Very nice hotel. Friendly staff.

Great time with the kids! Indoor portion of pool is tiny but heated makes outside bearable if not too windy. Screening room with popcorn was nice touch!

Very good housing experience, elegant environment and complete facilities nearby, not far from the museum and Queen's Theatre.

Nothing but amazing kudos to hotel x and the concierge team, Steve is top notch and made my heart smile with all their amazing effort with so much heart and soul. They made my special celebration so memorable. Can’t say enough thank yous … I LOVED every little detail ♥️🌺🥂

They really have thought of all the details in this place. Was looking for a staycation, relaxed weekend and it was perfect. The bed was heavenly, highly recommended the corner studio room.

We were at the hotel for a wedding on New Year’s Eve and the staff was amazing! Excellent food, and they did a great job separating all the different functions that were going on at the same time. The valet was excellent as well accommodating our large pick up truck. The roof top patios on the 28th floor made for some amazing pictures. We will definitely be back!

Was here for a wedding. The view from the terrace was spectacular. The food was top notch, both appetizers and dinner, and the wait staff was efficient and friendly. Fabulous hotel!

Worst hospitality influence for Toronto. How we can trust our accomodation to these people when they don't even care for their employees and they fired them in the middle of a pandemic (casedenic/scamdemic) and owe them over 1.4 million $. Shame on these people. Pay your employees immediately. Mr Henry your employees demand they money that needs be paid by law.

I can't believe such a fancy place would fire 200 people during a pandemic and then not give them any termination pay. Give those people the 1.4 million dollars you owe them! Your actions are despicable!

Just a few of the things Hotel X boasts on their website pertaining to the values of their brand and the way they treat people. Where was this kindness when the hotel decided to cut the contract of food & beverage provider By Peter n Pauls and bring in a new provider that did not retain the 200 previously employed food and beverage employees? Where is that kindness now that 200 hospitality professionals are without jobs during a global pandemic that’s hit our industry harder than most others? Wealth is clearly a focus for this hotel — the cancellation of former F&B provider’s contract came in favour of a hospitality company with NHL ties, which they used to secure the NHL bubble contract. Where is this wealth they boast about when 200 people who are owed wages, gratuities and severance pay have been ignored and dismissed? The only thing stunning about this hotel is how stunned the food and beverage staff were to find a job posting hiring for our jobs under a different company when not one of us had been alerted that we no longer had jobs. It might be about YOU as a guest, but it definitely isn’t about us. Apparently staff are not worthy of the kindness the hotel promises to it’s guests. This hotel has entirely dodged any legal or ethical responsibility in regards to the treatment of a large group of individuals.

Third time was another charm!
This is, hands down, our favourite hotel. The service is unparalleled. From the front desk with friendly, cheerful, helpful personalities; to the concierge Stephen who helped me get a last minute blowout, to the beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, incredible shower… amazing place for a romantic getaway. The hotel is beautifully appointed, the house car is so helpful when needing to get around (Anderson was great! ) And anything you need is their pleasure. You feel special and catered to. Great location with everything nearby and 10 min away from Billy Bishop airport. This is a must visit.

What a fantastic hotel for a family weekend city getaway. The kids had a blast at the pool and sports facilities. We enjoyed the excellent food. And comfy rooms with a view. Looking forward to coming back in the summer to catch a concert or soccer game right next door!

The hotel staff are very accommodating and would make you feel at home. Very welcoming. The location is great. The rooms are spacious, very clean and relaxing. By the way, we love the pillows. Room service is excellent. The ambiance of the hotel is just so relaxing. The city view at the Falcon sky bar is amazing. If you want a relaxing escape this is the best hotel.

With stunning views, a roof top patio, pool and bar, this place is a hotspot. Two great restaurants to choose from ($$$$) multi level bars with unique modern decor surrounded by amazing views of the lake and city. Two thumbs up, way up!

My daughter and myself recently stayed at Hotel X the stay was wonderful. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful to us. We had supper at Maxx’s in the hotel food was amazing as well as excellent service from Sydney our server. We were sad we weren’t staying longer to enjoy everything. I highly recommend that you give yourself a little pampering at Hotel X.

Love this place! It’s beautiful, clean, cozy, awesome views of the city, delicious food, refreshing drinks, comfy room, friendly staff — simply amazing! I highly recommend.

Great new wonderful amazing hotel, walk 30 min to downtown Toronto and 5 min to Budweiser stage. Bikes for rent around the corner. Very nice rooms with unbelievable view to skyline and lake (room 1314) modern furniture. Pretty rooftop pool with nice relaxing chairs. Water was warm. You can order drinks and snacks. Great gym. We did not try tennis and squash. Starbucks around the corner for breakfast if you don’t want to go to max kitchen. Also nespresso bar for coffee and snacks. Comfortable beds with European bedding — so this is nothing special for us Germans but definitely for Canadian nice bathroom. All new electronical Schnickschnack. Nice helpful staff. Would definitely go again — liked it very much.

My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for my birthday weekend. It was an excellent stay! Roof top pool is amazing! Stuff is friendly. Everything was very good. One think I would like to mention, it was a little disappointing, they did not have a full cable TV, just a basic. I know, you don’t come to a hotel to watch TV but it became a little tradition for us to come back to the room late at night and watch some nice movie or Home and garden. Having a busy lifestyle, we don’t really watch TV on a regular basis, so it’s nice to have it when on vacation. Other then that, no complaints! Thank you Hotel X for a beautiful stay, we definitely will be back.

This hotel is simply beautiful! The service is superb and attuned to your needs… Especially the nice supervisor Olivia and Maria concierge at the front desk the roof top is simply sublime and the rooms wowww! Comfort assured.
