saw in the lobby everyday who would say hello & offer recommendations for us. Room service was quick & amazing.

I don't often rate smaller town, mid range hotels this high. This hotel is the nicest one in Sarnia. The staff are superb, rooms large and bright, the restaurant has great food.

I stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton this past weekend with my friends, and I honestly had such a great experience that I felt I had to write a review.

My flight was late arriving, which meant that my Via Rail connection time was super tight.

About a month ago, I stayed at the Hotel Hampton, and it was a perfect experience. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed at the Soho last week while I was in Toronto and loved it! I stayed on the residence side and the room was amazing. I had all of the accommodations of an apartment, and lots of space.

Some places just get it — and the Soho Hotel Toronto truly went above and beyond in a way I will never forget.

We celebrated Valentine’s Day at Gatsby with my friends, and it was truly a wonderful evening.
The interior is absolutely beautiful — elegant, warm, and full of classic charm.

What a beautiful and classy hotel with kind service and kind staff! My mother hadn’t been in 25 years so I took her to the pink themed afternoon tea on family day, we DID NOT stay in the hotel FYI.

We recently stayed here the night before we flew out of the Toronto Airport. This was booked by our travel agent. Front desk staff were friendly and very accommodating.

I really like this hotel. It’s not fancy and new but the suite was spacious, well equipped (washer and dryer and a well stocked kitchen).

My experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful.
Due to a flight cancellation, I had to book a room last minute, and the entire process-from check-in to check-out—was smooth and hassle-free.

Shuttles were very close to being on time and both drivers were extremely polite and helped with luggage. Check-in was smooth considering there were 4 or 5 people arriving by shuttle at the same time.

Our stay at the Fairfield by Marriott in Orillia was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were excellent—spotless, modern, and very comfortable.

This is the only hotel I book when I visit Orillia for work trips.

Me and my friends met a staff member named Joseph at this hotel that we were staying at for a tournament. Joseph was the highlight of our trip and was very funny.

Great staff. Clean rooms. Well thought out rooms for today’s life.

What an amazing experience. We just spent two nights at The Pearle. We had a lakeview suite and wow!
